Bob knows his field very well. He has handled multiple real estate tax appeals for me in three different cities over the last several years. In all but one case, each appeal was settled satisfactorily without going to the appellate tax board. We won the one that did go to the appellate tax board! He is reasonable and represented my organization with the cities in an evenhanded manner. I highly recommend him.

I have utilized Bob's services since at least 2003. He has effectively reduced my RE Tax Bills at a myriad of types of properties in a number of Cities/Towns in MA. I am about to make a potential purchase of Residential Rental RE for which I know the RE Taxes are too low due to the property having only recently been completed. Bob has assisted me and my office in understanding the likely scenarios. I have had situation where Bob may not have had any experience with the Assessor's office in a particular town and he has welcomed the opportunity to lower (and succeeded in doing so) my RE Tax Expense. A couple of years back, I purchased a piece of cleared but generally undeveloped land. Bob detected that the undeveloped land was actually made up of two parcels. So he worked with us to split the land into two parcels and thus lowered the RE Tax Bill(s) for the undeveloped parcel(s). Beyond his experience and expertise, Bob is fun to work with.

We've hired Mr. Gaines to do real estate tax abatements for our company several times. Usually I will file for the abatement myself but if I don't get a satisfactory offer from the town, I hire Mr. Gaines to pursue the abatement. I've never been disappointed in the results.

When I initially contacted Mr. Hoiberg, it was upon the referral of another Massachusetts attorney who thought that his level of professionalism, his knowledge of tax matters and his attention to detail would best fit the estate matter I was responsible for administering. His professional reputation was borne out over the course of several years of legal work that he did on the complex estate matter that involved multiple states, foreign jurisdictions and some complex tax work. Over the course of this representation, Mr. Hoiberg repeatedly proved thoughtful and pragmatic in his legal advice and careful in the detailed work he did. He provided me with copies of all documents/work products and made himself available as needed to review anything about which I might have questions. I appreciated his sensitivity in handling personal, family matters, but also his tactful yet direct approach to seeking needed information and diligently searching for the best solutions to his clients' problems. He is a skillful attorney and feel fortunate to have been referred to him for assistance in the administration of a complex estate from a remote (out of state) location.

I had been a member of the Legal Defense Fund for a number of years without ever needing to use it. That all changed earlier this year. I was involved in an internal matter in which I was accused of a crime. I made a call the the fund and was referred to Mr. Akerson. I called his office and spoke to Michael immediately. He walked me through the initial process and calmed my fears. When the time came to meet in his office, it was at my convenience. Mr. Akerson attended my hearing and was instrumental in my being found completely innocent of any wrong doing. I highly recommend Mr. Akerson and his services.

David Dwork did a phenomenal job for us! We were sued individually by a company whose had a vendetta against one of us. Of course they had vastly more funds than we did personally. David was able to make make the case for us such that we won. And he did it while paying attention to the charges so we could afford it. Attorney Dwork represented me against a condo association eventhough real estate is not his typical area of practice. He is able to gather resources needed and is very diligent. Dan and Spencer are amazing attorneys who have clear expertise and experience! Dan helped me with obtaining my company's TM as another company sent a cease and desist. I can't sing the praises of Mr Berardi enough. He always made himself available, and responded to emails and phone calls almost immediately. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and I never felt that I wasn't his top priority. He was responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. I couldn't have chosen a better attorney. Our case also required a lot of running around to take care of small, but important tasks and Mr Berardi took care of all of them. It really helped to limit the amount of stress I was under to take care of these items, and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. Simply put, he is fabulous.

Attorney Geller explained the process up front - the legal costs and the issues. He quickly gained my trust and made me feel confidant. Jacob was very responsive and got back to me quickly via phone or email (unless he was in court or tied up on a case.) His legal expertise and his ability to help me focus and remain calm while making tough decisions is one of the many reasons I feel he was an excellent choice to represent me during my divorce. He would also work to help me understand the other side's point of view and how everything would effect me and my children, now and in the years down the road. Andrea was referred to us by the bank my father in law uses. She offered one hour of free consultation to help us get my mother in law onto Mass Health. I was trying to do it myself but was way over my head. My father in law was apprehensive about what it was going to take to do this. Andrea calmed him down and took her time to explain everything. We hired her and she was great to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was so good dealing with my father in law I know I said it before but it isn't an easy thing to do. She answered all questions and used emails most of the time to correspond with us. My wife and I paid another lawyer for an hour consultation but my father in law would not go thru with getting her onto Mass Health. Andrea was a saint who came to us.

Going through with a legal matter can be very stressful and I have been very fortunate to have found an outstanding, thoughtful, articulate, honest and caring lawyer with Andrea Gomez. She listens and remembers everything you tell her, even the smallest of details. Her writing skill are incredible, so much so that the Judge will take notice. She is very patient with her client (like me) and is always thinking what the next best thing to do for her client will be. My case has been a difficult case. She has not let that stop her. She tackles it with gusto and follows through till the end. She also has the ability to make you smile when things are getting tough. As you can see I cannot say enough great things about her. Each family is different and I got the feeling that Emily cared and payed attention and interpreted my intentions well -- in the legal language that is necessary without it being over off-putting for me. We worked remotely and it helps to be comfortable on computers although I'm certain that process isn't necessary to get the work done. Joe was great. When buying or selling a house the entire ordeal can get very stressful so its important to be working with someone who knows what they are doing. Joe is always available to answer questions, which is important because a lot arise especially for a new home buyer. He not only knows the realestate aspect of the business but also knows the legal side. Anything that my wife and I asked for he was very prompt and professional in time and response. It was also a great help to view houses and have his feed back and expertise. He was able to point out aspects of a house for need of repair, or things that were positive and unique to a property. Joe was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone that I know.

After speaking with 15 different attorneys, and about another 10 who didn't respond I found attorney Valerio Giovanni Romano. Not only did Attorney Romano respond quickly, but he was knowledgeable. He was not like other lawyers I have encounter before, who don't know what they are talking about yet still charging you for the time. He not only got the case dismissed on the first court date for a small court fee, he had thing planned and discussed them with me every step of the way. My neighbor entered my property and cut down some trees so that he could put up a fence within 1 foot of my property line. I contacted Mr. Ionson who immediatley contacted my neighbor with a demand for settlement. Within 2 weeks the issue was resolved and 5 new trees were bought and planted on my property at my neighbor's expense. Mr. Ionson is clearly experienced in these matters and met all of my expectations at minimal cost and in an extremely timely manner.

I feel so fortunate to have had Judson Pierce represent me in my workman's compensation claim with the City of Boston. Judson for our initial meeting was kind enough to come to my house and explained to me in clear understandable language what my options were in making a claim. I was injured while at work and was out of work for over one year. Judson worked with the City of Boston lawyers, my doctors and other people involved with the case for over one and half years. He was always accessible, either through email or telephone calls. I always felt invited and that my case was his most important at the time. The law office staff were always clear and would provide messages to Judson for me. I was in court three times and each time Judson was totally prepared and presented my case to the judge in a clear amiable way. Recently Judson was able to work with the City of Boston and get a settlement for me. I can't thank Judson and his law office enough. I feel so fortunate that he was the lawyer on my case. He provided excellent guidance and help throughout this whole process . I highly recommend this law office.

Attorney Burns has the highest ethical and professional standards, he works well with clients, and his approach with insurance companies and opposing attorneys has proved very effective. Working with Neil has been a breeze. In the past I've found Lawyers in general to be difficult to get in contact with - they never return my phone calls. Not the case with Neil. Any questions or concerns I've had he answers quickly and lets me me know exactly what's going on. Couldn't recommend any higher.

Peter Moustakis was excellent in preparing our estates plans. This was my wife's first time doing this process and Peter listened to every question she asked and answered it in plain English. He made us both feel very comfortable and made sure we understood every aspect of each document. The final package was very well organized. He will also be meeting with our heirs to make sure we tell them exactly what we want so when the time comes, there are no unanswered questions. His rates were also very reasonable. We both highly recommend Peter.

I was recently injured in an auto accident and looked thoroughly for a good, reliable attorneys office. I spoke with several of my colleagues and they all mention Joseph Schwartz firm. I immediately hired them to represent me. Their entire staff are very friendly! But Attorney Megan Burak, stood out. She took the lead and helped me through my case. Mrs. Burak provided me with outstanding services and helped closed my case in a timely manner. I highly recommend hiring Joseph Schwartz law firm and look for Megan. If she is for some reason not available, ask for Matt or Lily. All of them are awesome!

We had very positive experience working with Megan as our Personal Injury Lawer. Accidents are stressful to begin with and dealing with Insurance company yourself in that situation is more painful. Working with Megan, we could just focus on the treatment therapy and forget about all other hassels. The whole process was very smooth and the end result was very satisfying. I highly recommend Attorney Dennis J Ellis and staff. I was involved in a car accident in which i was rear ended and injured and my car was totalled. Attorney Ellis made time for me and answered all my questions. His staff always returned all my calls and are bilingual. They trested me like a person not like a number, which is very important to me. I received an excellent settlement for my injuries and I am very happy with the outcome.

I will like to start this review by saying that it that it was a great pleasure being a client of The Law Office of Dennis J Ellis. This office kept me informed of everything related to my case step by step. Attorney Ellis took his time to explain the law to me and how the same applied to my case. He litigated my case for a year for a year with great results and proved my scarring with excellent pictures.
