Attorney Seth is for sure a great attorney to have watch your six . If you weren’t in the military that mean to watch your back . He handle my case like a great attorney should and what you expect from a great attorney and even after my case is settled he still handles the little problems that will pop up from your insurance company not paying your medical bills that they should Pay One phone call from him and it’s taken care of and I would recommend Him hands-down 100% And I have recommend at least four people to him . Think of him as going into a hand to hand combat but he has a sledgehammer with him . That’s why when the insurance company sees his name next to your name On a leather head they know they’re in for a fight they won’t be able to get away with anything Or push you over

After sitting through a few free consultations with other firms I was getting discouraged. Attorney Clarke actually listened and genuinely cares! I have used her firm for 3 separate issues since and they've delivered each time. I have to point out her blunt honesty as well - she didn't sugarcoat things for me and gave me realistic expectations. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!

Brian is an exceptional attorney. He is thoughtful, considerate and is eager to find common ground. While many attorney's are eager to pick a fight, he works hard to help settle issues by highlighting what's important. That said he is both firm and forceful when necessary. My divorce was particularly difficult and drawn out. It had a high degree of complexity involving a GAL and other child related issues. Brian was able to lay out a plan of attack and get to core issues quickly. He kept me well informed throughout the process and understood nuances of the legal system that other attorney's were not only unaware of but had no idea of how to use to their advantage. On a personal note, he was phenomenal to work with. In the end we won and my children are thankful for it. I regularly recommend him to friends of mine that are in need of a good attorney and are going through divorce and especially those with complex child custody related issues.

Brian was/is my divorce attorney. I hired him on the advice of a friend who went through a messy divorce (mine was too), and it was the best thing I did during my divorce. He's helped with a couple of follow up issues in the years since. The main thing I liked about Brian is that he was calm and measured. My ex would do something horrible, or make some outrageous legal claim, and I would start to respond with some of the same, and Brian would calmly explain why my I should not do so, and why her approach was probably going to be counter productive to her. This measured approach dialed down the intensity of the fight even though her attorney was a barracuda, which led to a fair divorce settlement out of court with less stress for everyone, and the kids in particular. The other thing Brian did was write an incredibly thorough legal separation document - so long that the judge remarked on its length, but it has been a god send. My ex is constantly trying to come up with some new interpretation of our agreement, some new way in which she does less, or pays less, and has more, but she cannot because all the terms are in the separation agreement. If you are looking for a lawyer out of a court-room drama, Brian is not for you. He's not going to come up with convoluted legal arguments and claim that you will get everything you want (which is not going to happen anyway). If you are looking for an adult, a serious lawyer who is going to gently but firmly guide you to a more successful outcome for you (and your kids), then I think you'll be happy if you hire him.

I hired Beth to help me negotiate the terms of an uncontested divorce. She walked me through the process and negotiated separation terms with my ex's lawyer, as well as prepared all of the forms and paperwork I needed to file with the court. Beth advised me on the possible courses of action and gave recommendations, but also made sure my opinions and needs were expressed to the other party. In the end, we ended up with a fair settlement without having to involve outside mediation or going to trial. Beth was accessible, professional, and informative throughout the process. I would strongly recommend her, especially in cases where settling equitably out of court is the goal.

Ms. Aarons worked with our family to create multiple estate plans for multiple purposes. Cynthia recently handled a very complicated real estate case for us. We originally hired her to represent our interests as buyers and prepare the closing documents on our new house. Our 'simple' closing turned into a 3-month ordeal due to multiple seller contingencies and extensions we had to deal with, not to mention unexpected delays and document problems from the sellers. She handled everything beautifully and professionally. I was constantly impressed with the amount of time and energy she devoted to our case and with her creative suggestions and strategies - she clearly wanted a favorable outcome for all parties yet also remained 100% committed to our interest. It was my first OUI and I wanted to hire the best. I called and spoke with all the top 5 lawyers in and around Boston. I sent them the police report and asked them how they feel about the case. None of them provided any assurance and were unsure about the case. And they were charging a high fees and don't even wanted to discuss the case without their fees. Then someone recommended Attorney Jon Ciraulo's name. I sent the police report to Jon and he called me after reviewing the report. He provided me complete details about how he gonna approach the case, how he gonna fight each charges in the report and assured me it is a winnable case. And he asked for a nominal fees. I was already impressed by his approach and hired him. He worked hard on the case and carefully examined the video evidences and came up with a strategy. On the day of the final hearing, he asked the right questions to the witness and within 45 minutes the case was over and Judge ordered Not Guilty. Excellent attorney. Definitely will recommend.

I’m from another state and was accused of leaving the scene of property damage. The cost was going to be astronomical. I didn’t know what to do. I looked up Mr ciraulo and I read his reviews. We hired Robert Crabtree upon a recommendation of another family who had worked with him on an educational placement issue for their child. We needed representation, guidance, and advocacy with regards to the educational needs of our son with autism. Bob is one of the most well known, well respected, and experienced lawyers in the field of educational law, and now having worked with him, I understand why. When we first contacted his firm, his assistant was very helpful and informative about how to proceed. We were able to meet with him in a short time frame. He gave us excellent guidance about what professional to to engage to assess our son and identify realistic goals for him. He was realistic about the process, preparing us for the many roadblocks we would encounter, but also gave us the encouragment to endure the process. He always responded to our many questions promptly and kept us apprised about developments as they happened. He kept us fully in the loop and understanding what we needed to do. Because of his vigilance and expertise, we were able to avoid litigation, reach an agreement with the school system, and secure a place for our son in an appropriate educational setting with the right services and supports. I know that if we had not found him, we would probably still be in the middle of this process and losing precious time. I can say with confidence that the change in our quality of life has been dramatic since our son is in an appropriate setting. We are seeing the improvements in his functioning pervade every aspect of his life. This has restored our hope in the future of our family. After my first conversation with Attorney Dan Perlman, I knew our prayers had been answered and it was at that point, I decided to put our son’s future and all my trust in Dan and his expertise. I was 100% confident that Dan’s sole focus would be to give our son a fighting chance at a successful future. Our son, who is 17, has Asperger’s syndrome, Tourette syndrome disorder, Depression and OCD and during his 3 years at the high school he was attending had declined to a life of isolation and depression. Because of Dan’s selfless and tireless efforts, our boy will soon be enrolled in a much better environment that is suited to assist him with his social and emotional needs versus the high school he was previously struggling at. Dan is an extremely intelligent lawyer who is honest, kind, giving and patient. He was always willing to take whatever time was needed to explain the process at each stage of our son’s case and kept us abreast of any and all situations as they arose. This was the first time I had ever used a lawyer for anything and Dan made the process very easy and never once did I feel like he wasn’t competent and totally in control of the situation. I first met Dan when my son, who has autism, started high school. I've worked with 2 lawyers before I decided to get in touch with Hema Sarang-Sieminski. Never had I felt so comfortable with a lawyer before from the very first second we met. She did a great job on my asylum case, stayed on top of it til the very end. Aside from that, Hema has a great personality and very easy to work with. There was always communication between the 2 of us as to what needs to be done for the best success. I am extremely happy with this lawyer and would totally recommend her to everyone who is in search for a professional.

A friend of mine referred me to Hema when my partner and I were looking to get married (I am not a US citizen). It was June 2013 and DOMA had just fallen. We were both giddy with joy and at the same time overwhelmed at what needed to be done for us to finally be together. We could not have asked for a more friendly, responsive and thoughtful attorney than Hema. From the start, she put us at ease and really helped us get through the rather exhausting process of applying for the K1 visa, getting through the myriad paper work requirements, getting married here in the US, applying for the work permit and finally, the GC. Through all this, Hema remained ever so friendly, accessible (I cannot stress enough how important this was to us) and very professional. Given the nature of our application, there were a couple of times when she did not have the answer to a specific query right away but she handled it very well letting us know that she'd check with other colleagues and get back to us. And she did! I do not have a yardstick to compare her work (no other experience with attorneys) but I have no doubt that we had a very good attorney on our side. Thank you Hema!!

I met my ex when I was a student in the US. We married and after a couple of years I applied for a green card. After four years of marriage and right before the interview to remove the conditions on my green card I found the dirtbag literally in bed with my best friend. His response was that he wasn't going to come to the green card interview and that he wanted me to get deported. I was devastated and very scared because my family had cut off ties with me because of my marriage. I was placed in deportation proceeding and didn't know where to turn. Luckily a friend put me in contact with Chris. He stayed the deportation got me enough time to get a divorce. Once the divorce came through he initiated a new removal of green card condition application without my cheating ex. and took me the through the whole difficult process (made especially difficult because my ex. did not co-operate at all and had all my photos, records, etc., everything, he even kept all my clothes and belongings). The interview was scheduled for Dec 24, 2014, and my knight in shining armor was there and helped me through the interview explaining the sad and sordid details of my situation. With Chris's able explanation the immigration officer quickly understood the situation and gave me an early Christmas present, my permanent green card :) I could not have gotten through that difficult time and navigated the complicated process without Chris. I can say 100% that without his help I would not be living in the US and I would have been deported. Chris is one of the best immigration attorneys in Boston. He cares about his clients, as do his excellent and responsive office staff. His fees are very reasonable, especially given his experience, and he gets results and keeps families together. The immigration process is often a daunting one fraught with anxiety but it doesn't have to be, and with attorney Chris Lavery helping you through it, it isn't. Highly recommend!
