If you are reading this, you are probably going through what I went through... a lot of pain with not many answers to what you should do next. I needed someone that understood the facts and also was caring and understanding. I have two kids and they mean everything to me and I didn’t want to cause them pain so I wanted someone that understood how to help me and that’s when I found Natalie. She was truly amazing. She laid out a plan for me right away and told me the do’s and dont’s. Honestly I don’t know where I would be if she wasn’t there for me. She is calm, professional and truly experienced. I highly recommend her. She fought for me and was able to get me what I deserve... my life back! Thank you Natalie!!!!

Natalie is one of the best of the Best LAYER one could ask for. She fights the fight in good faith. I've seen her go in swinging and come out fighting. She never gives up. She is one layer i would recommend to the world. She never gives up with out a fight. All i can say is she really puts all of her heart and soul into your case. After my accident I tried to deal with the insurance companies myself. Unless you're a lawyer you'll fail. Ralph knows the in and outs of dealing with insurance companies and getting what I deserved. The process took a couple of years because of the extend of the injuries. But it was worth the wait. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was OK. Personally injury compensation is not something you can deal with on your own. You need a good lawyer, and Ralph is an excellent one.

Bonita (Bonnie) Porter goes above and beyond to help you with your application for SSDI. This is a challenging process and I know I would not have been able to do this on my own. I could not have had help from a better person. She is friendly to work with and it is obvious this is not just a job for her. She is committed to helping you get the benefits you deserve. She was always available to answer questions and promptly replied to all of my emails. She would make time to meet with me if needed. I know for my case she had to go through a tremendous amount of information and medical records. She went through everything and put together a case that had a successful outcome. I highly recommend Bonnie to anyone looking to file a SSDI claim.

I hired Bonita Porter to represent me in trying to obtain SSD. She was such a great help to me, I could contact her at anytime mostly through emails. This is a very difficult process to go through especially when your going through medical issues and I would get so nervous and full of anxiety and Bonita would listen patiently and reassure me every step of the way. She was so nice to me and I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again if I needed to. She was Excellent!!!

Denise was the third attorney who represented me, as the Personal Representative, in a highly contested and litigious probate estate that spanned 10 years. Unlike my prior attorneys who had represented me in this case, she was diligent in her representation and I found her to have the highest level of integrity and legal expertise. The case involved multiple beneficiaries, multiple attorneys and contests to the will and through it all Denise was steadfast. She was always focused on resolution and not on her economic bottom line. If you are seeking an attorney who will look out for your interests I would highly recommend her in the area of probate law.

I hired Denise after having a poor experience with a lawyer that was recommended through family. My father had passed away without a will and I needed to become the representative of the estate. After waiting 4 months on the other lawyer and taking time off from work to travel to Massachusetts to meet with him I hired Denise. In less than 10 business days she had me appointed as the representative of the estate. I also had to go through probate court for a license to sell my father's home and she handled that process even faster. You always hear stories that Mass probate court is a nightmare but Denise made the process seem easy and seamless (although I am sure she had to jump through hoops to get everything done so quickly). We conducted everything via phone, email and mail. She made a very emotional and stressful process manageable.

Denise assisted me during a very confusing and frightening time. I never had a question go unanswered. She was patient with questions and anxieties about the case. She clearly outlined everything she was going to do and was able to follow through with it all. She seemed to genuinely care about the outcomes and how they would affect my family. They say miracles happen, and Mr Kevin Collins made them come true with his outstanding vast knowledge and his REMARKABLE REPUTATION AT MANY COURTS. I was in a situation where no one wanted to take my case or even tried to listen, let along the emotional support. Miraculously Kevin Collins was an angel sent from heaven. My story started when my Crazy EX went off the deep end after I ended the relationship, she used all evil ways and lies simply to see me in jail. She first started with an emergency restraining order and Mr Collins got it dismissed. Right after leaving the court house my ex starts to threthen and harass me and Mr Collins had a harassment order granted on her for ONE YEAR AND TO BE EXTENDED! She then files for Larceny over 1200 (that’s a automatic felony and reason why she filed for it is to have me deported because of my pending immigration status) again Mr Collins got it dismissed, it didn’t stop at that! She went right after the court hearing and filed for Larcent under 1200! The case went to the DA and the state of Massachusetts now still a larceny under but its a minor offense that would hurt my immigration status BADLY even if it’s dismissed and I still could be facing deportation if it enters the record. Thank The Lord I was blessed with Kevin he had the case just simply dismissed but DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGMENT! I couldn’t ask or expect more! Now I would say pheeeew it’s over! But no! She filed for 2 more restraining orders and Ofcourse when you have a Genius attorney like Kevin Collins you can just have faith and relax (both were dismissed). SIX accusations and the outcomes were ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! His sympathy and professionalism makes you feel that you’re working with a family member. I wish I could give more than a five star review.

Dave resolved a legal dispute filed in the Superior Court by a major International corporation. Dave worked on an unemployment dispute for me and was successful at getting the initial decision reversed. David is a different breed of attorney. He is a human being first. I usually don't write reviews buy I felt compelled to share my experience with Steve. Now here's the thing I called at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and he answered! It was on a whim and im so happy that I found him and reached out. I explained my what I feel might be a "messy" situation trying to get divorced. He listened with no judgement and told me that I already seem to know what to do but let me help you if i can. He offered for me to fill out all my paperwork (because the court house lost my divorce paperwork SMH) and when I have it all in order to email him and he said he will not charge me for him to look it over. I have called a couple lawyers and no one ever offered me anything like this. I feel he really heard me and I am just so grateful that he answered my call. Going forward if I need to retain he is who I will be retaining. This man is very kind, humble and just a good guy. Thank you Steve you gave me my hope back that I lost for some time. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!

I rarely write online reviews, but i think it is critical in this instance, firstly, because I used Avvo in assisting with my legal selection and consumers need this data. So, I will be as honest as I can. Attorney Zlochiver is principled. I found his service to be based upon fairness and seeking the best outcome within the limits of the law, and done with an un-excitable, stable spirit. This sometimes was a sticking point for us. My opponent was aggressive and angry, and I wanted more energy; wisely, Attorney Zlochiver did not return all of the flaming brands I requested of him. In the end, for better or worse, he tempered my anger and frustration with my case. Attorney Zlochiver is responsive. He was always reachable by email and phone. Reasonable response times were always met. In summary, if you are seeking retribution and revenge, I don't think you'll find satisfaction here. I occasionally felt as though we could have been more aggressive--going on the offensive vs. a defensive posture, but Steve knew it would have been a futile, mis-use of my fee and he was careful about fee utilization.

In searching for a family lawyer, I had three criteria: 1) A competent lawyer who is familiar with the presiding judge. It is important that the lawyer knows what the judge looks for in a case both in the court room and the filed documentation. He was able to advise of the proper strategy to get the best case scenario without having the situation spiral into a more contentious case. 2) An objective lawyer who has enough court-room experience to be realistic in assessing possible outcomes. Rather than simply being hopeful, he suggested contingencies for the most plausible decisions that the judge may make during the hearing. 3) An understanding lawyer who would work with my limited budget & time. Mr. Zlochiver took on my case knowing of my financial situation and worked into the late evening on new documentation in order to bolster my case the following morning. Steven Zlochiver certainly does not comes to mind when you think of the typical ambulance-chasing lawyer. Not a shark. Not a clock watcher. Rather, someone you definitely want in your corner who is willing to relate to your circumstances.

Irena Inman is a diamond in the rough. I have not had a lot of experience working with lawyers (thankfully) but if I ever have to in the future, they will be held to a high standard as Irena has set the bar incredibly high. Jordana was patient, kind, compassionate and efficient at handling my divorce. She explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions. She also helped me understand what was typical vs atypical so that I could manage the emotions of going through this difficult life circumstance. I highly recommend Jordana.

Jordana came highly recommended from a friend and she did not disappoint. My divorce was messy and complicated, as is not unusual, and there were many details to consider. To say that Jordana is meticulous would be an understatement. She quickly mastered the intricacies of my case. Jordana is not only an expert in family law in Massachusetts but also can draw on her extensive experience with how cases play out in practice. Jordana was also extremely adept at strategizing our approach and helping me understand which positions would be to my advantage and which would not. I don't recommend going through a divorce, but if that's what life brings, you can't do better than having Jordana at your side.

Leslie and Addison helped me and my wife get our GC from H1B transfer. Leslie was a great lawyer over the past six years. First she helped me to get the Visa and then my Green Card. I was impressed by the quickness and rapidity at which Ian Keefe (attorney) and Altman and Altman was able to respond to our urgent request for representation. Attorney Ian Keefe is quite simply the best lawyer available in the Boston area for driver's license issues, traffic court, and clerk magistrate hearings. Ian was able to get my case dismissed in one appearance in just minutes. Just as important, he instilled confidence and peace of mind leading up to hearing. I interviewed about 20 lawyers for my case it was clear that no one was better qualified or could take better care of me than Ian. I give Ian my highest recommendation.

Ian deserves more than the five stars. I hired him to help me with a restraining order. He wrote down every detail of my story and cared about every detail. He answered calls quickly and reassured the extreme anxiety I had. It was his attention to detail and real empathy that won my second attempt at an RO. He has since followed through with the state to make sure I am treated fairly in the criminal case against my abuser. He didn't have to do that. Excellent lawyer and such a nice person. You will not be sorry!

I worked with John for a brief time where he negotiated licensing and IP deals that could be very complex. My past experience in entertainment IP saw many deals fall apart for lack of mutual understanding in this very new territory. Not the case with John, he was diligent, thoughtful and speaks in terms all can understand. I continue to consult with John on personal business and trust him to always be straight and guide me to the best solution.
