I'm sorry to say that, even though I was married in the Catholic Church, my wife divorced me in March of this year, 2019. It was traumatic of course but Sharon Lieblich not only did a great job as a lawyer, but as a human being. I truly grew to love her. She was recommended by my family's lawyer in NYC, and though she was more expensive than other lawyers in Virginia, she probably saved me half a million bucks. You can't beat Harvard lawyers!

Sharon is an extremely experienced attorney with an excellent background for over decades. Using an attorney is extremely expensive and I've been happy with the ways she's tried to help cut the bill without giving up any rights. I just wish my STBX's attorney had the same approach.

I have referred others to Ibrahim Moiz and he did an excellent job representing them and making sure that their rights were protected. I had my initial meeting with Attorney Ryan Brown on the afternoon of 10/20/2010. I walked away with piece of mind and feeling absolutely great about my startup business. Attorney Brown went above and beyond. Not only did he hit every single question on the head without hesitation or any uncertainty. He provided print outs referencing everything he'd mentioned. There was not a single question left unanswered. Beyond this, he offered additional input and was very thorough as though he was helping a dear friend or launching a business of his own. I have commited my company to his services for 6 months and will extend beyond this as long as my company is successful. I offered to leave this review on my own accord and was not asked to do so in any way. I highly recommend at least an initial sit down with attorney brown for your legal needs. My husband has used Mr. Price for several family law issues, and we have been very satisfied with his work and responsiveness, both of which were problems for us with other attorneys. Mr. Price is not a barracuda--he's not out to win--he's out to find a reasonable solution to tough problems, which is what any family attorney should be doing, in my opinion. There are no winners in family court, after all. I love that he is honest with us, even when it's truth we don't want to hear. I respect that, and him, immensely.

Michael has been outstanding in protecting, and guiding me through what has unfortunately been a tumultuous divorce process. He has vigorously protected my rights and successfully defended me through what should have been an amicable divorce. Every step of the way, Michael and his staff have been there to answer my questions, and explain the next steps when I wasn't sure. He also has eased my mind many times when things became almost unbearable during this process. His expertise and longevity in Family Law has proven that the only way to go when going through a divorce, is with an attorney who "specializes" in Family Law. Thank you, Michael and staff. I am only posting anonymously, out of respect for the privacy of both parties involved. I hired Michael, after interviewing three other attorneys in the area, because he took the time to hear my concerns and answer questions on the first phone call I made to him. He spoke with me personally, and didn't just pass me off to a scheduler. I was able to determine with my first phone call, if he was the right fit for me. When an attorney speaks with you personally so you can save time and not have to schedule a consultation weeks out, you make a better informed decision that helps you want to schedule that consultation. In the beginning when realizing my marriage was unsalvageable, waiting a week or more to speak with an attorney was adding to the stress of an already fast moving stressful situation. I was able to meet with him within a few days, and the next day he had filed the divorce complaint and requested a pendente lite hearing to protect marital assets and request temporary spousal support.

I consulted with, and hired, Brian Fayman to help with the details of my mother's estate after her passing. From the first meeting with Brian I knew I would hire him. He listened intently while I explained a complicated executor situation. I never felt rushed during appointments or phone conversations. After I told Brian what I was looking for and that I needed assistance in moving forward, he methodically outlined my options. He provided a sense of calm during an emotionally charged time. He helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish with my mother's estate. I was kept in the loop at all times when correspondences were sent to other parties and Brian was available to me via phone and email to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Brian based on my experience working with him. Not only is he excellent in his profession, but he is a kind person. I still stay in touch with Brian and sought his services for additional legal needs about a year after I hired him for the estate settlement. You’re about to go through some challenging times. Maybe you made a mistake, maybe your innocent. But know this… the military that you loved is about to try and screw you. I was referred to him by a colleague, and he did not disappoint. Brian is smart, talented, and fights for you. He was always available and always made me feel like I was a priority. He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions or being scared. He was empathetic to what I was going through and was honest and realistic about what we could expect. We hired Mr. Morecock to represent a family member. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. McCollum helped me get my partner and I get our start up company off the ground. We came to him with an idea for a product and he helped us form the business, protect our IP, and work with investors to get funding. Best of all, he didn't charge us for things we didn't need, and actually talked us out of some things he could have billed us for.

Laura is the type of attorney that you see on television shows like "Law and Order." She's a formidable opponent, and extremely logical and rational. One thing that I loved about having Laura as my counsel is that even if she asserted that we should take a certain action-----she would still be weighing the strategy associated with taking that action up until the very last minute. Laura is very STEALTHY. Her mind SHREDS information, down to the finest detail. In addition to her legal prowess, Laura is extremely nurturing. There were many instances in her time spent with me where she gave me practical advice for my specific situation that had nothing to do with practicing law. She remained accessible via phone and text, even at night and on the weekends. If you need an attorney who is going to go the extra mile to not only provide you with representation but support then Laura is your person. She's argued cases in front of the Supreme Court and more. Our condominium board was making financial decisions not in compliance with Virginia law and condominium bylaws. We told our story and Rick got it and immediate took action, drafting a letter to the board arriving in 48 hours, positively impacting a board vote (in our favor). The condo board got the message loud and clear--comply with the law or there will be consequences. We weren't a big client, but Rick got it; we needed his help and he hit a home. It’s hard to know where to start and who to trust when you find yourself in need of a divorce attorney. I was in that situation and luckily I found Sharon Moss, who did a great job representing me. I was referred to Hirsch & Ehlenberger by a family friend in early 2017 to handle my divorce. Among the attorney's I met and worked with, was Sharon Pederson. During the course of the divorce proceedings, which is of course a very tumultuous time, Sharon took the time to answer all of my questions regardless of how big or small they were, and was the calming voice when times were stressful. Sharon was very responsive to phone calls and e-mails and provided many options to me and also listened to my viewpoints on how to proceed during the course of my divorce. Sharon worked alongside my primary lawyer, Brian Hirsch. The case involved my ex suddenly stopping spousal support with out going through the courts and then suing me to stop support altogether. She was my main point of contact and did most of the research thorough discovery. She was always available and supportive. She did an excellent job of combing through the discovery and coming up with data for argument. I always felt like this team was listening to my concerns and input. The outcome was favorable for me. Phil and our family share the same last name, but we are not actually related. Phil has been our family attorney for over a decade now. We trust him and his legal advice indubitably. He has been our counsel through numerous commercial and real estate transactions. He consistently keeps us abreast of changing situations during the deals and always includes/explains to us, as the client, for all decision making. He is always available via email and telephone, most times with 1-day or less response time. His advice errs on the side of cautious and protective of our interests, which is exactly what you want from an attorney. His entire team at his firm is knowledgeable and equally trustworthy. Bonus, is that he can understand quite a bit of the Korean language verbally, and can even speak it a little. However his English is perfect and written communications are always clear and concise.

My business partner & I were looking for a business lawyer to help set up our partnership LLC and wanted to hire someone to ensure our company creation was done correctly. Before meeting with Scott, we had gone through two free consultations with other attorneys. The first two attorneys made us feel like we were rushed or did not answer our specific questions in detail. I looked at avvo and saw that Scott had a lot of experience with technology companies and also with patent litigation. Even before meeting Scott for the initial consultation, he was very responsive in email communication with several questions. Because of his responsiveness and willingness to put in time to answer us via email, we decided to meet with Scott for an initial consultation. When I started my company, my old employer threatened to sue me for using an image that was too close to one he had trademarked. I hired Paul, and after some quick work, assured me that the images were not close enough, or unique enough for him to have solid legal ground to stand on. This really calmed me quickly. I'm a Georgia lawyer who was ticketed for going 81 in a 70 mph zone on I-95 in Emporia. Then I got letters from lawyers seeking to represent me and explaining the possible consequences. Andy didn't send me a letter. I found him because I knew it is best to have a lawyer, a good lawyer, who lives in the local county. I was the victim of identity theft. Someone forged my signature on loan documents. The identity thief stopped making payments on the loan shortly after the account was opened. The fraudulent loan accounts appeared on my credit reports. As a result, I could not refinance my home and credit limits on my existing accounts were being reduced. I sent numerous letters to the credit reporting agencies and the banks with limited success. I was ultimately forced to file a federal lawsuit to protect my rights, my credit and my good name. I was able to get the fraudulent accounts removed from my credit reports and settled my case before trial. I signed separate settlement agreements with each named defendant. The terms and amounts of each settlement agreement are confidential. John helped me through the entire process. He also took my case on a contingency fee basis. I did not have to pay any money out-of-pocket. John was a beacon of light in a very dark time of not knowing and I would recommend him and use him again if needed.

An identity thief stole my identity and used my name and credit to purchase a house that belonged to his ex-wife. The identity thief only made a few payments on the property and let it go into foreclosure. The foreclosure appeared on my credit report as well as a homeowners association judgment for past due HOA fees related to the property. Needless to say, my credit scores were low and obtaining credit was nearly impossible. I did not know where to turn until I was referred to John Bazaz. He was able to walk me through the entire process. He was able to get the judgment vacated in state court. He then helped me dispute the foreclosure and judgment that still appeared on my credit reports. When the credit reporting agencies and the bank refused to delete the inaccurate accounts, he filed a federal lawsuit against them. John was able to get the foreclosure and judgment accounts removed from my credit reports. We settled with each defendant separately before trial. The terms and amounts are confidential. As an added bonus, John took my federal case on a contingency fee basis. He was paid only after I was paid. I strongly encourage you to contact John if you are the victim of identity theft. Liz
