Attorney Tuttman was referred to me when I asked a lawyer friend of mine, who was the best lawyer around that could help my 19 year old son that got into some trouble. He gave me the name of Attorney Alan Tuttman and said he is who he would go to if he needed a criminal attorney. Alan held my sons hand (and mine as well) through the whole process and I'm happy to say that after several months my son is cleared of any "criminal charges" and has his life back.. Don't know what we would have done without Alans help. He is kind and sincere and his price is more than fair for what he can do.. Would highly recommend..

Attorney Tutman was referred to me when I asked a former policeman friend of mine who was the best lawyer around that he could recommend. Without hesitation he gave me the name of Attorney Alan Tutman. After a phone call and a sit down meeting greet I was sure that attorney Tuchman was the right lawyer for my case. Upon researching my keys he showed me that we had a good chance to come out victorious. Will the results are fantastic and I can’t say enough about attorney Tuckman‘s performance during the case. He had confidence, he spoke of laws, and eventually hod the case dismissed.

Mr. Tuttman came as a recommendation from another lawyer that was honest with me and told me he didn't think he could win my case. Mr. Tuttman was awesome to work with and always seemed to be very well prepared. His line of questioning while witnesses were on the stand was very impressive and despite the mountain of evidence against me including my crashing my own vehicle Mr. Tuttman won the case. I definitely recommend him and if the circumstances required it would have no hesitation to work with him again.

Steven Striffler helped me with a very difficult situation that I was in. From the very first meeting with him, he explained everything to me clearly. He was always available to me and always return my calls or texts promply. He always sent me any information that he received from the courts with an explaination. With his hard work and my determination to get my life back on track, I was able to my legal matters cleared up in half the time that I expected. He is very professional. Steven always knew the answer to the question's that I ask. Out of this experience, I did learn that there are people that do care and can help you with legal matters. So this happened when my father was looking for a lawyer since the lawyer i had didnt have great communication skills. My father wanted to get a second opinion from another reputed lawyer. My father and i spoke to Jaye. She was kind enough to provide over 3 hours of free guidance. She didnt demand to get any payment (very unusal of a lawyer to give free advice). She knew she couldnt represent me as she didnt work with Essex county. She was always available to give me free advice and guide me in the right direction when i needed her support. Lawyers like her will keep your legal fees low and help you get out of the divorce as quickly and as elegantly as possible. She understood where i was coming from and more than that she understood what a father goes through during this tough time. It is unfortunate she didnt work with my county. She is very competent, great work ethics and treats her clients like humans. Again if she can represent you in your county, please do not hesitate to reach out to her. She is the best out there. In the face of so many lawyers that I had contact with and explained my situation in and out of Boston, I was frustrated by the values and care of my case; they all made me suspicious of their motives and that I was just another person to make a profit from. But after meeting Alejandro, everything was different. He gave me the confidence I needed after our first meeting that I hadn't experienced before and the price he charged was extremely fair. After many years, we have finally recieved our green cards after the hard work from our lawyers. I am very grateful to have found this law firm with excellent professionals. Alejandro was a pleasure to work with. My fathers case was very hard and no one wanted to take it. Alejandro was very upfront and honest about the case which I appreciated. I decided to take a chance with him since he was the only lawyer willing to work with me. Alejandro always communicated well with both me and my father about any information he had to tell us. The process was very long and stressful but worth it because now my father is back after 13 years. I really appreciate how hard Alejandro worked to get back my dad here and did. It is great to have Kevin as my attorney. The divorce process was already stressful, and the first attorney I hired has caused me more troubles and delays. After being fed up with enough issues, I have browsed various websites to search for different attorney profiles and reviews. I have been glad that I made the right decision to hire Kevin to replace the prior attorney. When I first walked into Kevin's office, I was full of worry and concerns with the burden from my ex and my prior attorney. Kevin was able to calm me down and prepared me for the divorce process. I spoke with Sarah Edgecomb about my immigration situation. Even through her caseload was full, she nevertheless spent a good deal of time giving me guidance even outside of any consulting agreement. I was very impressed with her clear communication about my immigration situation. She is a very clear thinker and laid out options, risks and interconnectedness involved in various strategies extremely well. In the world of immigration law where absolutes are not always at hand and ambiguities abound, Ms. Edgecomb so very clearly explained the risks and benefits associated with various immigration pathways and answered my numerous questions very well. Joy is the best! Direct, knowledgeable, empathetic, and fairly priced. We had run out of options as no one else would take our case. Another attorney actually stopped taking our calls when we asked for a reference. Joy is different. She heard us out, gave us her direct assessment, and step-by-step, took us through the process. Everything went just as she predicted it would (it actually went faster) and we now have a Green Card! I would recommend Joy to anyone with.

Doug was fantastic, helping my family, specifically my daughter and son in law, finalize some legal documents. Their previous lawyer had essentially flaked out on them and they had been waiting 6+ months to complete the process. I reached out to Doug after reading his reviews, which I can confirm are all accurate. He was responsive, and followed up immediately with me to understand the situation. He reviewed and revised our documents and set up a meeting to complete the process. He provided great legal advice, and is a genuinely nice guy who seems to enjoy helping is clients. Attorney Gaudreau did an excellent Job preparing my case and representing me before the RMV Board. She was successful in getting my License Fully Reinstated. With the MA RMV going through issues Since June of 2019 I was caught up in the system and had my Licenses suspended for 1 year based on old OUI's even though I had had no Driving issues for many years. I searched for a good Lawyer to represent me. I am very satisfied that I found Julie to represent me, and very pleased with the outcome of my case. My experience says don't go it alone if you have an issue with the RMV.

I hired attorney Julie Gaudreau after being charged with a first offense OUI. I was charged after reporting a minor accident involving only myself due to exhaustion. The arriving officer immediately suspected and accused me of driving under the influence due to the fact I had stated I was on my way home from a birthday dinner. After discussing my case with Julie we decide to take the case to trial. Julie was outstanding at presenting my case during a bench trial in Worcester. She argued the minor accident happened due to exhaustion, and many of the officers accusations of impairment in his report and testimony could also be used to describe someone who was exhausted. After everything was presented at trial the judge found myself not guilty of operating while under the influence. Julie has been unbelievably helpful and informative throughout my entire case, answering and explaining any question I have presented to her. I highly recommend Julie and her team they are truly outstanding!!!

When seeking a lawyer to tackle the daunting task of Estate Planning, the firm of O’Connell Law LLC was recommended by our financial advisor. Our first meeting coincided with the onset of the COVID19 pandemic and necessitated doing so “virtually”. In spite of the sudden transition from business-as-usual, all of our interactions were handled with competence, compassion, and elegance. Tiffany A. O’Connell walked us through the initial phase, simplifying each step and answering all our questions with warmth and wisdom. The depth of her understanding of the law was evident as she deftly led us through the weeds of details. She shared the screen with Faiza Z. Chaudry who added to her comments. A meeting schedule was established, and we had the benefit of Faiza’s expertise at following sessions. Faiza was meticulous in her presentation and explanations, and she, too, answered all our questions professionally and with obvious eagerness to help us understand each detail. For thirty years my husband managed our finances. My eyes crossed every time he tried to get me involved. I’m not proud of that but it came back to haunt me when he got ill and it all fell to me. Eventually I woke up to the fact that his illness meant that I needed to redo all my estate planning because he could no longer be my backup trustee, health care proxy, etc. My neighbor recommended O’Connell Law to help me, and I am so grateful. I had so much trepidation about it but Tiff and her associate Faiza put me at ease immediately. They have the process down to a science; they are able to break estate planning into small understandable pieces. They are as much wonderful teachers as they are excellent attorneys. They take their time and made me feel like all my questions were good ones. They followed up with me to make sure I was able to carry out the steps of funding my Trust. I have to say I was full of nerves questions anxiety about the whole thing I have never had anything legal related to have to go through ect in terms of needing a lawyer so this was a big deal to me and I have to say Anthony erased all of those fears and jitters he was down to earth kind and very welcoming and very informative of the whole process and what to expect ect Truly the best experience I could of hoped for such a breeze ! My referral to Pam Schaefer occurred during a very confusing and stressful time. My original attorney, who had very ably represented me, knew that there were remaining issues after the final ruling that would necessitate ongoing litigation. He was not keen on this, as he had developed an antipathy to my ex-wife. He suggested someone different, and recommended someone he had very high regard for. I was apprehensive, needless to say. Attorney Matta helped me draft a pretrial memorandum and has always provided me with excellent legal advice. Attorney Matta is undoubtedly great at what she does. She is incredibly intelligent and will work hard to fight for her clients but the best part of working with her is she is extremely personable and understanding. She has an expansive resume and many years of experience as a family attorney so she’s seen it all. A lot of times she was able to finish my sentences when explaining my legal troubles. Attorney Matta is also extremely fair when it comes to payment, and she worked with me which was nice. After a very difficult divorce matter which my son was falsely accused of allegations that were brought to criminal court.. We contacted a self proclaimed best attorney on cape who did nothing but overcharge and not do a thing. We Contacted Atty Joseph Leone he was right on the case immediately . Mr. Maguire is truly spectacular at what he does. When I was facing an underage OUI case I was scared stiff, but he was able to calmly look at the facts of the case and handle it with efficiency. Whenever I wanted an update on what was happening or if I needed to make an appearance, he was able to accommodate me and give me heads up. He turned what was essentially a life altering charge into a situation that I could handle and afford.

Stan was the perfect attorney to walk beside me on my journey to find justice. In my case, a therapist took advantage of me in an egregious way, and it was not something that was easy for me to talk about. Stan listened with compassion and understanding, something previous attorneys did not do. He showed me nothing but professionalism and respect, and I always knew I was not walking alone. Today is the first time I have found the courage to publicly speak/ write of the multiple sexual assaults perpetrated against me by my own primary care provider. More importantly I wish to use this platform to publicly extend my lifelong gratitude to Attorney Stanley J. Spero, esquire, for giving me my voice, the courage to hold my doctor accountable and for his role in my one goal - the revocation of my doctor/ abusers medical license and in turn the opportiny to use his medical practice to harm another individual. I say Stan returned my voice to me as the abuse had left me feeling numb, unheard and disbelieved and it was that one moment, in a public forum, he spoke everything my whole being wanted to scream- "provider sexual assault and misconduct are crimes and a betrayal of trust like no other". My twenties are long behind me but so is the shame and fear and living on the fringes of not wanting to be the" one that rocked the boat". My hope is for all those who wish to make that first step, know that Stan will man the helm, guide you to port and drop anchor to safely bring you home. Thank you Stan. I've not forgotten you.

I was extremely fortunate that I had found TELL, a website based help organization that provides support and guidance for victims of therapy abuse. They had given me Stan's name when inquiring about my options to handle the damages I sustained during therapy. Stan, took on my case, and guided me through the process every step of the way. He and his paralegal, Mayra, were always supportive and quick to answer my questions and concerns (of which I had many). Stan truly is an expert in the area of therapy abuse, he knows the system and what to expect! I had told Stan from day one that I would not sign a gag order no matter what the settlement offer. I'm sure there was much back and forth between the lawyers but in the end, Stan came through for me and we settled out of court in 13 months without signing a gag order (other than financial disclosure I am free to talk about my case). I could not ask for more. We also filed a complaint with the Board of psychology and are still waiting for the verdict. What I went through was horrific, but with Stan's help, I hope we have put a stop to another bad therapist from harming innocent victims. Stan and his staff were personal, professional, honest, detail oriented, and sensitive to what I had been through. I highly recommend them if you are in search of a lawyer who can handle therapy exploitation malpractice suits. Lisa

If you need a divorce or family attorney, Atty Danielle Thomason is the BEST of the BEST! I only wish I had found her for my divorce 10 yrs ago. I had a horrible experience with my original divorce attorney so I panicked when served an unexpected modification 10 yrs post divorce, and all I can say is how GRATEFUL I am for Danielle. She is compassionate, empathetic, listens, and treats every person like she's walking in their shoes. She's not all about the "billable hours, minutes, emails etc." but about truly helping her clients...she would even call me after my work hours because it was hard to chat privately at work sometimes. I am a single mom of 3 with my last off to college and have lived on a limited income for years. So when I was served with modification paperwork at the beginning of covid when money, life etc. was stressful enough, I am so blessed I found Danielle. She is a top notch attorney (the kind you think you'd find only in Boston) who knows the law inside & out...she is amazing at her job (my ex husband even commented such in our pre-trial hearing)! When I was served, the modification was to pay me no child support and me pay $15,000 in college tuition (which I do not have). Final outcome - I was able to keep my child support and my ex-husband has to pay for our son's college tuition and I pay nothing. I can only say that if you need a divorce/family law attorney, you would be extremely lucky to have Danielle Thomason in your corner!
