I got stopped or a OUI last summer. She totally knocked it out of the park, got the reports and questioned the cop, no breathalizer nothing was allowed to be used in my case.

I've known Victoria Spetter for over 20 years. During that time I never had a need for an attorney. But, earlier this year I was dealing with a domestic issue that I needed help with. I contacted Victoria and she helped provide me with the tools and support I needed to prepare for my case. I was grateful to have her on my side and it helped me a lot when I appeared in court. I already had a divorce lawyer, but wanted a second opinion regarding the intricacies of some points that needed clarification. I highly recommend attorney Velesig. He represented me on a case as a public defender and treated me as if I gave him a $5,000 retainer. 4 years later my neighbor called the cops on me claiming I threttened him. In a panic I called att. Velesig at his office at 4:45 he answered the phone himself and told me what to do over the phone how to handle the cops and to call him if I got arrested. He gave me his cell and said keep me posted. I felt relived and confident when the cops came I did what he said to do and in the blink of an eye they were gone. If I ever need to hire a lawyer Velesig is the guy!

Peter Anghinetti kept me out of prison. Twice. I know that if I had not met him in the Courthouse jail that day, I would be in prison. I made two stupid mistakes a few years back, and Peter absolutely rocked. Very smart man. Very straightforward. But also very compassionate. He had what I thought was an amazing knowledge of the law, the court system and the judges. He told me step by step what would happen, and he was correct every time. I had a minority shareholder working for my company that was just not performing up to our company’s standards and actually blocking its growth. I offered to fairly buy the shareholder out and we came to an agreement and shook hands on it over dinner. A day before the shareholder was to sign she backed out. John Andrews was recommended to me by a trusted adviser of my company, and what a great recommendation it turned out to be. John handled the case perfectly and efficiently negotiating a very fair buyout, without litigation, in a matter of months when these types of situations can easily last years! He handled everything so I could run my company without the distractions these type of situations normally produce. He concisely explained all my options defining the pros and cons of each important decision in a non-legalese way that allowed me to understand them so I could make the important decisions. He was responsive with communications even at night, weekends and holidays. I trust John implicitly. In fact I now consult John on much more than just legal advice with my company; I now draw on his expertise for all of my important life/financial decisions and their subsequent legal matters. I found John on Lawyers .com and he was the only lawyer to call me back promptly, as I only had 1 day to find a lawyer before my court date. He listened to my problem advised me that i should meet with him that day, due to certain issues i could not and still took my case anyway. I meet John for the first time at the court and I knew right away I hired the right man for the job!!! He told me the good and the bad that could happen and in the end with only one more court appearence my case was over in my favor and I could not be happier with the results!!!!! CASE DISMISSED!!!! I had reason to need a lawyer not too long ago and John made what could have been a very painful experience into one that I could handle. John went above and beyond to make sure no one else took advantage of me or my situation. I feel that anyone that requires a lawyer should do themselves a favor and hire a lawyer that is very approachable for the client but aggressive when it comes to fighting for his clients rights. Attorney Phillips helped my family obtain a Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) against a neighbor who had broken into our home, stolen thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from us and sold it in a pawn store. The neighbor then proceeded to harass my wife and daughter (8) when he was charged by the police. Attorney Phillips was very knowledgeable, and was able to help guide the court on the procedure and how the statute was written (as HPO's were relatively new at the time). Attorney Phillips returned to court with us each year to help us renew our order, and eventually was able to help us obtain a permanent order against the defendant. Without Attorney Phillips I feel as though my family would have fallen through the cracks of the system, and we would not have received the protection that we needed.

Steven worked with me diligently during a horrible divorce and custody battle. Not only did he work closely with my other attorney, but he also showed something very few attorney's do, compassion. He was so dedicated to making sure my family and the best outcome was what we got. He was able to truly, with my other attorney, my voice to be heard in court and went above and beyond to communicate and meet with me, even if it was out of the way for him. I was very fortunate to get Jayson as my lawyer. I went to jail on my original charge but jason was able to get a stay of execution and I'm currently fighting for my freedom from the streets. He has been more than a lawyer to me thru this experience. I would not only recommend him I would not use anyone else . He has kept me out of jail for over 18 months while we fight my now reopened case.

I had two unfortunate incidents occur where I needed legal council. I found Jay in early 2016 and retained his services. After my first day in court I knew I had found a good lawyer, my case went smooth and in a most favorable direction. As fate would have it though, I again needed to hire an attorney, Jay Carter of course was my "go to" with no reservations or hesitation. I managed to stay pretty much incognito , as any public knowledge would not have done me favor. Seriously, this review title is "I felt blessed......" Truly, I was blessed, both my situations could just as easily have gone in a very bad direction if I had not had the savviness of Attorney Jay Carter. It's a privilege to write a review in his name.

I was faced with a number of issues involving an elderly parent that required immediate action. Atty. Levin immediately understood the critical nature of my needs and initiated an action plan that enabled me to quickly move through a number of legal obstacles. His empathy, professional advice and guidance, willingness to meet at a care facility and vast knowledge on maneuvering through the legal system was greatly appreciated. I did not feel rushed or without a full understanding of the cause/effect of every decision that was necessary. Atty. Levin kept be updated as to where we were every step of the way. He made excellent recommendations and continues to "check-in" to see exactly what obstacles (if any continue) to present themselves. There are still a number of unfinished issues that require attention and I will certainly turn to Atty. Levin with great confidence as these issues require action. I find his knowledge to be vast, his mannerism to be aid-back and welcoming, and his professionalism to be superb. Without a doubt I can certainly recommend his services to family and friends.

I was referred to Jon by another attorney that I have known for years. Jon and I have never met personally but we communicated via the phone and emails as both of us reside in different states. I found Jon to be very easy to deal with. He always took the time to explain legal procedures and went over strategies as it related to my case. He assisted me with an Estate settlement involving real estate and probate of a very close relative that I contested. His expertise and experience showed as we settled the estate in a fair manner without having to go to court and pay legal fees that would have diminished the estate considerably. He also did not let the case drag on. Jon was not pushy or arrogant. He has a calm demeanor that demonstrates his ability to get the job done by allowing his knowledge and experience to stand out by his work product. I can't put into words how grateful I am for Len's services! Len has helped me with a criminal case that lasted over 3 years. He worked extremely hard for me, and his lack of self interest was astounding! The entire time I knew without doubt that every advice he gave and every action he took was in my best interest. It was crystal clear that his only motivation was getting me the best possible outcome. If I had gone with any other lawyer, I doubt that I would have ended up as well off as I am today. He is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met and very well respected as a lawyer, yet he is humble and patient. He had no problem answering the same questions repeatedly because he was able to empathise with me. He understood that I was nervous and needed constant clarification. He also worked with me for every little decision. For every step along the way, he would thoroughly analyze the situation, give his detailed opinion on what was going on (which I almost always felt was spot on), provide the different options available, and discuss the pros and cons of each. I truly felt like I had an expert alongside of me, but I was in the driver's seat. Perhaps most importantly, he is GOOD! He knows the law inside and out (even more than most judges)! He also is very good at courtroom etiquette. He knows the subtleties of the best way to interact with judges and prosecutors (again always keeping my best interest in mind). I would strongly recommend him, he will work hard for you and absolutely get you the best possible outcome.

Leonard defended me in a criminal trial. He was shockingly good, I don't think I've ever seen someone argue a case better in person or on tv. I had the detectives come to my house months later to ask me who my lawyer was because they were so impressed. These cops see lawyers almost every week and for them to come to my house and ask me who he was because they wanted him to represent them, the detectives said without a doubt he is going to do big things in the future because of how young he still is. In short, I was found not guilty in a case where things were stacked against me. I'll for ever be greatful and feel blessed I found him to repress me. I would recommend him highly, trust me it doesn't get any better

Max Perlman represented me at the extension hearing of a 258E order in which I was the defendant. Mr Perlman is smart, confident and articulate. He successfully argued that the order need not be extended and offered several relevant points of law to support the argument. The order was vacated. Mr Perlman was respectful in the courtroom while handily neutralizing any objections by the plaintiff. Mr Perlman was accessible, compassionate and relatable. He is a very good lawyer and I would recommend him highly.

Max D. Perlman represented me in my harassment prevention order case in which he cross examined the plaintiff. He did a great job asking questions during the hearing. I had hired Mr. Perlman last minute but he did everything he could to make sure that this harassment order was not extended. He was able to answer any questions I had and informed me with everything I needed to know. As a result the order was vacated. Mr. Perlmans work is greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend him.

Pat Straccia is the king of due diligence, I had a really big meeting set up for 10 AM and even though it was a nuisance he changed it to 11 for me which doesn’t sound like much but to me it meant everything. One thing I can say about Pat is he will make sure you’re protected.

Matt Koes is calm, knowledgeable and patient. He explains the law in a way you can understand. He was up front about the pros and cons of our case, didn't make fluffy promises. We received a settlement for 100% of our losses- which were substantial. Very satisfied with his work. He has great people skills. There were hot tempers and unhappy people in our mess. I have been represented by Mr. Gioia on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney that they can trust and feel confident in. Mr. Gioia always made himself available to me, taking my phonecalls from jail, and he kept me aprised of any and all updates to my cases. He negotiated everything i asked for, on my behalf, spectacularly. From bail review hearings and conditions, to then putting in motions, and eventually the plea deals I ended up accepting. I couldn't have asked for anything more. When you are being charged with crimes that carry significant sentences, you don't need the added stress of having ineffective council, and I had a really good feeling about Mr. Gioia's abilities right from the beginning, and he really came through for me every single time.

Patrick Gioia went above and beyond to assure that I got the best legal service humanly possible. From researching supreme court cases that could assist in my defense to checking in on me in between court dates to giving me a dress shirt to look more presentable in court Patrick made sure I had the best chance I could at getting all my charges dropped and this enormous effort on his part ammounted in just so. He was even able to get my negligent operation charge dropped that I received along with my OUI charge, something that is very hard to do due to the vague wording of the offense making many driving scenarios fit under its description. Patrick was very well spoken in every single one of my court cases and took the time to prepare written statements and memorize then to the dot. On top of this Patrick did this all pro bono, as he was court appointed to me, demonstrating that he was very dedicated to his work. Additionally Patrick was always 100% honest with me and explained to me thoroughly every option I had before each of my court appearances so that I knew my choices, and he always allowed me to ultimately pick the course of action taken but never without making sure I was 100% up to speed. Overall I was very happy and lucky to have had Patrick as my lawyer and I would definitely seek his legal counsel again if I was ever to be charged with another crime, even if were to cost me a substantial fee. I highly recommend his counsel to anyone seeking legal advice or representation.

I always thought that people who had issues with the police must have done something to deserve it. I learned the hard way that its not true. I experienced ongoing harassment from the Waltham police who seemed to take advantage of my complicated family situation. I am an African American and a single parent who actually believed that I have rights. Silly me. The police used every opportunity to attempt to get me into trouble repeatedly all in retaliation for my filing internal affairs complaints due to their misconduct. I was fighting a losing battle. This happened in front of my family and friends. They all just said move. Erin Opperman walked into my life and gave me hope. In my opinion My prior attorney was afraid of the District Attorneys office. The charges were bogus. Not Erin. After Erin got involved no additional bogus charges were ever filed. She had to fight for several years, not months, years , before the case was finally dismissed. This included Erin getting my case transferred to another venue. The DA was super angry with her for fighting so hard for my freedom. She had to file motion after motion after motion. She recognized what I was up against and stood by me. Erin refused to let them rail road me. Anyone that is looking for a lawyer who will fight for you as if you were her own family, then she is the person that you want representing you. I was a difficult client, I always calling her crying asking why me? She listened patiently and calmed me down. I thank God that she did not withdraw from my case when things got worse. I would have been convicted of a crime that I did not commit. I thank God that I met Erin, she is lawyer that gives 100% to her client. I would hire her again if I am ever in need of a excellent lawyer who will be committed to my case.

I was accused of sexual assault after becoming involved with a prostitute. I was accused of horrible crimes. Erin was so nice and made me feel comfortable even though we had to discuss these awkward and horrible charges. She knew that this person was lying to protect herself. We prepared for trial several times in her office and eventually my charges were dismissed. She is so kind and respectful and also very aggressive in court.

Gary handled my divorce mediation and as a result it was fast, fair and as painless as that process could have been. He immediately sensed the truth of the situation and although I would have gnawed off my own arm to get away from an emotionally abusive ex he stood firm and made sure I got a fair half of our assets. Three years down the road, I was continually pleasantly surprised to see that the agreement he crafted has held up perfectly and Gary anticipated and addressed many issues that I didn't think were important at the time but now are critical to my peace of mind.
