Bill Proia is one of the best attorneys I have used in my thirty years of real estate. We recently worked on a very sensitive condo project that required careful consideration to the language and laws for our documents. Bill was very professional when working on my behalf with the banks,engineers,and other attorneys. I would recommend Bill over and over again!!

Our condominium board faced a potential lawsuit by a disgruntled unit owner as well as a dispute (with a different unit owner) about the violation of a clause in our Master Deed. Bill Proia advised us on the legalities in both situations, identifying and explaining our options and the possible consequences of the different actions we might take. He consulted with the attorneys for both sets of unhappy owners, drafted letters to the attorneys, helped us draft letters to the affected unit owners, and attended one of our unit owners' meetings to help us inform the group of our situation. He was always responsive, to the point where, so far anyway (because neither case has been entirely resolved yet), we believe that we are in a strong position to prevail in both situations.

Veronica was thrust into an wrongful termination scenario when I was unexpectedly terminated by my employer after 30+ years of service. Even though this is not her field of expertise (I had used her in the past for my estate planning) , she quickly helped put together an immediate request to my employer demanding that all documents pertaining to my employment be preserved, that I receive an immediate copy of my employee files and that legal action would be taken as a result of my termination. She then helped me find the best Attorney in employee advocacy law to take on my case and supported their requests for any correspondences that she had with my employer and their legal team - allowing for a smooth transition. Got us through what was became a very challenging closing including 4 rewrites of the P&S, late legal related requests from the mortgage provider, and 5 (yes 5) reissues of the "final" hud statement by the banks attorney on the day before the close. I especially can't say enough about Mark's assistant Sarah, who was there to help us out by phone and email whenever a question/problem came up, even on the weekends.

Attorney Smith represented me for several years in an unfriendly corporation breakup which included, among other things, the disposition of Intellectual Property. He proved to be a quick study. We were opposed by a well known Boston law firm, now defunct. Better them than us. He brings a wealth of experience which lets him present you with a range of options, but he won't try to decide for you what you have to decide for yourself. Obviously, I was a happy client.

I was referred to Jason Stone Injury Lawyer when I got in to a car accident. I look back and I am so glad I called them. My accident happened during the worst possible time in my life. Over the course of one weekend, I suddenly found both of my elderly parents in the hospital. One of them would need to move into a nursing home almost immediately as the other recovered. Only, I had no clue how to even begin this process. An event like this is emotionally draining, and now, needing to quickly find a nursing home on top of this, was overwhelming. The nursing homes are ready to take patients, eager for them. Bring them on, private pay! Only going to cost you thousands of dollars a month. Easy. When I called Spencer Ghazey-Bates, this is where I was, completely lost and overwhelmed, prepared for my parents to lose a lifetime of gathered assets within the year. After getting off the phone, this all changed. I had a plan of action. I had reassurances from an expert that has done this time and time again for other families. An overall plan was made, steps were given, one at a time, so as not to be overwhelming. I finally could feel like I knew what to do and could start sorting our lives out again while the paperwork was being taken care of by professionals. The nursing home's billing departments are experts at working for themselves. Without professional legal representation, I felt defenseless from their statements and bills. With Spencer, you have an export that works FOR YOU. Over the months of this process, we gracefully landed with my parent in a good nursing home and my parent’s assets intact. Every call, email, and text to Spencer and his team was answered quickly and professionally, and at times, I almost could forget about the furious amounts of paperwork going back and forth in the background. I was able to focus instead on my family. I cannot more highly recommend Spencer-Ghazey-Bates and his team for any elder planning you could need than I already have. If your family is having a crisis, or even just planning for a crisis, this is the team you want in your corner.

She was able to bring about an increase in child support for my son with creative thinking. She suggested my son's father file for bankruptcy to get out from underneath heavy credit card debt, this allowed my ex to be able to increase his child support financially contribute meaningfully for our son's wellbeing.

If you should ever find yourself needing a lawyer, I highly recommend Dennis Rooney. I found myself in a frustrating situation where someone's car insurance company was taking advantage of an error a police officer made in his records. They tried to take advantage of me financially, but Dennis represented me and defended my rights. His experience as an officer was invaluable as he was knowledgeable of how the system worked and was effective at communicating with both the police department and insurance company. He is fair, direct, and trustworthy. He treated me as an equal and I felt relieved to know he was representing me. This accident could have resulted in disaster, but Dennis helped me get a fair settlement. If you want a respectable, capable, and trustworthy lawyer, hire Dennis.

Dennis was amazing. He fought with me and used his knowledge as a former law enforcement officer to help me get my ticket dismissed. Met Paul Schwartzman at my towns Senior Center in which they have lawyer services. My family was in need of estate planning due to my wife's terminal cancer. Paul was kind, sympathetic and was eager to help us. He demonstrated that he was more than capable to handle our situation and was very knowledgeable with the subject matter. I could tell right away that he had the experience to do the job and hired him immediately. Cal is a not only a brilliant lawyer, he is also a kind and compassionate person. As a medical professional, it is my job to make sure that my patients receive the care that they need, and that the laws that protect patients rights are followed. When I reported HIPPA and consent to treat violations to my administration, I quickly found myself being retaliated against. I was forced to leave my job, one which I loved. Cal is an excellent listener and advocate. He returns e-mails and phone calls promptly, and he never made me feel less than important. I was not a high profile case, or one that was going to have a large payout. Yet he gave me my voice, and made sure that the injustices that I suffered where brought to light. I sustained a repetitive strain injury as a result of numerous years working as a bank teller at a high volume drive thru. i found attorney Wolinetz on line about two years ago and she has meet all of my expectations more than I could have amagined. Since that time I've refferred severel people to her because I believe she is honest and fair in handling matters. Thanks to Attorney Wolinetz I've been able to settle many matters that were lingering in my life. The only way I would use another attorney is if she feels she couldn't handle the case.

After interviewing a million lawyers I hired Ms Wolinetz to handle my situation. The situation is a complex civil matter with a lot of moving parts. A lot attorneys I spoke with were qualified but were looking for a case with a larger return. Still others could not handle the detail. We're not done yet but I would consider an interview and consult with Ms Wolinetz appropiate for anyone needing assistance in her areas of law.

I have known Mr. Ciano for over 30 years now. He's a very firm all business guy. Frank doesn't waste any time. He's emotional but in the way you want your attorney to be. He's animated and at times theatrical and I mean that in the most flattering way. He's compassionate! Is a better word. He will argue for his clients until the end and then he still will argue for his clients. Can't go bad for anyone who has Frank on their side!
