I contacted Tasha after trying to handle my divorce alone to no resolve. Tasha had me re-filed and divorced in less time than I had waited for my initial court date when I filed alone. I called Brian Roman out of the blue one cold and desperate morning after spending the night in jail- charged with something I did not do. I was in tough shape. Yet, Brian’s voice calmed me down and gave me encouragement. He took the case, and over the course of 10 months, he saved my life over and over again. He even went to Police HQ with me one night to explain the law to some overzealous officers who were threatening to arrest me. He saved me from jail that night, and in the end, got the “Not Guilty” verdict that rang True. He worked hard for that verdict. And I know he’ll do the same for you. Brian is an exceptional attorney. If Brian had not helped my fiance, unlike his public defender that my fiance had at the time stabbed him in the back at the last minute and he probably would be sitting in jail right now. My fiance is a good man and did not deserve to be treated that way. Brian was a life saver. Now my fiance is doing so very well and has grown a great deal. If it wasn't for Brian I don't know where we would be today.

Adrienne was great to work with! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and super helpful. My green card application has been "pending" for multiple years and there were plans to go on a family vacation. However, it had been so long that even my extension had expired as well.
My partner and I met with Adrienne for the hour consultation. She convinced me while this application was being considered applying for citizenship might be worth it, so I could vote, and additionally not have to deal with these travel logistics in the future. I had spent weeks and months trying to get a call to get an appointment and nothing was happening and I was getting extremely frustrated.
It was coming down to the wire, and I required an ADIT stamp in my passport to travel. I went into the office, chatting with someone on the US Immigration website, called - all to no avail.
Adrienne was able to call the office and get the name of the supervisor on duty. She called and let me know if I could go down to the immigration office that day and ask for Officer ____ (I don't remember his name), I could get a stamp and be on my way.
Sure enough we went in, asked for the supervisor and he took us back. It took a total of 5 minutes, he took my expired card, put in a stamp in my passport and I was good to go.
If it wasn't for Adrienne I never would have been able to go on my family vacation. She was as sincere as she was helpful.

Attorney Joseph Zlatnik saved me from the worst debacle of my life. His utter command of the drama of the courtroom surpasses anything you’ll ever see in the movies. While his uncanny sense of timing and nuance, his deft, on-the-fly decision-making and his personal charm provide ample ammunition to win your case, Attorney Zlatnik’s powers are never more keenly felt than in his preparations for the court date: He coached me with mock trial tactics and devoted generous time to getting to know not only the details of my case, but - my self, personally. (He also gave me a valuable tip on how to dress for the hearing so I would appear non-threatening.) He thoroughly briefed me in the basis for my defense - which was firmly rooted in the U.S. Constitution. By the time we got to court, Attorney Zlatnik had prepared me (and himself) so well that he was able to bring out the very best aspects of my character before the judge, meanwhile waving our Republic’s highest law like a banner in my defense. Like a true virtuoso, he even gently highlighted certain weaknesses of the plaintiff that proved crucial to my defense without appearing hostile toward her.
Under Attorney Zlatnik’s council, I went from dreading my court date to almost looking forward to it, and I will always recall it as a bitter-sweet, poignant turning-point of my life. He not only won my case, he treated a delicate situation involving a sensitive, emotionally fragile plaintiff (dearly beloved by the defendant) with such charity and kindness that one of the guards commented it was one of the 'best days that courtroom had ever seen'. The whole experience gave me a hope that our Constitution still reigns, and that our processes of law are not yet totally corrupt.

I have to start by saying I simply cannot recommend Joe highly enough. A few months ago, I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a criminal defense attorney. Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home knows how tedious the process can be. You can imagine the anxiety that my wife and I had at the thought of trying to do both at the same time.

Mr. Sawin helped me during a particularly stressful time when my divorce agreement and child support were being modified. He was very straightforward and responsive. His office staff and junior attorneys were kind and helpful. There were multiple challenges related to my case, including Covid-19. At the end of it all, I had the result that I wanted.
