Honestly I can't say enough about this Lawyer I've had my share of lawyers but by far never had one who not only allowed me to make payments but gave me a reasonable fee for what ended up being a 3 different court probation violation I never saw 1 minute in jail...(which everyone knows the first thing that happens on a PO Violation is that your held) Paul held me responsible, he is a straight shooter very upfront n honestly about what to expect never once guaranteed no jail time but definitely after watching him in all 3 courts without question I feel very confident to have Paul as my go to Lawyer for anything criminal!! He's worth every cent you pay!! Paul also gave me a awesome referral to another lawyer for my sister for a NH case it's really to bad he doesn't do NH Law!! I asked a friend as I was facing a hard time, and was looking for an experienced immigration attorney. She told me that she knew a few, but Jan Albrecht had already assisted her brother and so she suggested me to address him. I couldn't thank her more!

Couple of months after I submitted my case to the USCIS. I have gotten into a car accident. Since my licenses were international I got into serious troubles and was facing a potential jail time & possible compromise of my immigration case. My Lawyer (Valarie) at that time; when she heard the news, she took over that case absolutely no charge and went to court with my twice! Eventually, she got the case dismissed and my immigration case was approved on time. I would recommend that compassion and professionalism to everyone I know.

I contacted Ms. Crow for advice on handling a matter involving a company; I reached her approximately 30 minutes prior to a call I had with the other party. Ms. Crow took my call immediately, listened to a brief summary of the situation, and provided clear, concise points for me to consider during the discussion. We agreed that I would provide subsequent follow-up. Ms. Crow’s suggestions were excellent, the call was successful, and I hired her to represent me in negotiations; the matter was resolved in my favor.

I hired attorney Carima to handle my case. She was great. Christine is very knowledgeable was always professional and prepared. I know nothing about divorce and was scared and upset. Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Paul was very knowledgeable through the entire process, he explained things to us in detail and kept my family in the loop the entire way during my sons case. We couldnt afford to retain a lawyer, but Paul worked with us on payment plans! Paul was very professional in and outside of court and is also a very sharp dresser! I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great defense lawyer!

Chris was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I was in need of legal advice for a matter regarding pet custody (yes pets, not children), and he gave me his time and expertise and advised me on numerous solutions and paths to take. I really lucked out, because he has actually dealt with this type of issue in the past. I left feeling confident, and I am no longer scared of what to expect should my issue escalate. He was funny, educated, and patient with all of my questions. While I hope I do not ever need legal services again, if I do, I will confidently go back. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Based on how he carried himself, and how he offered multiple options and how they may play out, I would recommend him for other types of custody / divorce issues as well. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and everything he said was clear and well laid out to me.

Atty Matt Karr is excellent. He spent the time to understand our need for a credit bypass trust. He explained the process in clear declarative English rather than legalese. I feel that his fee was very reasonable. He supported his documents with a video explaining everything so that I could replay it if I had questions. We spoke to other lawyers that charged more and some that charged less. It is very hard to compare prices like buying a car. I recommend that you meet with Matt before selecting an attorney. BTW trusts are his specialty not just another work product.

Over the course of one weekend, I suddenly found both of my elderly parents in the hospital. One of them would need to move into a nursing home almost immediately as the other recovered. Only, I had no clue how to even begin this process. An event like this is emotionally draining, and now, needing to quickly find a nursing home on top of this, was overwhelming. The nursing homes are ready to take patients, eager for them. Bring them on, private pay! Only going to cost you thousands of dollars a month. Easy.
When I called Spencer Ghazey-Bates, this is where I was, completely lost and overwhelmed, prepared for my parents to lose a lifetime of gathered assets within the year. After getting off the phone, this all changed.
I had a plan of action. I had reassurances from an expert that has done this time and time again for other families. An overall plan was made, steps were given, one at a time, so as not to be overwhelming. I finally could feel like I knew what to do and could start sorting our lives out again while the paperwork was being taken care of by professionals.
The nursing home's billing departments are experts at working for themselves. Without professional legal representation, I felt defenseless from their statements and bills. With Spencer, you have an export that works FOR YOU.
Over the months of this process, we gracefully landed with my parent in a good nursing home and my parent’s assets intact. Patrick Murphy is the best. I was summoned to a Magistrate Hearing. I had no idea what to expect or even how to prepare. Upon first contact with Patrick, he was extremely helpful. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. I've had the opportunity to network with Jeffrey on a professional level for decades.
For 20 years, I worked in a facility that cared for patients that suffered injuries from accidents. For those patients, their recovery was generally complicated with the stress of managing their insurance, worrying about recouping the value of their vehicle, being blamed and having medical bills chase them for years.
That said, in all my years of working with these patients and of course dealing with their attorneys, there's no attorney that has compared to Attorney Lavey.
His level of professionalism is only superceded by his level of genuine concern, which is a rare combination in an attorney.
