Jim represented my sister in an automobile accident case. She was taking a left turn at an intersection with traffic lights. The traffic light was green in her direction but the left turn green arrow had just turned off. A car coming from the opposite direction at excessive speed, struck my sister's car. The driver in that car claimed the accident was her fault since she was taking a left and should have yielded right of way. He wanted to bring suit, but Jim, working long hours and diligently, worked out a settlement, which was of significant benefit and relief to my sister. He is to be commended for the superb effort and obvious understanding of the law, in his successful handling of this case. I have tremendous regard for Jim and recommend him highly!

Bob and his team, including Holly Hinte are just amazing. They are to the point. I initially heard he was aggressive and ended up in his office to create a conflict. After additional 5 lawyer interviews and one disaster retainer I returned to him. He s just very knowleable, won t overcharge (he is expensive, don t get me wrong) but best spent money. He and his team are ultra efficient. Plus they actually care. Can t say good enough to things about them.

If you spend long enough in the workforce, sooner or later you will find yourself on the receiving end of an unfortunate situation on the job. Whether by malice, pure stupidity, or the broad swath of that particualr Venn diagram that overlaps proudly, someone will prove to you that no good deed goes unpunished for long. Fortunately, when you hire Judi Miller, no evil deed you've suffered will go unpunished either. I can't say too much about my own particular situation thanks to the terms of the settlement Judi got for me, and of course the language in the agreement made it clear that neither party was to assume that they prevailed; suffice it to say, from the perspective of the other party involved, it's hard to write a check with that many zeroes on it and feel like you are winning, unless perhaps you are at an art auction. Which they were not. Judi Miller is an excellent attorney, bringing depth of experience and passion for helping her clients to the table in a refreshingly BS-free manner. She is a tireless champion of the bastard-trodden and posessor of encyclopedic knowledge of state and federal employment law - exactly the person you want in your corner when the time comes to lawyer up. Judith Miller did a fantastic job and I have no complaints whatsoever. She took an interest when no one else would and followed through flawlessly. Needing an eviction is never a fun situation. But Jan and Melissa made it easier than I planned. I called them and explained the situation and they had the tenant served the same day! They made sure everything was done quickly on their end so it never got delayed. Unfortunately I have another eviction now, but I knew exactly who to call and they got right on it! Matthew is a hardworking, diligent attorney who knows the law and has his clients best interest in mind. I hired a large reputable firm and Matthew was my 6th attorney during a 3 year litigation. There were many times I wanted to quit but his tenacity and commitment to my case kept me going. At the end of the day, we won and I got what I was owed. I own a retail computer repair shop in Gloucester Massachusetts. We on occasion have the need for data recovery services. We were solicited by Fat Guy Bald Guy Computer services in 2015 and inn the hopes we would use their data recovery service. We obliged and availed ourselves of their services which initially were excellent. Over time however the level of service deteriorated to the point where we could not contact them either by phone or email in regards to 2 hard drives we had sent them for data recovery. Upon speaking to Richard he immediately researched the company and located their legal name and drafted a demand letter which he promptly sent to them. We are awaiting a response. Richard is the consummate professional and his knowledge in these matters is exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance or advice.

As you can imagine, the legal matter comes with a huge frustration, a lot of stress and lots of unpleasant time. Sometimes, well most of the time, when we end up in this situation, we can be extremely rude and inpatient. Well, when it comes to hire someone to deal with your problems a lot of times lawyers just saying "ohh, well, don't be a silly jerk just sign it" however this approach is NOT acceptable, it is all about your life in a long time. I have been in that situation but i was lucky enough to find Deborah who isn't just helped me but also explained to me in very fine details all the implication of making one or other decision moving forward, she was so patient with me and helped me to make educated decision and not just a "whatever" approach. I'm so grateful that i have had such lawyer who helped me to deal with a craziness of our laws and next to nothing protection of me as a citizen. To conclude, if you are looking for a solution in your life, long term solution so Deborah A. Katz is your answer and great help. I would recommend her not just a 100% but 200% or even more.

After attempting divorce pro-se and failing due to my ex being covertly narcissistic, I was in despair and didn’t know who to turn to that could truly help me. I spent a year stuck not knowing what to do and interviewing different attorneys who did not seem to really understand my situation. I didn’t want to waste myself and my wallet on legal fees and trials because I knew my ex was sneaky and would make the process even harder for me. After consulting with my therapist, she recommended that I call New Hope, to receive additional support I needed for this process. They connected me with a list of legal services, and I contacted the Women’s Bar Foundation, which is where I was matched with Jess. I truly believe Jess was an answer to my prayers. Not only did she agree to take my Divorce case pro-bono, but she also represented me in my restraining order case. She did so with so much grace and knowledge that the judge congratulated her for presenting such a compelling case to him. Not only did he grant me an extension on the restraining order but he granted it for 2 years because of how well the case was presented to him! Jess always listened to me carefully and never missed any details. I never had to repeat myself to her and she was able to understand my situation clearly and comprehensively from the very beginning. I recently hired Ms Soffan as my immigration lawyer. I needed her expertise in maintaining my permanent residency that I was at very high risk of losing. I spent years obtaining my greencard. I have 2 daughters in the US one of whom is a young widow with a little daughter to raise. I am in upmost need to maintain my status in the US to be close to my daughters and help raise my grandchild. The thought of losing my greencard was unimaginable. I hired Kathleen for a pretty serious (for me anyway) case in Woburn. From day 1 she was professional, kind and straight to the point. She went over all my options but kept fighting for the best outcome. She didn’t give in or settle. She kept pushing the State for the best outcome. In my case, she secured a dismal but even if the outcome was different, I wouldn’t have gone with anyone but her! She knows everyone in the courthouse and knows how to fight for you! I would hire Kathleen again in heartbeat! Well worth it!

James is the best DUI lawyer in the world. I’m a CDL Class A driver and my license was about to be gone. I caught a DUI and James worked hard and diligently to get the case beat. We won , not guilty . Highly recommend him to anyone that catches any type of OUI case in Massachusetts. Definitely worth the money

If you're reading this you're probably in a lousy situation. Having no prior legal issues, or moving violations in my 25 years of driving, I was shocked (and pretty angry) to learn what I was facing with what i saw as highy subjective oui arrest. Now that it's over I can say that I am very happy i hired Geraghty. He not only knew laws and options but he also new the system, specifically Boston municipal ct. That was extremely helpful in managing my expectations and stress levels. It was an awful experience but the advice and guidance I received was critical for the decisions I had to make, and the NG verdict he secured. I highly recommend him, He's one of the best in the state.

Mr. Smith represented me for a possible OUI, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and other charges that could have been brought into the situation. I was facing life altering possibilities that would have affected my young kids, husband, work, and other things I worked so hard to accomplish. I could have lost everything in my eyes. Mr. Smith was instantly empathetic and honest and connected facts with my situation to ease as much anxiety as possible. He knew the facts and figures of my case, never forgot any detail, and explained how best to handle this based on his professional and personal experiences. He included me in every choice and set deadlines that held everyone accountable and stuck to them. Nitin Dalal exceeded our expectations. We expected a positive outcome (which we did get in court), but Nitin in addition to our positive outcome personally wrote 3 police departments informing them of the false accusations against us so the police departments would do their own internal investigations. 1 of 3 has already provided us with their investigation notes on their review. I don't think a lot of lawyers would have taken this extra step, and when dealing with a false report from a vindictive ex, it really meant so much.

Attorney Nitin Dalal represented my 18 year old grandson on a first offense drug related matter. My grandson has a history of mental health issues which impacts his judgment. Attorney Dalal was engaged with my grandson & myself from the beginning. He took the time to become informed about the youth’s history to better understand how to represent him. He was extremely responsive to any questions that I had , replying to phone calls & emails promptly & keeping us informed regarding the process & his recommendations. In addition he contacted my grandsons treatment providers. Since my grandson needed additional support in the community to succeed Attorney Dalal also connected me to an advocate that might assist my grandson after his hearing. That was extremely helpful as he now will have a mentor that can support him in his goal of becoming self sufficient in the future. The outcome was very favorable for my grandson as he received a continued without a finding and probation. I would recommend Attorney Dalal highly and without reservation.
