I reached out to Zach who was Reccomnded though someone at Harvard law criminal justice department. I spoke to several other attorneys as well as Zach. Zach stands out compared to the 4 other attorneys I had consultations with. I called and he got back to me within the hour. I had a phone consultation with him about my case. He went above and beyond with out being asked. In our consult, and for several days following Zach continued to give me information I had never been presented before that could be the difference between winning and losing a case. This is all based on Zach’s experience, knowledge and research. He took the time and went far beyond the expectations of a consultation. He presented it from both sides and was able to play devils advocate well. Alone on his consult, I would highly Reccomnded Zach. There are many attorneys out there but there are few that put in the time and effort as Zach does.

Lindsey prepared trusts, last will and testaments, powers of attorney, trustees certificates and health care proxies for my wife and me. She was extremely expedient but thorough and prepared all these documents for a third of the price of a Hyannis lawyer who had quoted the job. Her handling of our personal preferences for last rites was particularly compassionate.

A few short years ago my company ran into an egregious trademark and copyright infringement. In reviewing local attorneys, I discovered Ms Straus had extensive experience in the field and hired her. Despite the complexity of the case, we achieved a resounding success and very quickly. We again ran into yet another similar infringement in the past couple months so I called upon Attorney Straus yet again. And again, in a matter of only a couple weeks she was able to shut down the violation and bring it to a quick resolve. Not only that, it ended up not costing me a penny. Should we find ourselves confronted with yet another ne'er-do-well attempting to steal our IP down the road, be assured we know who to call. I recommend anyone else do the same.

Michelle's approach is meticulous and strategic, ensuring that every angle is considered. Her ability to dissect legal issues and present clear, persuasive arguments is second to none. When I was collateral damage in a lawsuit with a multi-billion dollar company coming after me, my first law firm did nothing but talk amongst themselves running up bills while doing nothing. I fired them and hired Michelle., Michelle was there for me. She dealt with the two large law firms hired by the multi-billion dollar company and eliminated all claims they had against me. To sum it up, we won and we won because of Michelle. While I never should have had this action taken against my company without Michelle we could not have overcome this adversity. I used him for a medicaid application for a relative. At first, it was an interview with the partner and a new attorney doing the work. When things got tricky, attorney Miller stepped in and handled things personally. He knew exactly what to do, when to do it, met all filing deadlines, and provided competent representation, and provided regular case updates. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We LOVE George Constant and his consistent desire to make sure we understand exactly what is happening with regards to our estate planning/special needs trust planning. His calm and laid-back demeanor -- sprinkled with some good jokes -- made our planning sessions with him a breeze. George is more than willing to explain everything until we understand exactly what is going on. He's very concise in his explanations, and he's also extremely thorough. George also empathized with our specific issue, which is planning for the future of a child with special needs. He has a very professional office staff, too. We always enjoyed our planning sessions with George and look forward to any future meetings we might have.

George helped me and my husband create our wills, trusts, and other important documents like POA and healthcare proxies. It was a smooth and organized process, and he clearly explained everything without jargon. He took the time to get to know us and what is important to us in terms of values and what we were trying to achieve with our estate plan. We also liked that he offers electronic services like the ability to exchange documents securely and store important files in a client vault. We even have cards for our wallets so that our important documents could be accessed in the event of an emergency. Beyond all that, he's got a sense of humor and seems to really love what he does. He's definitely highly experienced, and it shows. I could tell he cares about what the process feels like for his clients and acknowledges the parts that can be challenging. He even helped us through the practical work around how to retitle assets, which made our plan truly actionable. It's a good feeling knowing you've made a plan and put it into motion.

Attorney Constant recently worked with my father on his estate planning and establishing a trust, very specific to his needs and goals. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, as well as personable and patient as he educated both myself and my elderly father in all the details of the plan. Even after the final signing of the documents, he followed through on everything he promised in helping to execute all the changes we needed to make, and he continues to be very responsive in answering my many questions. I would highly recommend George Constant to anyone interested in setting up an estate plan.

I had tried several attorneys. They have either not responded or were too busy. I emailed Mr. Krefetz on Friday and received an email on Mon. AM. Unfortunately I had found an attorney on Friday. I didn't get a chance to work with him but would use him if I have further need for an attorney.

As a first time landlord, I needed assistance with dealing with a tenant who has been constantly behind with the rent and having on-going money problems, among the many other issues. I got to the point of needing to evict this tenant but wasn't sure how to go about it correctly. I've heard some horrible stories that made me very nervous. After the first phone conversation with Josh, he assured me that we had a good case for a positive outcome. Josh started working the case right away & walked me through the entire process. It was very reassuring to know I was taking the right legal steps throughout this very scary eviction process and to have Josh to advice me. I would definitely hire Josh again, if need be. I was a brand new landlord and made a lot of mistakes. I wound up with a problem tenant and went searching for a lawyer to help. Josh was the only one to take the time to investigate my situation and keep me out of the pitfalls this professional tenant had laid before me. Had it not been for Josh I would likely have failed miserably at being a landlord. I recommend him without reservation.

I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Roman as my lawyer for two separate affairs. One being as an immigration lawyer, I cant express enough all the things she did for us. Not one day would go by and I wasn't contacted by her or her office. At the completion of our case she continued to check to make sure with us that all was going okay. VERY PROFESSIONAL. The second occasion, was my divorce. I called her and within 2 days i was in her office starting my process. She is efficient and very through in her dealings with " the other side". Timothy helped us with a deed transfer after our mother passed away. It took us over a year to find an attorney that would help, mostly because most MA attorneys take endless vacations, and are not interested in dealing with smaller cases. Nick Carbone is the best!!! I was wrongly accused of an OUI after I lost control of my Jeep and hit my head on the windshield. The officer was persistent on stating that I was under the influence, when I wasn’t. I was in shock and dizzy from the impact. My license was suspended for a while. Nick’s knowledge was what helped me to get this case overturned. My experience with him was the best. He listens carefully to all the details. We used Jill when we were dealing with an IEP eligibility issue. She was enormously helpful. She was compassionate, highly competent and amazingly efficient in how she handled our situation. Jill was a tremendous help to our family as we struggled to understand our young son's learning disability and secure him the most appropriate placement. Jill worked tirelessly with us to understand test results, school placements, IEPS, etc. and was always available to talk through various scenarios that would be best for our son and family. I called lawyer Davis after I was told by my friends that they used him and won on there cases. He returned my call the same day and we meet the next day. During the meeting we went over my case and at the end I hired him. I asked him who will talk to the people that lied. He told me he has an investigator that I can contact 24/7. When davis was in court or on the weekends my family and me would contact this investigator for questions on people. attorney davis told me they offered a deal if I plea Davis took the time and explained my options if I wanted a trial I’m glad he took time and we went to trial. My friends were right Attorney Davis is the Best. He got me a not guilty He was a destroyer at trial Thank you davis and investigator Not Guilty- Not Guilty-Destroyer

Attorney Conley was understanding and motivated from the word go. He believed in me and my case and made it so easy for me to navigate through. The first few dates I didn't have to appear he handled everything and as of yesterday because of his hard work and attention to detail my case was dismissed without prejudice. I also would call him first no matter what legal issue I had because I believe in him and he believes in his clients. There have been many times I have either personally used Bob Ahearn and he is the BEST. Many years ago a car drove thru my parents home and trapped my nephew under the car, without hesitation Bob was by my families side assuring that everything would be OK. I came to Leanna because I wanted to ensure that my wishes would be followed upon my passing. Leanna listened with a keen ear to my intentions and suggested doing a Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Proxy. She met with me and listened to my wishes, took that information and within a short time called me in to review. I had been struggling for over a year to find someone local who does family law. Messages not returned, etc. Found Ms. Hamill in the Hingham Journal. Under "Responsive" I would underscore that by saying "prompt" which is kind of the same, but maybe not. She counseled my husband and me about what documents we needed, beyond what we realized we needed, and now everything is nailed down: wills, POAs, & names changed out to include our sons, now grown, in legal matters. I not only would recommend her, but I have. And the office is elegant!

I can't begin to summarize how competent, responsive, proactive and compassionate John and his team have been throughout a very long and stressful eldercare process. From the first phone call, John was on top of my situation, saw me the next day (on a Saturday no less!) and immediately went into action. Mr. Gosselin was recommended to me by a family member who is also MD in Winchester, MA. He spent 3 hours, 1-on-1, with me carefully explaining the myriad of MA healthcare intricacies me and my family needed to understand before going forward before placing my husband, a CT resident, in a nursing home close to his son. Attorney Gosselin literally wrote a book on this subject, but it was because of his knowledge and patience while helping me comprehend the system, that our family could go forward confidently with our final decision. A family member highly recommended that I hire Randall to do the closing of my home because she (as a paralegal) felt he would be best to serve me. She was absolutely right! Randall Barron was hired by me and my family to handle the legal aspects of the sale of our family home. My husband, a realtor, was the listing Broker, and worked closely with Randy.
