I filed for my adjustment of status in October 2020 and I got my green card in November 2021. The entire process was handled in a smooth and efficient manner. Anu Gupta and her team at Immigration Desk ensured that it stayed like that from the start/end of the entire process. The approach towards handling my case was straightforward and transparent. I worked with Immigration Desk - Attorney Anu's office to respond to my O-1 A - NOID petition for my O-1 visa. I came to her after my previous attorney delayed my RFE response by five months and wasn't committing to submitting my response for NOID within the stipulated timeline. She took up the challenge and wrote a very persuasive and thorough response within three weeks. I am very impressed with her knowledge of immigration laws and her approach to a very complex issue for my O-1 A NOID. She always answered calls and responded to emails swiftly, unlike other lawyers in the past I've worked with who will take you for granted once you have signed the service contract. In the past, I've worked with four lawyers recommended by my school - the MIT International Student office. Right from the first call, she was polite and responsive. She took time to explain her approach and was flexible when I asked to take a different approach when my potential employer asked. Attorney Anu and Ian come with my highest recommendations. I hope to work with her on my green card application and O-1 transfers once this is behind us. If you have a chance to work with her, please do without any hesitation and know that you are in excellent hands. While most law firms paint a very pessimistic approach to immigration issues, she sets the tone with a very positive and outlook and continues with the same mindset throughout out. Unlike most other law firms I had worked with in the past – Attorney Anu and Ian won't keep you waiting or not answer your emails, or worst take the maximum time they can use as per law to your petition. I was fortunate to have found her, and I wish I had met her sooner and had not lost a lot of time. Based on my experience with her and Ian, I recommended her to the MIT SF MBA program and MIT International Student offices.

Couple of months after I submitted my case to the USCIS. I have gotten into a car accident. Since my licenses were international I got into serious troubles and was facing a potential jail time & possible compromise of my immigration case. My Lawyer (Valarie) at that time; when she heard the news, she took over that case absolutely no charge and went to court with my twice! Eventually, she got the case dismissed and my immigration case was approved on time. I would recommend that compassion and professionalism to everyone I know.

I contacted Ms. Crow for advice on handling a matter involving a company; I reached her approximately 30 minutes prior to a call I had with the other party. Ms. Crow took my call immediately, listened to a brief summary of the situation, and provided clear, concise points for me to consider during the discussion. We agreed that I would provide subsequent follow-up. Ms. Crow’s suggestions were excellent, the call was successful, and I hired her to represent me in negotiations; the matter was resolved in my favor. Ms. Crow was always responsive, by phone and email, her work was excellent, she was friendly, patient, and sympathetic, and her fees were reasonable. I would strongly recommend her for personal representation in business matters.

Was having an issue with the immigration case for my husband that postponed his stay here for more than expected. We Asked for help and was redirected to Celine Attallah's law firm group. When we first spoke with Celine, we were amazed by how good she is . She was able to explain everything to us on the process and she was very understanding on the situation and the frustrations that me and my husband were going through ! She was very clear and honest from the beginning and she promised us that she will do her best and gave us an honest estimate time on the case. So so grateful my best friend recommended Attorney Chavin to me. Haven’t needed to hire at this point, because we aren’t there yet. But definitely will if we have to. We’ve only consulted thus far, but his Bio is 100% true. His number one concern is my well-being which not only makes him a great attorney in general but a special one as he cares about how you feel. It’s especially helpful for someone dealing with a lot of trauma from the situation. (landlord tenant dispute). I feel extremely safe being advised by him, a lot of lawyers do not care about you as a human, when every client needs that! Because nobody is talking to a lawyer without something bad happening to them and they’re hurting. He is refreshing, witty, knowledgeable & validating while still being realistic with your best interests. We were in search for an immigration lawyer to present us for adjustment of status. We consulted with another lawyer which ended up being a waste of time . But then a friend referred us to Love and after talking to her we knew she was the right choice . She took our case in July of 2020 and presented us and our file was well organized and very detailed . When the appointment for the interview came she was there ready and prepared . I found Gary Avratin through a friend of a friend and immediately could tell that he would be the right advocate for me as I unraveled a 20+ year marriage. By the time I found Gary, I had been considering divorce for a couple of years so I’ve interviewed multiple other attorneys and a mediator. In each of those interviews I was quickly told that there was not much to be done, we would just split things 50/50, including time with our child. No one else bothered to listen to all the facts behind what I was seeking. Gary listened and then negotiated a fair settlement with the help of a mediator. The process was not simple but Gary used his determination and knowledge to push through it all with my best interests in mind. I selected Gary because he is clearly a tough-as-nails litigator who will fight for his clients with passion and I knew I needed someone who could effectively do that for me. At the same time, Gary is ultimately seeking fairness and a final agreement that allows his clients to have a decent relationship with their ex so that that they can co-parent for years to come. That approach makes a difference because, because you don’t want to destroy the chances of being able to co-parent. By seeking fairness, Gary allowed me to walk away from the process with an amicable relationship with my ex. Gary and his assistant, Helene, are incredibly busy but responded when I needed quick answers. When I reached out with more urgent matters, I got help within minutes. One has to remember that Gary and Helene are handling many, many other cases, and when they are working with a client, that client gets their 100% full attention. I have witnessed other attorneys who spend meetings texting and emailing about other cases and that is simply not how Gary operates. Also, they weren’t out to nickel and dime me; they did things that were important and checked what I sent them but they would suggest that I do a lot of the financial work myself to save time and money. They called with questions about the paperwork I sent to make sure I hadn’t made any mistakes or forgotten important details. Also of importance, is that Gary is very well known in eastern Massachusetts courts, especially Norfolk County, and he is well respected by judges, clerks, attorneys and mediators alike. Divorce is not fun and it’s likely not easy for anyone. It’s important to find someone who can guide you through the process and prepare you to start the next chapter of your life. Gary made a tough situation better by caring about me and my child and how each element of the agreement could be the best outcome for us.

I was charged with 4 felonies Burke was appointed to my case. From the beginning He knew I was innocent and he assured my family and I that he wouldn’t stop until he proved my innocence. After getting me out on bail he continued to fight the court for over a year until all charges were dropped! Do yourself a favor and work with Rachel. I recently obtained US citizenship, and Rachel has been so helpful all along the way. Besides being a delight to work with, she is brilliant and highly knowledgeable about immigration laws and system. I was impressed to see my citizenship application filed in only two days after sending all the information and files needed for the application. One of the other benefits of working with Rachel is her expertise across different domains besides immigration law, which is very useful in making sure your application is prepared properly and that you receive the best counsel. Another impressive part was how well she prepared me for the citizenship interview. She was extremely detailed with her guidance, and everything she said would be covered was covered exactly in the order she said it would be covered. Of course, you’ll still need to do your part and prepare your documents right for her to submit in your application, study for the Civics test, etc., but working with Rachel gives true peace of mind and top-notch counsel. I was lucky that on the day of my interview, I was able to get sworn in as a citizen in the same building. Rachel walked with me to the swearing-in ceremony and even took a picture with the US flag as I became a citizen. A memory to last a lifetime. I highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel represented us in a criminal case that extended over 5 1/2 years. During this time the prosecution was disinterested in examining the facts or dropping the case that was rife with dubious and conflicting testimony. Rachel took the time to peel the layers back exposing the predisposed rush to judgement. Ms. Condon recently handled my criminal case, and it was a complex case to say the least. She was appointed to me by the court and she still gave my case the utmost attention and passion. Krysten and I met when I needed some legal assistance immediately. She made sure she was available on a Friday afternoon to make sure that my legal rights were not being violated. She answered emails the same day, returned phone calls quickly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Peter worked with us over the course of several years as we sought desperately needed out of district placement for our two sons. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and deeply experienced. Working with Attorney Philip was an amazing experience. Before meeting Philip, I was in a panic as I had received an offer from as a federal contractor and I had to do an FBI CORI which required fingerprints. I had called the lawyer who had worked on my case and tried to get him to Seal and Update my FBI CORI but his response was “there’s nothing we can do.” That is when I went online to do my research and that’s how I landed on attorney Philip’s website. I read through the testimonies on his website but I had to say, I was skeptical at first because not everything that’s on the internet is real. I followed my gut & called attorney Philip’s office. Philip was extremely knowledgeable about the FBI Sealing and Updating CORI process and he was able to answer all my questions. It felt great working with a lawyer that was confident in his work. I contacted him regarding my employment case. I found him very smart with an excellent memory. He will fight for you. He evaluated my case and accepted. I went for a trip and he had a second thought about my case. Then he advised me to find a lawyer for other possible claims too. I contacted a couple of lawyers. Ultimately, the other lawyer followed the same strategy. If he accepts your case, sign the contract the same day. He is a great fighter.

Paul was incredible defending me in my oui case. He was always calm, courteous and reassuring. He reviewed the facts of the case and explained the process every step of the way. He was confident he would win. At trial, Paul had some potential evidence thrown out as he was not provided prior to. During the Jury Trial he displayed his legal expertise in poking several holes in the prosecutor’s case. In his closing arguments he methodically walked the Jury through all the facts. Attorney Quintal did an amazing job handling our case. She made sure that we understood all of the information involved in our case and took the time to meet with us before each court date. She was is competent and has extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts court system. Attorney Quintal charged us a capped fee for her services at our first meeting. Our case turned out to be much more time consuming than anticipated but she did not raise her fee and refused to accept more money when our case was closed. Not much you can really say about Steve, other than BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I found myself in a bad spot and got my first DUI. I was so nervous and worried, and thought my life was "over". After meeting with Steve, my concerns lessened, but were still there. Steve was quick in answering any questions or concerns. He was always there to help and set my mid at ease(not easy for me). Steve studied all the reports and facts of the case and looked deeply into my situation. When we arrived to court, i was shaking so much. Once I met and talked with Steve, that all stopped. I was still nervous as could be! We were then called in the court room to start the trial. Steve did EXACTLY what he was there to do. He showed the police were not 100% being honest, and made some obvious mistakes. Steve was quick to point all those mistakes out, and prove my not guilty status. Through the entire trial, I thought to myself, "man, this guy is good". In the end, NOT GUILTY! Steve 100% did what was asked and beyond. Now, if the registry would cooperate, I would be a happy man, lol. Again, do not hesitate to use Steve for your DUI needs. Hopefully, you don't have to though, LOL. It is not something fun to deal with. Thank you Steve!!

I was arrested for 1st offense refusal. I was very unsure about what was going to happen next and looked up OUI lawyers, after reading and listening to previous clients statement on his website I decides to give Mr Waldbaum a call. Mr. Waldbaum returned my call immediately and began to verbally walk me through what was going to happen, this was very helpful and made things much less stressful, he was very honest about everything that he could do for me. We went to court and got everything done in 1 day, I was leaving for a vacation to Europe in a few weeks following the arrest and his expert handing of my case allowed me to still take this trip. I had trouble getting my license back after court because of the RMV changing their computer systems, MR. Waldbaum and his associate Mr. Dunn were very proactive and went as far as spending over 4 hours at the RMV/ running back and forth to the court house to get documents until the RMV gave me a license, and to top it off they did not charge me for all this extra service. I was on the fence about hiring a lawyer and spending that much money, I am so grad I did and would highly recommend MR. Waldbaum and Mr. Dunn.

Dear Attorney Joseph Waldbaum, “This letter is written with gratitude, appreciation, admiration, and respect.” Going back to October 17, 2016 that early Sunday morning my life took a turn for the worst and my family was facing certain turmoil. Having been arrested for my 3rd OUI and placed into custody during the early morning hours, and unsure of where I was to turn. I sat at the police station until I was to be arraigned at court. Having posted bail, I was facing a slew of charges with one being a felony which comes with a mandatory 6 months in jail. I went home and started googling best OUI lawyers In Massachusetts. I was cited for driving to endanger - negligent operation when I crashed my motorcycle. An application for criminal complaint was filing against me by the Plymouth County Police Department.
