I met Michael after my case had gone on for over 5 years and had burnt out my previous attorney. He took my case, got his team working on it, and within less than 2 years, despite a massive opposition from the insurance company, won. He defended me without compromise, always showed genuine concern for my wellbeing, and presented my case in court with true professional and technical skill. I can't put into words how appreciative I am for the work Michael did in presenting my side of the story and letting the truth be known. With the end of the case and the closure I found afterward my life and health have improved by multitudes and that is a direct result of his efforts and representation. There is no dollar amount that can be put on that and no greater gift. I would recommend Michael and his team to anyone who is looking for a hardworking, genuine, and professional lawyer.

Hands down, Attorney Gillis is the attorney you want by your side guiding you. When people ask you "Do you have a Good Attorney" be rest assured that Michael Gillis is THAT good attorney. Michael delivered us from a nightmare of a criminal case that was so unbelievable we were approached by the New York Times to cover the case. In addition, there was very little precedent set, if any, that actually matched the various aspects and moving parts of our case. I do not take writing this review lightly at all so when I say Michael was exceptional and saved my son's life and future please believe it. He was able to navigate us through a criminal case as well as a school discipline case and restore my son's future to him. I will never be able to thank Michael enough for his service, guidance, and compassion through our ordeal.

About a year ago, my wife and I purchased our first home - a new construction condo. When it came time to choose a lawyer for the closing on our side, the builder pushed us towards a specific individual. This made us uneasy, so we did some research and instead chose Michael Khoury. This ended up being a fantastic decision. He went over and above even the highest expectations, combing through every word of the closing documents and having multiple calls to walk us through it. Upon realizing that there were a multitude of portions of the closing documents which were detrimental to our interests, Michael expertly negotiated with the builder to change the language of some of this parts and to completely remove others. In addition, when there was in issue with a portion of the property not meeting the agreed upon specifications, he delayed closing and also obtained a small amount of money for us from the builder as recompense once we realized the issue couldn't be fully corrected. To top it all off, when we had an issue finding care for our dog on the day of the closing, he let us bring her into the office with us! This all doesn't even mention his paralagel, Nancy, who was amazing to deal with - quick to respond to all of our inquiries, extremely nice, and amazingly knowledgeable. I can't recommend using Michael vehemently enough - he is a genuine, hard-working, and knowledgeable attorney who sincerely cares about his clients. If you need a lawyer in his areas of practice, you won't be able to find anyone better!

I am a business man dealing with the public for over fifteen years, and I can honestly that it took me some time within those years to figure out how to keep my customers happy. I can't say I have any experience working with this firm, but I had a problem having to do with a building lien which my attorney (who does not work for Madoff and Khoury LLP) couldn't handle. I needed another more experienced attorney's expertise. After speaking to a member of the staff at this company, they connected me to a gentleman named David Madoff. Mr Madoff, after speaking to me for three minutes asked me to call the attorney I was using before and have him call Madoff & Khoury so David can coach him on what to do. I am amazed and shocked that an attorney would take the time to do such a gracious thing. I believe that any "decent" business can give good service, but it takes a special business (or person representing a business) to shine or go above "decent", and that can only be done when something goes wrong in a transaction, or when there is an emergency. I called Madoff and Khoury because something went wrong with another attorney (out of Boston) which created an emergency situation involving a deadline court date (on a holiday weekend). Mr. Madoff took the time to help me when it wasn't even his problem. I can't be more honored and pleased to be able to witness and experience first hand, within five minutes time such high CHARACTER in any type of business. I'm so glad I made the call.

I was referred to Ray Watson having left a Multinational Technical company and joined a technology start up company with 13 angel investors. Despite holding multiple degrees and an MBA, we had reluctance and difficulties being a startup without history. Roy was magnificent for being aware of the options, how to handle the difficult situation and for guiding us round the obstacles caused by inflexibility of the "standard" immigration bureaucracy. His creativity and willingness to create options is what stands him aside from other classical lawyers and always friendly, optimistic (and with reason) he is a true gem to anyone wanting Immigration. I have an H1B issues with a strange employment loss. Mr. Eric LeBlanc has a extensive knowledge of the Business guidelines and SOP’s, which enabled him to determine which employment violations occurred. My case fell under Employment and Labor practices, within Eric's law firm. Eric has strong Communication abilities that get the point across, by explaining legal terminology, legal processes, and court procedures. My 18 year old grandson was facing several felony convictions from a series of poor decisions; most from mental health problems. The state's only offer would have made the rest of his life extremely difficult: trying to find employment, school loans and access to any federal programs for the rest of his life. Attorney Matthews, (who is not just an amazing lawyer is also an extremely caring person who gives his all to help his clients) managed to convince the DA (who also proved that they do care about young offenders and not just collecting another conviction statistic) to give him another chance, which includes getting the help he needs to keep him out of trouble and become a positive contributor to society and not another number at the prisons. It is a rare combination to find a lawyer who is greatly skilled in the court but also committed to doing the very best for his clients present and future.

Rita expertly guided me through a sensitive and complex eviction case - which I won with her help. She was just the right balance of compassionate and assertive that the situation required. In addition, her experience navigating evictions that involve hoarding was extremely helpful. Rita spent time clearly answering all of questions. She was a strong advocate in front of the judge, and in communication with the other party’s council. Most impressively, she was able to keep the situation from becoming unnecessarily contentious. After the eviction, the tenant’s family even stepped in to pay for some of the damages to my unit, since they appreciated how we were willing to work with them through the eviction process. I believe Rita’s approach made this possible.

Rita helped me to resolve long standing tenant problem. I spoke with number of attorneys before her and was under impression that my situation is unsolvable. Rita took the issue, researched it, brought my tenants to court and managed to move them out and even get some compensation for me from them! To my amazement I didn't even need to go to court. She called me from court and let me know that she worked it out with tenants and presented their resolution to judge. In next 2 days long time non paying tenants moved out and I've got compensation check from them. That was miracle for me considering time and efforts I spent trying to resolve this situation myself.

Since April 2011, I have recommended eight clients to him and every one came back thanking me. He will review the case at no charge and advise clients with very honestly. He will not continue or accecpt clients that lie or hide material facts in their case or support clients who he know are not honest. As long as you tell Tony the truth , I believe he is capable of winning any case in immigration. One friend I refered to him, came back and stated that he will not take his case because his case is full of fraud and manipulation. He is very proffessional and cannot discuss clients cases with any other person. My immigration case lasted for twenty-six years and I spent over One Hundred thousand dollars in Attorney's fees, and his charge was the lowest fee I paid in this case. He worked with me on a payment plan and when he saw how much effort I was making to pay, he took off $2000 from my total bill. Tony is not greedy and his concern has always been to satisfy the customer

Attorney O'Connell knows criminal Law like no other. Lee recently helped me through a very difficult and challenging divorce. Without her, it would not be done. She handled a big potential problem that arose in court and threatened to end the whole thing. Thanks to her wit and skill, the divorce went through and I had a fantastic result - everything I wanted! What's more, she foresaw a potential problem with a health insurance issue which we were able to fix recently. We were the first such case (of many more to come) to go before the judge. He'd never heard of it before. Yet, this all was taken care of, thanks to Lee. Also, she was extremely supportive and always there for me during this difficult time. James Digiulio was recommended to me by a friend and he was absolutely amazing. During our first meeting he answered all my questions ,explained all the possible outcomes and laid out the best course of action. He warned that it would be a difficult case, but definitely worth fighting. We ended up going to trial where James really shined. From picking the jury, to questioning witnesses , to presenting opening and closing arguments I was 100% confident in him. Thanks to his close attention to details one of the charges was dropped during the trial, and I was found not guilty on two other charges. Couldn't be more thankful. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.

I am a Teamsters local 25 member and was connected with Attorney Melissa Tobin through my union. I had a harassment order filed against me by someone I have never met. It was such a short notice my hearing was a week away. She was super easy to communicate with. She gathered all the information I had (which wasn’t much) and started to build a defense. Her strategy and knowledge with these proceedings was impressive. In fact, after presenting only one piece of evidence the judge stopped her and said he needs to hear nothing further from our defense. Also, the court officer even acknowledged in his 30 years in the system that was the fastest hearing he’s seen. Needless to say my harassment order was denied and the complainants credibility was completely destroyed.I highly recommend Ms Tobin she’s a rockstar.

Because the altercation involved several persons, and alcohol was involved, the police were called, and I was taken into custody. It was determined that no physical injuries to any other persons occurred as a result of any of my actions, but I was charged with: (1) Felony Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon & Misdemeanor Malicious Destruction of Property. Peter did an excellent job reviewing and handling my case. He also took the time to walk me through the process so i knew what to expect so I didn't feel lost or intimidated. I am very please with David Asack and his office He assisted me with a car accident case of where i was rear eneded by a company truck. David walked me thru the proceess and was able to tell me what to expect from the other person issurance company what to expect from the dr and chiropractor His secetary stayed on top of my case making sure that my dr and chiropractor billed correctly and made sure that any out of pockets expenses i was reimbursed. I recently faced a daunting array of charges, including Assault & Battery on a Family/Household Member, Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Carrying a Firearm Without a License, and Improper Storage of a Firearm. With mandatory minimum incarceration looming, my freedom hung in the balance. Attorney Estes proved to be an invaluable ally during this challenging time. Through his skillful negotiation with the prosecutor, he orchestrated a plea arrangement that resulted in the dismissal of a majority of the charges. Remarkably, he secured a Continuance Without a Finding (CWOF) for the most serious offense, effectively avoiding the mandatory jail time that seemed inevitable. The resulting disposition was probation for one year, a far cry from the harsher alternatives I was initially facing. I cannot overemphasize the significance of having Attorney Estes as your defense lawyer when your freedom is on the line. On two occasions, Counselor Finamore "saved my chestnuts" from the fire. Both times all he did was to make a phone call - just a phone call. But it was to the right person at the right time. On one occasion, I sent Mr. Finamore a retainer check. He located important information which he conveyed to me quickly and efficiently. Then . . . GET THIS . . . he returned my retainer!
