One of the most professional, honest, direct, sincere, and skilled individuals I have ever met in life. During/following our first visit, I questioned myself, and wondered why I was there, and thought Annemarie was a bit "gruff." After my father passed away, I had Jen look over his trusts, which were basically a foreign language to me. She was able to explain them and helped my family and I understand it and what steps we needed to take. A year later, I hired Jen to write my own will and trusts. It is clearly written and was organized and explained very well. Jen and Brad (her law partner) made it easy to understand and presented us with an organized binder and clear directions for us to take. They were both available instantly when I had a few questions. Ms Fay was contacted to help my family update my Grandmothers Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and Will during unfortunate timing due to the COVID pandemic. Ms. Fay went above and beyond to get these papers completed and notarized while having to social distance due my grandmothers living situation. During a time when we needed this the most Ms. Fay was able to work out the details via zoom with my Grandmother who is 90 and make my Grandmother happy and comfortable during the full interaction. WOW! After contacting a Webster MA Attorney regarding the administration or lack thereof and final settlement of my mother's estate by the Executor (my brother), Attorney Golden was not only able to provide insightful advice, specific information and even follow-up that my hired Attorney has been unable to provide, she did it in less than 1 hour versus his 3+ weeks to date.

Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. I didn't know what to do and I was about to give up when a friend of mine gave me the number to Hamilton and Hamilton. He said they have helped him in the past and that he thought they could help me too.
I called Attorney Christopher Hamilton the same day, and explained briefly what had happened to me. He listened to all I was going through and immediately took my case. Attorney Dardeno provided legal assistance for the sale and purchase of our homes. He found that the home we wanted to purchase in SOMERVILLE had a fence placed in the middle of two properties that were previously owned by two brothers but the land was never sold or transferred so the land we would have been paying taxes on would be legally owned by the abutting neighbor as the city records were never changed and it would have been a nightmare for us. We bought a different house. Thank God he had the search done back over 50 years. Not sure I explained this correctly but I'm sure you understand.

When we went to Mr. Dardeno, we were in a difficult real estate situation. Without going into too much detail, it was a no-win situation that involved dealing with a party that was less than trustworthy. Attorney Dardeno was tough but fair and, without question, made the best of a nearly unbearable situation. I found Josh when I was looking for someone to help defend my roommates and I's security deposit against a shifty landlord. Having never had to speak with a lawyer before I'd been intensely worried about the whole process and had lost a couple nights sleep leading up to meeting for the first time.
After getting to talk to him however, it seemed like all the stress of the situation melted away. He explained exactly how the whole small claims process works in simple terms, helped me walk through my documentation and all of our options, and listed the various outcomes we could expect.
We started the ball rolling and our landlord almost immediately folded and gave us back the sum of our deposit. Thought we had the option to try for triple damages, my roommates and I didn't want to pursue it, and Josh never pressured us in any direction.
Now the whole matter is resolved, and it was way easier than I'd been expecting. I hope I don't ever have to hire help to deal with a landlord again, but if I do, I'll most certainly come back and speak with Josh.

Although the process of selling and buying a home is complex and often frustrating I was extremely fortunate to have worked with Matt for both of these events. Throughout the process he communicated clearly and was very thorough. During negotiations of the Purchase and Sale for our new home he was able to explain things in a maner which were easy to understand. Matt also made good suggestions about what we needed to get clarification on from the seller. For example, the seller had a clause in there that he could sell the home prior to us buying it. This turned out to be for tax purposes and ended up being acceptable to us, but there were about a half dozen red flags which Matt brought to our attention. When the bank had issues during our closing, Matt was able to get everything in order so that we could still close. Whenever we had questions, he was responsive and above all I found him to be very trustworthy. Thanks Matt!

I hired Ryan Rucki to represent me in my recent purchase of my condo. As it was my first purchase, I was very nervous. Ryan always took the time to answer any question that I had - and there were many! He always returned calls and e-mails promptly. Attorney Dowling turned things around for me. I have a very complicated case, made much worse by the fact that it was not handled properly by my previous attorneys. Attorney Dowling worked very hard, stopping the loss from the moment that she took over my case. During the week, we exchanged many emails and had discussions over the phone to clarify my questions and doubts. She understood my case in its complexity and spent hours on documents that I sent her, in order to figure out the right angle to handle the case from. Unlike my previous attorneys, who did not want to spend the time to explain the legal theories and related risks in detail, attorney Dowling would explain the situation patiently and clearly.

In all sincerity,we have never required the services of an attorney and to be quite honest did not think very high of them UNTIL we located Mina aka(Attorney Groussis) through a local baseball game our son was playing in with Mina's son,long story short we were very dissatisfied with the way the insurance company was treating us,and ultimately were at our wits end,we had recieved 0 compensation for loss wages as well as medical bills remained unpaid.Within days Mina had a check arriving for recoupment of loss wages as well as the medical bills were now being paid.Mina truly fought tooth and nail for our rights as the insurer,who will remain nameless,whom certainly did not hold our best interests.Communication from Mina was superb,to say the least,quite frankly Mina became a great friend in the process,suffice to say Mina knows the rope quite well and,in my opinion,certainly has vast background of experience up to par with commercial lawyers,that bombard your sitcoms every intermission.We were overly satisfied with the results Mina obtained for us and would certainly not look forward to another unfortunate incident,but would be reassured,knowing there are attorney's like Mina still around,although few and far between.110% recommendation.

I felt like I clicked with Christina the first time we met, she could clearly she how stressed I was about my disability case and she made me feel at ease.
She was great at getting and handling all the paperwork or any other information needed.
Christina exceeded what I thought would be done thru this whole process, I had heard from a lot of people that they had to go and get their own records or mail out whatever disability was looking, I think I might have had to go to one place for a copy of my MRI they kept sending the wrong one and I said I would just go pick it up.
Christina is a fabulous attorney and when I thought things were taking forever she always had the right words to say to me and make me feel better. The finally came the phone call from Christina that we didn't need the hearing that the judge signed off on my case, I was in such relief I think I just started to cry I can't thank Christina enough for everything she did.

Richard Fitzpatrick has been my attorney for the past few years. He relentlessly pursued my Workers Comp insurance company for a fair settlement. He also suggested that I apply for Social Security Disability. It took a while for a hearing with a judge, but Richard continued to help me and wouldn't let SSD off the hook. The Social Security office dropped the ball in regards to an appeal and Richard persistently pursued them. Between both cases it took several years and i is finally over. Without Richard's help, I would not have been succesful in either case, but with Richard's help both cases have been settled in my favor.
