Attorney Medore is a phenomenal at what he does. I would recommend him/his services to anyone. I hired him to assist me with my SSDI claim. He was instrumental to the successful outcome of my claim. I simply could not have done it without his expertise. He skillfully guided me through the entire claims process, navigated through the subsequent appeal process and ultimately the successful outcome of my hearing in front of the judge. I attribute this success entirely to my Attorney Rick Medore. I was so impressed with his professionalism and depth of knowledge on the subject. Grateful to have found and worked with Attorney Madore. I needed someone patient to help with my SSDI case who was not frustrated by my difficulties with anxiety and cognitive overwhelm due to PTSD and chronic illness. I am glad he was on the other end of the phone for all the information needed. I really did need that help and am grateful to now on the SSDI that I currently need with the least stress possible considering the challenges of the process. We were extremely pleased with Debra's services. Debra represented us as the sellers of 2 pieces of property with somewhat complicated scenarios such as property line changes and easements. She also handled an inexperienced buyer's attorney. We were extremely pleased. Also she is always available. We could send her an email at 8 PM not expecting a reply until morning but she was always replying. Strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Debra handled our closing in an efficient and detailed manner. She was very approachable and receptive to all of our questions and concerns. I can not say enough about the job attorney Debra Bodenstein provided me. She represented me for both buying and selling of properties and she had my best interest in mind at all times. When a problem occurred with the title to the condo I wanted to buy Debra worked tirelessly to find a satisfactory solution and made my purchase possible. My husband and I recently updated our will and I can say that I was not looking forward to it (hence, putting it off for more than 5 years!) Danielle made the whole thing painless. She is a smart, highly competent professional but also adds a "human factor" to her practice, and that is what makes her unique. We felt that all of our legal needs for which we sought were met. The main benefit from working with DGVE was that we know that in any event our wishes have been communicated via a will and will be carried out as written. Additionally, DGVE made sure to bring up scenarios and possibilities that we hadn't considered and now those are also planned for. We feel that our children's needs will be taken care of in the event of an emergency/tragedy and that our wishes will be communicated to our loved ones and executed. Additionally, the process was so easy. It was not difficult to understand the choices we were making, every step of the way was explained to us in language we understood and what we needed to do in order to have the best experience was given to us in a checklist. This made it so easy for us to complete while juggling work, pregnancy and life in general. In all, we felt that our wishes were heard and understood!

Mike is a great guy and a good lawyer. He is very personable and I have used his advice many times. What I really liked about Mike was that he professionally put a quick end to opposition's attempt to cause problems and cost the client's money during divorce. Mike will point you in the right direction. Some of the time I didn't like what he told me but in the end he was right and I respect that.

In June of 2020, I was entering a grocery store and slipped in a puddle of water on the floor and broke my ankle. I was on vacation from California and did not know any Attorneys. A friend suggested George MacKoul in Hyannis. George had practiced in California and was very knowledgeable in both California and Massachusetts law. George really helped me with ideas to assist him in preparing my case. One suggestion was keeping a daily diary. The case took 2 years to close. George negotiated a very good settlement. He and his Assistant, Diane, made our long-distance communication and document filing seamless. I would definitely encourage anyone to engage the services of George MacKoul!

I hired George to represent me in a dispute I had with a boat yard. The boatyard failed to properly winterize my boat causing damage to the engines, and the cabin. The boatyards insurance company tried to offer me a small amount of money, but once I had George on the case things changed rapidly. I ended up getting the compensation I was asking for from the insurance company, and they had to dispose of the boat themselves. I can't say enough about George and how he efficiently worked through this dispute for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need.

Many years ago I had chosen SS&B to help establish the first estate plan for my wife and I. Recently at the passing of my wife, I needed to update all of these plans. Obviously having just lost my wife of almost 40 years and having to pull out all of those documents that we had created together added a bit of stress to a difficult time, added to the stress we had all been facing during the COVID pandemic of 2020. Attorney Abbott and her entire team not only helped direct me through all of the steps need to make my transition to this new estate plan, but also worked with me to be sure all of the questions were asked and answered thoughtfully knowing that my brain had difficulty focusing on almost anything, no less the redoing of my estate plans. Her calm and supporting presence though this made a difficult time bearable. She was working to support me not only to complete this new plan, but also as a person. She would take the time just to talk and not just dive into the needed work on the documents. She was the person, and they were the team that was needed for me to get through this most necessary process. I hope and doubt I may ever have to go through a situation like this in the future, but feel confident that I would immediately reach out to them if the need did arise.

Attorney Abbott was a pleasure to work with during the estate planning process including establishment of a trust. She was very accommodating during this unique time of COVID offering to conduct meetings via Zoom, at her office, or at our home and ensured safety measures were in place when it came time to execute the documents. My late father had a piece of property in Massachusetts that my siblings and I had to sell. None of us lived in state, and there was a considerable amount of legal work to do. We were lucky to find David. He took care of everything for us, even finding an excellent realtor. David was considerate and thoughtful, and treated us with respect while we were going through a difficult time. He kept us informed and guided us through the maze of court filings and probate hearings with great care. The bottom line is that we sold the property without having to come to Massachusetts even once; David even handled the sale. I would recommend David to anyone. I can't thank him enough for what he did for us.

David is very honest and straightforward. He is thorough and persistent and has always been very responsive whenever we have had questions. We started going to him to prepare our annual tax returns, but found ourselves calling upon him for any legal matters, including real estate transactions as well as setting up wills and legal trusts. Attorney Peter Szyjka had represented my family for an auto accident case in 2013. As a result there was serious injury which required a family member to undergo surgery. I reached out to Zach who was Reccomnded though someone at Harvard law criminal justice department. I spoke to several other attorneys as well as Zach. Zach stands out compared to the 4 other attorneys I had consultations with. I called and he got back to me within the hour. I had a phone consultation with him about my case. He went above and beyond with out being asked. In our consult, and for several days following Zach continued to give me information I had never been presented before that could be the difference between winning and losing a case. This is all based on Zach’s experience, knowledge and research. He took the time and went far beyond the expectations of a consultation. He presented it from both sides and was able to play devils advocate well. Alone on his consult, I would highly Reccomnded Zach. There are many attorneys out there but there are few that put in the time and effort as Zach does.

I hired attorney Carima to handle my case. She was great. Christine is very knowledgeable was always professional and prepared. I know nothing about divorce and was scared and upset. She id very easy to talk to and calmed me down; answered all my questions. She got me the best outcome that I could have asked for. I have children and she explained that throughout life, as the needs of the kids and myself change, there may come a time to modify my divorce. I will be calling her again to handle that. I contacted Ms. Carima in regards to an custody ruling from another state. She was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done to enforce the ruling in Massachusetts. In the law enforcement profession, we hope to never have to need an attorney, but one night at 11pm when I arrived at work, I found an envelope in my mailbox indicating that my agency was investigating me. The first phone call I made was to the Legal Defense Fund, and as luck would have it, Attorney Gambaccini was the lawyer handling the emergency calls to the law firm at that time. From that night on, Attorney Gambaccini was extremely helpful in offering a different perspective on the situation I was being investigated for. I believe that with his input and guidance at each step of the way, he helped me navigate through waters that proved to be extremely challenging at the time. It turned out that the first investigation that Attorney Gambaccini helped navigate me through was just the beginning. Over the course of the next few months, I would come to depend upon Attorney Gambaccini's feedback and knowledge many, many more times. Through the numerous (and I mean numerous) phone calls that the two of us had, Attorney Gambaccini listened like a friend and offered help as I needed an attorney to do. A year has passed since having to utilize Attorney Gambaccini's expertise, and since successfully helping me with with my ordeal, I can say that I still keep in contact with Andy. I wouldn't hesitate in reaching out to him in his official capacity should I ever need legal assistance again in the future, but am happy that I get to keep in touch with him as a friend at this stage in my career.

Andy was intorduced to me by another member of his firm. He has helped me through some difficult situations, including a civil suit. The case was dismissed without further action. I was first introduced to Andy through the MPA's legal defense fund. I needed the assistance of an attorney with a civil service employment issue. Andy and his associates at Reardon, Joyce and Akerson worked tirelessly towards my case. Andy kept me up to date with constant communication. His knowledge of the law, particularly of the civil service process, was impressive. Even though I was just one of his many clients, I felt a level of personalization between he and I that made the whole ordeal more manageable. I reached out to Zach who was Reccomnded though someone at Harvard law criminal justice department. I spoke to several other attorneys as well as Zach. Zach stands out compared to the 4 other attorneys I had consultations with. I called and he got back to me within the hour. I had a phone consultation with him about my case. He went above and beyond with out being asked. In our consult, and for several days following Zach continued to give me information I had never been presented before that could be the difference between winning and losing a case. This is all based on Zach’s experience, knowledge and research. He took the time and went far beyond the expectations of a consultation. He presented it from both sides and was able to play devils advocate well. Alone on his consult, I would highly Reccomnded Zach. There are many attorneys out there but there are few that put in the time and effort as Zach does.

Anton Reinert represented me in a long divorce process. He invariably responded to me in a timely manner with exactly the amount of information I needed to feel less worried and clear-minded. This ability to trust him and his guidance improved my quality of life during a difficult time. I appreciated his integrity in guiding me toward a solution that best matched my means and my interests. He is not a lawyer who wants to keep things going to make more money. I interviewed a number of attorneys before hiring him and believe he has a refreshing, efficient, approach in an aggressive arena. Anton has an air-tight understanding of the law and ethics that go along with the law. He also offers availability for communication at any inquiry and has a kind manner that isn't required, but that helps; especially at a difficult point in anyone's life. Working with Anton is easy. Anton's approach makes you want to rise to meet the situation, handle it well, and come out as a better person.

Anton took on my case mid stream after I replaced my first attorney for poor performance when most others would have not giving the complexity of my case. He also was up against a very uncooperative and devious other side. Anton knows trust real estate law very well. He also has great patience and doesn't get excited during what is a stressful and emotional time. I am grateful that he took me on and satisfied with how my case settled.

Attorney Foster is a highly competent and experienced attorney that "gets it" from the client's perspective. She's direct and results driven, not interested in wasting your time and money. (The antithesis of lawyers who run out the clock speaking to issues of high emotion but little impart.) In my divorce we faced a lot of nonsense from the other side and having an attorney that won't entertain that and brings none of their own helped me keep costs down and ultimately hold the line right where it should be.

I have been fortunate to have Erica "on my side" on two occasions. She is extremely responsive, has precise communication and does not attempt to "ad-lib" as many attorneys do. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened to me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. When I heard that he would take my case, I felt relieved, since he was known as one of the top lawyers in this field of tenant law. From day one, our very first conversation, I knew that we had a chance at winning this thing, and fortunately for myself, this proved to be true. I was not prepared for the kindness and consideration that I received from him. It was not all business and he understood this was something more personal. This made me feel secure and I knew he would have my best interest at heart. With his expertise and knowledge, I saw the light of day. Justice would be served. Attorney Molleur was always a pleasure to work with when I had a case where my landlords were breaking Massachusetts landlord law. James provided excellent counsel. He reviewed the facts of the case and communicated all of the available options and explained the pros and cons of each potential outcome. James used his knowledge of the system to expedite the matter. He handled all of the painstaking paperwork and contacted the various parties to move the case through the system. The ability to manage and expedite the matter allowed me to move forward with my life which can be very difficult when facing a large obstacle. Overall, James exceeded my expectations and I would retain him in the future due to his professionalism, attention to detail, and diverse skill set (e.g., management, law/court system knowledge, communication, etc.)

Sarah Ricciardelli and Kathleen Avitabile assisted me with a real estate issue.
