I hired Attny Follett to help guide me and prepare the necessary paperwork associated with Estate Planning. Having lost my mother abruptly earlier in the year, I was overcome with what would happen should I fall ill, or pass. Who would have access to help me? Who would control, distribute, manage my estate. There were several sensitive issues to consider, and Attny Follett managed them with compassion and sensitivity. She was sure to 'dumb things down' (my term) for me, when it felt over my head. I was in the midst of grieving, quitting a job, recently moved, etc, so this was an added stress that could have been just too much. Little background on why I giving a review for George E. Miller. Two years ago (2020) I was accused of a crime I DID NOT commit. He became my attorney for that case. He went to bat for me, looked at 3000 pages of evidence, 10k+ of messages between the person accusing and myself, Him and his office kept me updated on everything. Mr. Miller even took a fine by the court to make sure he got everything in to help my case.. As not taking any deals the D.A. offered, I took my case to trial.. As the jury came back with a not guilty verdict. I was truly blessed to have an attorney to put in countless hours and believe in me. High quality work, George Miller is not only a great attorney, but he is down to earth. Looks at you as an equal. Never once I ever felt uncomfortable talking to him. He treated me like a friend. I had a very tuff case! I needed the very best Attorney Kenosha had to offer! As I searched the name John Caviale kept coming up. So after 3 meetings with high profile attorneys!! I just didn't feel confident, I had one more appointment set up with attorney John Caviale. From the moment I entered J.Caviales office I felt comfortable, I was treated with the utmost respect! Mr. Caviale not only gave me an hour & 1/2 of his time, he was very helpful in making sure I understood the charges I was facing! @ no point did J. Caviale try to pressure me into retaining him ASAP. All 3 earlier meetings that was the 2nd thing said after hello. Needless to say I hired John Caviale that day! My wife and I were looking a lawyer to write our wills and we found Kyle. The first thing that sold us was his prices were incredible. I didn't think we would be able to afford a will for both of us, but because of his prices we were able to easily afford one for both my wife and I. His belief is that wills should be affordable so everyone can have one written up, and it shows.
He did an excellent job taking the time to answer all my questions and walking me through the documents that needed to be filled out. He is very thorough as well.
Not only was he great to work with, but we requested a special meeting because we are high risk for corona virus. Not only was he respectful of our request, but he went above and beyond our expectations. He provided a setting for us in which we felt respected and safe.

Final outcome was not as expected. Seems like our attorney, Travis West was in over his head. Our group paid a lot for not much. We did reach a settlement agreement however that was breeched and there is no recourse except to pay more $ to the attorney even though they were supposed to make sure the settlement agreement was written in a way that would be very difficult to breech.

Time was of the essence. I had nearly run out of hope. I literally had days to get an Attorney who could take on my rather twisted case. I had no money and the other attorneys I had spoken with either told me they did not have the expertise necessary, they did not want to touch my case with a ten foot pole, or they were asking for a lot of money immediately, which I did not have.
I was referred to Dayten through other attorneys who in turn were referred by other attorneys. Dayten was my 7th try. Thank God I did not give up. Dayten listened to my case patiently and asked pertinent questions. Although my case was beyond not ordinary and I could not immediately pay him, AND we had only days to respond to the situation, Dayten took me on and ended up saving the day.
He is truly one of the finest men that I know. I am in Chicago and I needed a lawyer in Wisconsin. Dayten began to work with my attorneys, who had assisted me in a bad and lengthy divorce, vacating, appeals process and then Bankruptcy.

Attorney Kilkenny represented me in a landlord/tenant dispute. He was recommended by another attorney. At first I was a bit apprehensive about hiring such a young attorney but Attorney Kilkenny has proven that honesty, intelligence, and a strong work ethic can provide excellent results. I was originally planning to spend $4,000 on attorney fees but he was able to negotiate a deal with the landlord and reduce it to about $1,000. He's willing to do what is in the client's best interest rather than what is more profitable for himself. His hourly rate is also very low for the caliber of his skills. I've used attorneys at large law firms in the past and have found that they sometimes don't have enough time to dedicate to my case. Attorney Kilkenny, however, promptly responded to all my calls and emails and I can't recommend him enough.

In 2015 I was dealing with a very difficult business situation. I hired Attorney Arellano after being sued by another person who claimed that I owed her money. This allegation was not true and there was absolutely no paperwork to show I borrowed any money. As a surgeon, I appreciate people who just get the job done. Ms. Packard certainly did that for me but in a very compassionate manner. I was terminated without cause after decades of working in the same practice. She fought for me and I thus received a severance package that makes me pleased that they terminated me. In November of 2008 I retained Tamara Packard to assist me in resolving a dispute with my former employer. From the initial meeting to the signing of the negotiated agreement two months later, Attorney Packard acted dilligently, professionally, and assertively on my behalf to bring about a settlement I was more than pleased with.
My former employer is a small (100 employees) privately-held company. It was reluctant to provide the information necessary to establish a fair settlement. Attorney Packard countered their attorney's every argument against releasing information with her superior knowledge of applicable labor laws.

Mr. Oconner helped me obtain a civil judgement against a store that fraudulently got me to purchase their product that I would not have purchased if I would have known all the ingredients of the product. During the whole time while he was doing all the legal work to obtain this judgment he was very helpful to me by always explaining everything that was happening. I was referred to Atty. Lendu Johnson by a pro bono UI lawyer in Madison. She took my case last minute, and she did a great job. I was accused of concealment and was looking at having to pay 17K including 40% fees back to UI and a possible felony charge. I was terrified, but Jill has the most calming and optimistic personality. She coached me the weekend before my appeal and it helped me to feel confident, know what to expect from the process, and how to answer the judge’s questions honestly and competently. She also helped me understand that I had other options (appealing to LIRC) in case we lost. We’ll we didn’t! No concealment, and I ended having to pay back 3K instead of 17K.
