I am so thankful to have been referred to Jade! Prior to working with her I had lost confidence in the lawyer I had, so I started a search for a new one....the one I initially met with referred me to Jade and felt we would be a great fit and Jade had openings, as she did not. From the moment I reached out to Jade I felt more confident. She has responded to me from day 1 within 24 hours either by email or phone. She listened to everything I had to say, got creative with different options and had a variety of plans in place as back up to try to keep my original goal in the front of the priority list in the parenting plan. I worked with Jade for about 2 months and got so much accomplished that was unable to get done in 2 years- my only regret is not trusting my gut and finding her sooner this long process could probably have been prevented had I had the right attorney from the start. I would without a doubt recommend Jade in a heartbeat. Divorce of any matter is stressful but a high conflict one is even worse- the way Jade carried herself, the way she spoke to me, and the tone of her voice was all calming. I went into every situation with her confident, nervous as to be expected, but confident knowing the process and what was to be expected.

My name is Ricardo R. and I'd like to take this time to tell everyone about how much I appreciate the outstanding work Rezvani & Males Associate, LLC have done for me. It wasn't too many years ago when I first met this wonderful company; and at that it was by chance. One day I was going to a local/ national chain of a fast food restaurant where as I went to get a drink, I slipped and fell on a spill that was on the floor. Well needless to say the fast food place was quick to try to usher me out the door and try to act as if it was my fault and not give me the support I deserved. Well a friend of mine happened to have R&M's number and told me how good they were. At first like anyone else is was skeptical and thought these will just be some ambulance chasers and just wanted to get quick money and would settle for whatever was offered and move on to next case. Well to my surprise and actually opposite of what I thought of them before I met them; this team was very invested in first my mental health with making sure I felt comfortable with moving forward on the case to my physical health with making sure I received the best recovery care way down to not letting the big franchise lawyers push me around and treat me like I was just looking for a check; I felt they made the franchise respect me as a person first. Sorry this testimony is long but to shorten it up a bit; R&M hung in there with me until a respectable settlement was mutually agreed upon and I felt my dignity was not compromised in any way. This my friends is why I had no hesitation when I got into a car accident a couple years later the first people I called was R&M I knew I was going to get the same personalized attention and truth be told I feel the max when it comes to representation of my needs. All that being said I would scream at the top of a mountain from the bottom of my lungs in support of Rezvani & Males Associate, LLC.

Hire her. Hire her. Hire her. She will meet and surpass all of your expectations. This was my first experience working with a lawyer and I am extremely pleased with my experience. It’s never fun to be in a situation where a lawyer is needed but having the right lawyer on your side is extremely crucial. I never once questioned if I made the right decision in lawyers. She really listened every time I expressed concern about something and always worked through things with me in a way I always fully understood and was 100% comfortable with. My case was regarding child custody and child support and it felt like I had a great friend on my side defending my rights. It was always refreshing to speak with her and I always left our meetings and conversations confident in my situation. I am actually a little saddened that we will no longer be in communication, as my case has come to an end (in my favor, I might add). Jade is always extremely professional but personable and has never once made me feel incompetent, even when asking questions that had obvious answers. Hire her, you will NOT regret it!

Patrick Curley is simply amazing! We were in the process of applying for Mass Health for our 98 year old mom who had recently been admitted to a nursing home facility and we ran into issues with a family trust. Patrick had reviewed the trust for us a few years prior to this admission and we were very pleased with his work. We didn't hesitate to reach out to him for his help. We had a relatively complex estate issue surrounding a living trust and it was clear to see that we needed urgent help. Thankfully, we found the law office of Patrick Hurley who specializes in elder care and MassHealth Insurance. He and his team have been outstanding in the way they were able to handle our situation and put our minds at ease right from our first phone call with Deb Tura. After multiple calls and remote meetings (due to covid-19) Patrick and his team helped us to understand the cumbersome process in order to obtain MassHealth Insurance for our Mom. Without their help, knowledge and guidance, we would still be struggling - and in the wrong direction! Not only did he get our Mom on MassHealth, but he also negotiated a very substantial discount with the nursing home due to a one month gap difference in coverage. Patrick and the team at Curley are amazing! From my early inquiries with Debbie all the way to the finish line their assistance was always generous, thoughtful, and considerate. My 77 year old mom lives at home alone and is having health issues. With the Curley teams help we got her estate planning done and got her on MassHealth. She now gets care through the state for 20 hours a day. When my parents first hired Attorney Tricia Shumaker to prepare their estate plan, they had no idea they were running out of time and on the precipice of needing far more than estate planning. Within a few weeks of working with Tricia, unexpectantly, my father became gravely ill. Fortunately, they picked the right attorney! Tricia came to the house for the convenience of my 90+ year old parents. She patiently and compassionately listened to my parents’ wishes, asking questions, attending to all the details, and making sure that she fully understood my parents’ goals and that they understood her role. She explained to my parents all the financial issues they were faced with and provided prudent guidance through these complicated decisions. I contacted Robin Gorenberg in the midst of the pandemic to update my will, trust, healthcare proxy and power of attorney. She responded in a timely manner to all questions, and thoroughly researched prior documentation, discovering an important prior omission, (my real estate attorney had not filed the homestead exemption at closing). She provided detailed information on trust issues, and also provided helpful referrals for in-person signing.

My sister and I worked with Robin Gorenberg on our respective wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. Robin was extremely helpful and happy to assist with our multiple questions. It can be a very intimidating process of getting these documents in place and we felt so comfortable working with Robin. I appreciate that she took the time to educate us on what each document meant and the importance of the language. We had Robin look at our parent's documents (prepared by another law firm) and Robin was able to assist in making us understand the documents. My parents were so appreciative. Marc was there for my family in the darkest time in our life. Tragedy struck our family suddenly after a minor hospital procedure ended in the loss of my husband's life. Marc Breakstone provided more comfort and a peace of mind than I could have ever imagined. A little over a year ago, I was in a very serious taxi accident as a passenger- and almost 5 months pregnant. I was petrified for the health of my baby. I was completely overwhelmed with having to undergo a spinal fusion because my back was broken over several L sections. And I had an 11 month old at home that I could no longer take care of on my own. We had literally just bought a house 5 months before, and that accident literally caused my family's world to crumble. And if you are in a similar boat, you can relate- I have never felt so helpless and depressed, I needed to find a lawyer ASAP that I could trust with the well being and future security of my family. I was literally boggled of where to begin, as I have never been involved in a law suit before. And insurance contracts/ lingo/ etc was just so foreign to me. I found 4 lawyers total that I read reviews on from the internet OR was recommended by family friends. I found Marc on some Google search- and that made me a tad nervous because I am a little more "old school" than that. However, I called his office and after speaking to him directly ( which was literally about 5 min after I called, he returned my message )....I instantly felt at ease with him. There is something about his personality that is very direct, yet patient with explaining options/ the law/ advice. Marc was also willing to talk to my husband and a family friend who has legal background from another state trying to help me. So, I conservatively met with him and 3 other lawyers in person, and Marc was the only one I felt was both "down to earth" and at the same time extremely aggressive/passionate when it came to ensuring that my claim was heard properly by the parties concerned. We chose Marc to represent me, and I am SO HAPPY we did. Let me tell you this- If you want somebody that is approachable- choose Marc. If you want someone who will fight for you like he has known you for your whole life, choose Marc. And if you understand that you need someone who is that bit aggressive/confident in making his point, on your behalf, choose Marc. My husband felt that Marc would be a "lion in the ring " for us. Also, I want to add that I live in NYC...I was hit in MA during a weekend away. So I was nervous having the distance away from someone who is representing me. If by chance that is you- dont worry about it. Marc is literally so accessible. I also dont feel like I could write this review without mentioning- Christine Roberts. Marc's executive assistant is a rock star. She reflects his standards of extreme professionalism with a streak of warmth. I could keep writing about all the positive experiences I had along the way with Marc, but I will sum it up this way. A very hormonal pregnant woman, with a baby at home, was hit by a taxi and had to undergo a 7 hour spinal fusion surgery, learn how to walk again, and deal with the pain of the accident/surgery thoughout her pregnancy while accepting the fact she could no longer lift her one year old at home, bathe him, clean up after him etc. ** I am writing this review about one year from the accident and post settlement. I am still so incredibly emotional about that night and everything that happened....But I am still a bit proud that during this complete disaster and at times, what I honestly thought was depression and a breakdown mentally, I was still able to see that Marc would fight for me. And he did. And he will for you. He is just so passionate about his job...and you will come to see glimpses of his personal life that you know this is just a good guy. I look at my daughter now and I thank god for my neuro team, my OB team, and my lawyer. While my doctors really provided such wonderful physical care...Marc was really there as a rock- I let put all my anxiety on his shoulders and he delivered back a secure future. He will forever be part of our family story now.

I hired Marc after another lawyer wasn't really spending the time or attention to my case that I felt comfortable with. When I spoke to Marc the very first time on the phone, I thought, "This guy is tough and attentive!" From our first conversation until the successful outcome of my mediations and settlement, I could not have asked for better, more thorough, and tough representation. Not overstating when I say that Atty Dmitry Lev helped me at a point in my life when I didn't think anything could be done concerning a Bankruptcy. His steady demeanor, and very professional style immediately put me at ease. There wasn't one time when I asked a question that he didn't have the answer. Everything was explained in detail. Wyckoff represented me in my divorce. I was in a bad relationship and wanted to keep distance from my partner who kept requesting in-person meetings (which stressed me out). Wychoff went as far as suggesting we: 1. Meet in his office 2. I arrive first and go to room A 3. They arrive and go to room B 4. He will run back and forth between rooms so I never have to see them 5. I'll leave after they leave Amazingly, they dropped the in-person meetings and we were able to finalize the divorce paperwork over email. He was also great support on the court date when the divorce was finalized. I have other stories of how he helped me throughout my divorce, there's honestly not enough room to write them all here. I couldn't recommend a more supportive and knowledgeable attorney.
