My husband and I hired John right after, and I mean right after, our first child was born...realizing that we needed to get our "estate" in order. He clearly outlined everything that we needed gather, discuss in advance, and then guided us through the process and planning part with recommendations. He was incredibly patient with us too in getting all of our final paperwork signed and processed, as that was a crazy time for us. The whole process could not have gone any smoother, and when it was complete, we were amazed that we had put it off for so long thinking it was such a huge project to take on. Professional, personable, and very thorough. We originally hired Megan for new trusts and wills. As a great real estate attorney, we then used her for a complicated closing. Since then I've hired her for real estate investment transactions, privacy trusts, promissory notes, business filings, and have referred her to many others who have said they were also very pleased with her level of detail, price, and service.
Things have gone wrong in business, but every time her documents have protected us. I recently used Ms. Hardee for the closing on the sale of my home. There were several tricky aspects of this closing including the fact that the attorney who handled a re-finance 20 years ago did not properly record the deed changes.
Ms. Hardee is the ultimate professional. She persisted in her follow up on this problem until it was solved. Of course, the bank in question had been absorbed four times due to mergers, so she had to follow this chain to get the necessary information.
There were other issues, including the buyer's attorney not understanding a special agricultural status of my property. Where I would have expressed my frustration, she continued to handle these issues with grace and the provision of the legal information needed to finally educate him.
Throughout, Ms. Hardee kept me informed, coordinated with my realtor and moved the process to the final conclusion, i.e., actually closing on the designated date and making sure that everything was in order.
While Real Estate closings are often routine, this one was not. Ms. Hardee's expert handling of this indicates to me that she is very intellligent, has wide ranging understanding of the legal process, the perseverance to explore all angles of an issue, and the ability to deal professionally with many different personalities. And her integrity is beyond reproach.
I highly recommend Ms. Hardee. I feel confident that my case was handled in a thorough, professional and intelligent manner.
I am sure that Ms. Hardee would be an asset to any legal process, including those much more complex than real estate closings.

It was supposed to be an amicable divorce initiated by my ex-wife. It became clear that she wanted to set the financial terms based on what she thought was right. David was always calm and took some of the emotional elements out of the mix and focused me on the real terms. He was nonetheless a good listener and showed empathy while guiding me through the legal process.
He shared with me some of facts he would have presented to a judge had the amicable process gone awry. But all in all David worked hard at moving a difficult process through to its conclusion with minimal acrimony.
If you are looking to grind an axe I don't think he is the guy for you!
Otherwise I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the inherently difficult and emotional challenging process of ending a union while minimizing the collateral damages. He will make the tough journey that much easier. He is really a good guy and a good attorney!

After putting it off longer than we should have, my husband and I finally decided to do our estate planning. We worked with Kate who did a fantastic job. She came to our home for the initial meeting and helped us think through all of the potential scenarios. She quickly sent us draft documents and a flow chart that made things easy to understand. I am so glad I hired her to handle my Bankruptcy case, considering that I was in middle of divorce in 2015 and property was involved, so let's face it, I was terrified, considering that divorce attorney's and judge were watching my steps, and anxiously were waiting for the results. Attorney Laura Unflat is truly a compassionate professional! I was referred to her buy another attorney, if that doesn't say something nothing does. I have to say I could not be happier the way Laura handled my case. My case was not simple divorce lot of moving parts but she was very compassionate, and treats you like an equal not a client, which is not easy to find with attorneys. Divorce is not easy, but she reassures you when needed and had total compassion when it got tough. She is very professional, but tough when needed, she will not be pushed around.. I hired Laura to help with what was supposed to be a simple prenup; and through wacky twists and turns with a very difficult opposing attorney Laura was a steadfast advocate for me until it was completed. She very specifically figured out what was important to me, and was excellent at providing hypothetical situations to explain the implications of each provision. Her advice was thorough and backed up by examples from her experience.
As the agreement moved towards completion, and things got more contentious, I felt very comfortable when she would advocate directly with the other attorney because I knew she understood my interests and desires. She was very communicative with me and I felt well informed of each step. She was also very sensitive to and open about discussing billing when I had questions.
I highly recommend Laura Unflat for consultation for prenups, and if I ever have a family law need in the future, I will certainly call on her again.

Attorney Korth and his team were instrumental in helping with a lemon aid law case. He patiently responded to all the questions and helped put any concerns about the case at ease. He was also very careful about keeping expectations realistic and not over-promising. Yuliya Fisher-Nayyer is an excellent attorney. I had a tricky child support situation, where my ex was trying to get more than she actually was owed. Yuliya's careful reading of my divorce agreement allowed her to make clear arguments that convinced my ex and her attorney to accept the proper settlement, and we were able to resolve the situation with only one court date where the judge approved the agreement we had worked out. Yuliya was very honest in her assessment of my situation, and very clear in her explanations of what I owed and did not owe, which I appreciated because I did not fully understand the language in the divorce agreement and would probably have overpaid if I had not hired her. She also was completely committed to my case. She was excellent at communicating, both with me and the opposing attorney, and I never felt like my case was anything other than her top priority, even though I know she had many other cases at the same time. The advice she gave me was spot on, and everything worked out almost exactly as she had predicted, which is impressive given how many variables there were in my case. And she was also careful about how many hours she committed to my case so that I would not get overbilled for her services, which was a refreshing change of pace from lawyers I have dealt with in the past who seemed eager to rack up their billable hours. I really appreciate all the work she did on my case, and would hire her again in a second.
