Atty. Fulgione represented my son in his case when my son was assaulted by another person. I could not have asked for a better attorney. Atty. Fulgione kept us abreast of everything that was happening. He would take a phone call at anytime and was always right there for us. He was very compassionate about our us/my son and his case. I would highly recommend hiring Daintria McClure to help you through the Massachusetts probate process as I did. Not only is Daintria knowledgeable and skilled but, she truly cares. Loosing my mother was very painful and overwhelming and because of Daintria’s outstanding expertise I was able to focus on my healing process and she took care of the probate process of my mother’s estate perfectly every step of the way as she promised until the finish. I was going through a divorce while pregnant which then turned into a more difficult situation with a custody case as well. During this all Felicia was beyond helpful, useful and very honest in telling me what to expect. She was attentive and reasonable. I had a friend going through a divorce during the same period and we would compare notes and my attorney was by far the best out of both and I did end up in fact with the outcome I wanted and expected while my friend did not. I highly recommend this attorney.

We first met John Koenig in 2005 when we decided to sell our business that had been in the family for 40 years to a public company. He did a tremendous job of helping us understand what needed to be done to satisfy all of the objectives of different family members, some who continued to work for the new company and some who resigned or retired. In 2008 my brother and I left that pubic company and turned to John to help us acquire a small private company, again with great efficiency and success. We are currently working with John on a very large prospective client that has presented us with a rather complicated contract. As we have grown this company and see another generation coming into the business we will turn to John again to make sure that we are structured properly to protect the next generation and have an orderly transfer of ownership.

I originally hired John in the early 1990's to perform all required corporate legal activity for a manufacturing S coprporation I owned with 2 other partners. I had been using a large Boston law and was satisfied with the partner, however most of my work was delegated to more junior members of the firm. The results were inconsistent and very expensive. I therefore decided to search for a smaller firm where the primary legal contact would also handle most of the work. John and his firm were recommended to me and after an initial meeting and review of other references I engaged John for my corporate legal work. His involvement with the S corporation was excellent and I felt as if he provided the broad expertise that the Boston based partner supplied, but on a full time basis at a signifiicantly lower cost. His involvement with this corporation concluded with the sale of the primary assets of the s crporation as well as an industrial building owned by a partnership and leased to our S corporation. John assisted with the sale of the S corp, and the formation of another S corporation I founded to accept some of the remaining assets and IP. I retained John for all legal activities up to and including the sale of that corporation. John was extremely though with all the required legal issues, and always provided valuable council for the business aspects as well. John also is a skilled negotiator with other lawyers as well as the business people. I feel very comfortable when John is representing my interests. John ably supported this new s corporation through its sale several years ago. He now provides me with legal support during negotiations with customers regarding T&Cs and other considerations for long term contracts for $7 figure custom equipment sold primarily to very large corporations. This requires a broad skill set , to arrive at an acceptable contract with large inhouse legal departments who are not inclined to modify existing one sided boiler plate language. Over the years I've engaged John for a wide range of legal contracts, compliance and transactions. i've always been pleased with John's involvement and would high recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Couple of months after I submitted my case to the USCIS. I have gotten into a car accident. Since my licenses were international I got into serious troubles and was facing a potential jail time & possible compromise of my immigration case. My Lawyer (Valarie) at that time; when she heard the news, she took over that case absolutely no charge and went to court with my twice! Eventually, she got the case dismissed and my immigration case was approved on time. I would recommend that compassion and professionalism to everyone I know.

Over the course of one weekend, I suddenly found both of my elderly parents in the hospital. One of them would need to move into a nursing home almost immediately as the other recovered. Only, I had no clue how to even begin this process. An event like this is emotionally draining, and now, needing to quickly find a nursing home on top of this, was overwhelming. The nursing homes are ready to take patients, eager for them. Bring them on, private pay! Only going to cost you thousands of dollars a month. Easy. When I called Spencer Ghazey-Bates, this is where I was, completely lost and overwhelmed, prepared for my parents to lose a lifetime of gathered assets within the year. After getting off the phone, this all changed. I had a plan of action. I had reassurances from an expert that has done this time and time again for other families. An overall plan was made, steps were given, one at a time, so as not to be overwhelming. I finally could feel like I knew what to do and could start sorting our lives out again while the paperwork was being taken care of by professionals. The nursing home's billing departments are experts at working for themselves. Without professional legal representation, I felt defenseless from their statements and bills. With Spencer, you have an export that works FOR YOU. Over the months of this process, we gracefully landed with my parent in a good nursing home and my parent’s assets intact. Every call, email, and text to Spencer and his team was answered quickly and professionally, and at times, I almost could forget about the furious amounts of paperwork going back and forth in the background. I was able to focus instead on my family. I cannot more highly recommend Spencer-Ghazey-Bates and his team for any elder planning you could need than I already have. If your family is having a crisis, or even just planning for a crisis, this is the team you want in your corner.

Rachel helped me applied for my citizenship and helped my parents get their green cards. Rachel and her team are so nice and always available to answer questions. I had a very difficult case ; I needed a J1 waiver and after that application for green Card. I contacted Rachel, she took my case and told me not to worry. Nicole was also the one working on my case. Nicole was the most amazing person that I have ever spoke to. She is very knowledgeable and took care of my case to the fullest. Yoav Tadmor from Tadmor & Tadmor LLC filed my H1-B Visa, did my labor, PERM and I-140. I am continuing to use them for all my extensions and would blindly recommend them to anybody. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, puts themselves in our shoes to deal with the situations, highly professional, charge comparatively lesser than their competitors of their caliber and extremely timely. I think this is all anyone would expect from an immigration attorney. My case had a lot of nitty-gritty and every situation was unique that popped up. They handled with extreme professionalism and I tell you, they know what they do. They are real experts and I promise you will NOT regret when you reach out to them. Even though they are lawyers of my employer, I even deal with them on my personal cases for my spouse. In certain cases, I used to forget to follow up but they were on top of my case and I don't know whether there is magic in the way they send the documents to USCIS as per checklist, I have always seen positive responses within a couple of days during premium processings.I have been awe stuck all the time.

I got my Green Card processing done through them. What I really liked about these folks is that in situations where I needed their opinion on specific issues that was bothering me, I was able to get an honest answer and that too pretty quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the seriousness with which they handled my case at each stage without losing any time. The attention to detail was great and I was kept in the loop on the progress of my case at all times. I guess this is what you'd call "Professionalism". I have had no hesitation in recommending these folks to any of my friends till now and will not have any hesitation in the future either.

I have worked with Annette and Mark for a few years. What has impressed me has been their continued support. Annette and Mark had previously helped me deal with a complex inherited trust with special needs implications. They did an exceptional job navigating me through the process. Then Annette recommended a specialist to help with Social Security Disability who was excellent. Recently I had more questions about new trust issues and social services. Again, Annette answered all my questions, explained the path forward and recommended a local lawyer to help me. Special Needs Law Group could have handled the business, but Annette told me that the work involved could be handled as well by the other lawyer for a lot less money. I highly recommend Annette as someone who is knowledgeable and who cares about each client.

I was charged in Federal Court with a fraud case. Somebody had recommended Alexandra Rengel from the firm of Mercado & Rengel and after speaking with her and her partner Ivan Mercado I hired them. When the government comes after you and charge you with fraud, money laundering and other charges you want to make sure you have good lawyers working for you. My daughter was born with a rare genetic disease in the second year of our visit to the United States. During the prenatal care, my wife was never given adequate and correct genetic counseling and never offered the proper test to identify my daughter’s problem. My daughter’s birth with this disease was a huge shock to me and my wife. Far away from our home country and all of our other family members, we knew nothing about my daughter’s disease and faced the huge challenge of caring for such a disable child, with almost no friends here… we were helpless and hopeless. We found Mr. Halstrom by chance when I searched online for legal help. He took our case when we first met. From that time on, Mr. Halstrom and the staff of Halstrom Law Offices have been not only providing all essential professional legal help for us, but also have been acting as our very reliable friends. They have been compassionate, confidential, and very respectful. They handled every single detail; collected everything essential for the case. They provided interpreters all the time for helping us understand all the details of the case; they respect every single questions we had and answered very patiently. My husband's PCP failed to diagnose my husband's lung cancer. When it was finally discovered, the cancer was advanced and considered stage IV and terminal. I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. When the mess extended and overturned my unemployment benefits, the lawyer I had previously hired stopped representing me. With the deadline to appeal looming within only a week, I was at the end of my rope. Then, I was put in touch with Jeffrey Varszegi. Jeffrey worked tirelessly, before even deciding whether he should take my case. He didn't have much experience in unemployment law, had to review the load of technicalities and documentation I provided, and had little time to decide whether or not he could defend me to the utmost. Attorney Berman is a consummate professional. He is very respectful and also highly approachable and accessible. He listened to my concerns with empathy and with a genuine desire to clear me of charges related to a misunderstanding gone horribly awry. He achieved the practically unachievable: convincing the judge that I deserved a Continuance Without a Finding for a charge for which judges typically do not issue CWOFs. Gary Zerola is by far the most knowledgeable, skilled and resourceful attorney I have encountered. Early on in my adult life I got in trouble and used court appointed lawyers or cheap inexperienced lawyers because I didn't know any better and had no money. Since then I haven't gotten into as much trouble but after some nights of drinking and bad decisions, I again needed a lawyer and a firefighter friend recommended Gary. I've used him that time and on multiple occasions since and without hesitation I would again. Once you meet him, you will realize that he truly cares about you and resolving whatever trouble you may have gotten yourself into. With no judgment either. He's just a compassionate guy. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made himself available for any questions or concerns I had 24/7, even giving me his personal cell number. I am so happy that I made the right choice in having Gary Zerola represent me, he got me more than one dismissal. I hope I never need him again for a criminal case but if you need a lawyer to get you out of a situation you never expected to be in, don't look anywhere else -- Gary is the man.

I was facing very serious charges involving weapons as well as breaking and entry. I was facing very serious time for this. I had just gotten out of the Marines, and going through college and I knew this could ruin my future. I called a few offices, and Gary Zerola significantly stood out. I left him a voicemail, and he personally got back to me almost immediately. I was a completely wreck when I spoke to him, but after my initial consultation Mr.Zerola made me feel at ease and I knew something could be done. I wanted to fight this all the way, since the charges were completely false. He kept me in contact at all times with email or phone. He was very transparent with everything that was going on, and he was always just a phone call away. I had a few options on how to proceed, and I made the decision to take it to trial in front of a judge. Mr. Zerola did an excellent job with the case and proved that there was no case at all. My charges were completely dropped – no probation, not “dismissed”, the verdict was- NOT GUILTY. He was absolutely worth the investment, and thanks to him I was able to graduate college and get a great job instead of spending time in jail for false allegations.
