I highly recommend Shapiro & Associates; they are an outstanding group of people who are dedicated to taking care of federal employees who are injured and seek compensation and benefits. Tabitha is an excellent attorney. She represented me for an OUI 2. She carefully and tactfully constructed a plan during one meeting and was 100% successful in court making things go better than I could’ve imagined. Filing bankruptcy can be difficult and sometimes embarrassing. Attorney O'Neil and made sure that I was comfortable with the process and explained all the parts thoroughly. He did not make me feel the ashamed or embarrassed. Attorney O'Neil kept abreast of each step in the process. Even after a short sabbatical, Attorney O'Neil worked tirelessly to get my case done in a timely fashion. I would recommend him to anyone. I definitely plan on using his services in the future.

My husband recently found himself in the dubious position of needing an attorney. We contacted Randi Potash and were immediately impressed. Attorney Potash arranged to meet us at a location that was most convenient. I was impressed with her knowledge of the Massachusetts state laws combined with her ability to explain them to us in lay terms at the same time as ridding us of our fear of the unknown. Her manner is both confident and reassuring. Needless to say, Ms Potash will be representing my husband! Hopefully we will not need her services again...but I would very highly recommend her to anyone that does!

Mark Fabiano was a life saver during my 2nd OUI case. I was very nervous going into court, but when we walked into Dedham district court, Mark seemed to know everyone, and everyone was happy to see him. Marc researched my case and driving history and was eventually able to get me a Cahill disposition and CWOF, which essentially means that my 2nd OUI ended up being treated as a first offense by the court system and I didn't have to enter a guilty plea on my record. As an added bonus, I was even eligible for a hardship license during my license suspension for a chemical test refusal. Otherwise I would not have had a license to drive for 3 years. Mark is very responsive and easy to talk to. He did a great job of reassuring me in one of the most difficult times of my life and providing a level of comfort that was sorely needed. In addition, even after the court case had been resolved, Mark was their for me when I was denied a hardship license by the RMV and attended my appeal hearing with me, where he spoke on my behalf, and the board overturned the RMV's decision. Mark will always be my go-to lawyer from now on.

I was originally referred to Mark by a family friend. This was my first time ever being in trouble with the law in any way, and I was naturally very worried and nervous. After meeting with Mark twice throughout this legal process, he impressed me with his intelligence, professionalism, and his ability to answer any and all questions truthfully to the best of his knowledge. Like I said, I was very nervous in the beginning, but the more I talked with Mark, the better I felt. He is a good listener, and he was very transparent with me. Another thing that I was impressed with was Mark's ability to communicate effectively, whether that be in person, on the phone, or through e-mail. He always responded to me in a timely manner. To say that I am satisfied with the work that Mark did for me is an understatement. If anyone that I know gets in trouble with the law in the future and needs the assistance of a criminal defense attorney, I will absolutely steer them in Mark's direction.

I had Mark Fabiano Represent me on a total of seven charges. Of the first five I was given the most favorable finding you could ask for. As for the other two I was caught driving with out a license and a class c substance charge for this I was given a 200 fine and he did it for half of what other lawyers charge go with Mark he will give you your options and get you out of trouble!

I am a grandmother who was totally lost when my granddaughters were taken from my daughter. Imust have talked to ten different people at the courthouse with no answers,then I met Mike. I'm sure he couldn't even understand me but he took the time to listen. Then he explained the process to me,someone he has never even met. Every word he said was true and 42 days later I was granted custody of my precious granddaughters.All of this done for a stranger by a stranger. That was two years ago. I was terrified when I was arrested for the first (and last) time, a couple of years ago. (It was a driving-related infracture). Paul King was a professional and matter-of-fact as a lawyer; but also there at any time to answer any questions and concerns throughout the process. My calls were never ignored or left unanswered. He was a true confidante, and thanks to him, i recieved a fair deal for my first (and last) ever incident. He was tough and honest, but also made me feal that I was not alone.

Like many of us, you suddenly find yourself in a situation where you need an attorney but you see hundreds of them listed. My ex-wife had hired an attorney from Franklin Mass who was touted as a "super attorney" by his firm. Needless to say, I was concerned. In short, I cannot say enough about Bruce. He is not only a wonderful guy, his 30 plus years of doing this made the "super attorney" look inexperienced. For over a year we heard opposing counsel say "this won't happen..." and that won't happen, taking cheap shots along the way. Bruce handled everything professionally and these things DID happen (as Bruce said they would) and we won. That said, no one wins in a divorce. But if you need to go through this miserable process, you'll want Bruce. He'll carefully explain things, listen, and firmly correct you when you do something stupid (like I did on a few occasions). He is well-liked by opposing attorneys and judges. And, Bruce charged HALF what the supper attorney did. Just a wonderful guy. You won't go wrong.

My divorce and custody process was challenging taking over six years to completion and Bruce came in as second council about three years into the case. Bruce was up to speed and engaged in getting the best outcome for me and my children. Bruce's knowledge, experience and compassion made navigating the case much easier. How to proceed through a divorce. The first step I would recommend is to seek this gentleman's advice. I was faced with a divorce from a embittered spouse. Bruce and I met and his knowledge, intelligence and calm manner throughout the process made the difference. I have no reservations about my choice, if you are reading this and thinking of hiring someone, Bruce will take excellent care of you. I was reminded by Bruce throughout the process of the goal, that is to end this unhealthy relationship without causing irreparable harm to my children. I was able to take the 'high road' with confidence knowing that Bruce has a keen understanding of my situation, no matter how low the other side went. I will say that he did the work when it came to the financials and division. I was at a loss as how to proceed, Bruce was able to explain to me how it will all work out. I have two children that Bruce understood to be my main focus. He kept each one of them in the forefront of his thinking and together we were able to reach an agreement with the other side that kept my children protected from the process. The entire length of my proceedings, a year, Bruce was always in contact to keep me updated and allow me to keep him informed. While Bruce has assistants, to delegate some of his workload, I was always greeted by and met with Bruce.

Richard reviewed a contract for me that dealt with signing on with a band and manager. He pointed out the flaws and vague language in it and showed me that the contract was not in my favor. Richard is a very knowledgable attorney. He definitely saved me from some troubles down the road.

My wife and I are retired, and have moved to the area from out of state. I also have an LLC. Mrs. Caisse and her office provided me with updated Wills and Power of Attorney documents and LLC documents for Massachusetts. She also set up an Estate Trust. All work was done in a very professional and timely manner, and I found Mrs. Caisse to be wonderful to work with. Moving in from out of state, I was delighted to find a really good law firm to work with. Price was more than fair, surprisingly affordable. Would recommend them to anyone!

I met Despina Kyriakidis in late 2020 after my dad had passed away, and I was identified as his personal representative. I shortly found out that my dad's estate was very unique and challenging -- it involved multiple accounts and various small properties that were in joint ownership with others who were also deceased and never retitled or transferred properly by deed. It took 2 years to complete the probate of this estate, and I never would have been able to know what to do without her advice. Her assistance and knowledge were invaluable, and I highly recommend her and her firm!

I have had several years of experience with Marshal, not as my attorney, but as the executor for an estate of which I was an inheritor. Another inheritor contested the will and when unsuccessful with that then challenged the distribution. The final settlement took time and patience and a bevy of lawyers. I had no experience with these legal maneuverings and was sometimes confused and dismayed. Throughout it all Marshal provided an amazing source of calm and clarity for which I was very grateful. His very balanced and straightforward explanations were enormously helpful. Without his rock-solid integrity I would have been much more uneasy with the whole process. And indeed it all worked out as I had hoped for in the end.

I was involved in a car accident and Mr Davis was assigned as my public defender for a reckless driving charge. He was professional, explained my options, kept me up to date, and put effort into my case. His quick wit helped the case get dismissed at the pretrial hearing. Since the resolution of my case in early March of this year I have been able to continue to make progress with my job, start saving up and get my life back on track. I am extremely thankful for being given a second chance and opportunity at life. The progress I’ve made is undoubtedly due to the advice, counsel, and legal support Kevin provided to me. Specific examples of this include him working very hard on my case and looking into all possibilities in order to ensure a positive outcome. Kevin made many suggestions helping me stay on track and achieve my goals. He worked with the DA and ADA to get the best outcome of my case and for my future. He was available anytime I had a question or concern and corresponded with me over the phone, through text, and email. Mark helped me with a matter between my ex partner and I. Unfortunately, I made a mistake that put me as the defendant having to battle my way out, but without Mark's help, I wouldn't have won. He was very helpful and even took extra measures to help me get my name off of the lease agreement, and to get the utilities out of my name-- he didn't have to do this, but his compassion for his client and his career was his first priority. I've never been in trouble before, so it was all devastating to me, and confusing. I trusted Mark, and I'm I glad I did. Thanks for everything, Mark!!

Dan was extremely successful in helping us in mediation with our school district. We have a son with special needs that was not being serviced appropriately in district. We initially exhausted all our own resources in attempting to get our son the most appropriate educational setting to meet his complex special needs. Unfortunately we had to hire an attorney. I recently wrapped up my case with Attorney Weigand. Two years ago I was in an auto accident. This happened while I was working. As you can imagine: I was not only devastated by being out of work and on workers comp; but, I was also seriously injured. I ended up needing a surgical procedure on my neck. Blair, not only, took care of the accident with my car; he also handled the workers comp part, as well. He is an attorney that truly cares about his clients welfare and more importantly than that; their well-being. I don't believe I ever went into his office for an appointment that he didn't inquire about my neck and my health status. He truly cares and he is super knowledgeable when it comes to handling these "NASTY" insurance companies. It was a relief, when they would call me; and I would say: my attorney has advised me to refer you to him. I have nothing more to say! I got to say: it made my life 16 times easier and I was able to focus on myself and getting well. Hopefully, you are never in a position to need this kind of assistance: but, it is comforting to know, if you need someone: he is your man!

Blair did an awesome job! I was in an auto accident and suffered a mild back injury. He explained everything to me so I could understand the process and all my options. Since I wasn't completely out of commission and pretty much able to get around I wasn't expecting to get much knowing how insurance companies don't want to pay out. I will say you need to be patient and let things take their course but it will be worth it. At our last meeting he showed me a document of the final outcome. At first I thought there must have been a misprint on the line that showed the amount that I was getting. However, Blair assured me the figure was in fact correct. Let’s just say it was literally three times what I was expecting. Blair knows what he's doing and hit the ball out of the park! I highly recommend him and if I ever need a legal resource again I know where I'm going.

I contacted attorney Blair Weigand in 2014 after I was badly burned from a tanning bed incident. I had bad burns on the right side of my face and body. It was absolutely miserable. He immediately met with me and discussed all avenues. He had me set up with a dermatologist and kept in contact with me to see how I healed. Luckily no scarring on my face but after all was said and done attorney Bair Weigand got me the best result in compensation and even after we had met about that he called me a few weeks later to let me know he had got me even more money! I highly recommend Mildred. I couldn't of ask for my case to go more smoothly and painless then it did. Attorney Katelyn Burke Mills was invaluable in my process of applying for social Security disability. I would not have been able to navigate the paperwork and appeals process without her patient coaching and persistence in following up needed steps. She took care of many details such as obtaining medical records and filing the appeal forms. I would certainly have given up if it had not been for her encouragement through each step. Katelyn suggested obtaining a cognitive evaluation through my insurance or paying privately. It was not something I would have sought on my own as it is a difficult evaluation. However, that evaluation certainly helped my case. She made sure I was prepared for court so I could participate calmly. I was successfully approved for disability within a surprisingly short overall time frame. Communication with Attorney Burke Mills was always prompt by phone or email. She checked on my case through court records and updated me with progress and next steps. I would most definitely recommend Attorney Burke Mills to anyone applying for disability.

I guess the best way to describe my laywer is content. Things could have not been any better with this case. The police just love to throw whatever sticks, these unfortunately are pretty serious. These were oui (drugs) possision, neg op. All face serious consequences, nervous, absolutely, scared, and a deck for a year. James worked hard on these, put my mind at rest, and told me, let him work. I couldn't been more satisfied knowing how this turned out, the possision, and oui were dismissed, even for a first time, this is huge. I hope to never go through this again. Things could have been alot worst is the oui was a guilty. So, if your in a similar situation were your facing life changing alterations, give him a chance, I did, and now I can move on.
