The journey for the dissolution of marriage from my wife was not an easy one and has been emotional and had several unanticipated turns throughout the case but Ryan and his office showed their care, concern and support throughout the whole process. They always make it seem like your case is their only one and reply with prompt responses that are informative,helpful, and shows Ryan’s experience in family court. Their knowledge and their expertise are matched with their compassion which makes this difficult and somewhat challenging process a more positive experience and one that came to a positive resolution. They are also really good about working with you to make sure you understand all outcomes and consequences before deciding on a course of action.

We worked with Hetzel Law Office, LLC on a personal injury case for our young son. The case took over a year due to delays caused by the defendant, and Ryan and his staff keep us informed throughout the entire process. They were always happy to answer questions and provide guidance. Our son had to give a deposition, and Ryan explained things to him in a way that made it much less scary. I found myself in an overwhelming situation that could have ruined my life. From the moment Rick took my case, he was 100% committed to learning all the details. His ability to review and memorize facts was amazing. Rick made sure that I understood each step of the process and was always patient with my questions. Atty. Rick Meier represented my wife and I in a criminal case. His understanding of the process, the documents and everything else that connected with my case was always surprisingly different and more accurate that what information I obtained online, from friends and relatives, etc. It's too easy to get sidetracked by well-meaning friends and family. Everyone will have a different interpretation of each and every document, procedure, interview, hearing, etc., that you may encounter. I first Met Mr. Patrykus in his front lobby of his office years ago. We walked in together and I was unaware of who he was. Before I could ever be screened by an Assistant he asked how he could help. I could not believe a lawyer would talk to a potential client without being screened. He spent 30 minutes just answering questions and told me how to represent myself and that he would help me but I did not need to pay him for his services. He said I could represent myself in this case. I think I called him twice more for advice and he provided some insight for My wife and me.
A few years later I remembered that when my son needed some help, Mr. Patrykus answered all our questions and set my son at ease. My son really had done nothing wrong but being younger was being pressured into admitting to something he had not done.
Mr. Patrykus set my son at ease and was able to get to the facts of the case. He took a lot of the emotion out the situation and basically got both sides on the same page.
The other side basically admitted they over reacted and apologized for the misunderstanding.
Being accused of something , whether yourself or a Family Member can really get very emotional. The way Mr. Patrykus handled the situation made it into a learning experience for both Father and son. He never Judged my son, he simply Listened to my son.

My mom passed away from ovarian cancer in 2015. Mr. Keberle took on her case before she died (she hired him) and that gave her hope. After she passed, the lawsuit was forwarded onto me. Attorney Keberle co-counseled with another firm and now her case is in the federal MDL. When the hospital treating my mom could not find her slides, Attorney Doug was persistent and got the necessary medical documentation to move the case forward. Amy represented me in a long, difficult divorce. On top of my heartbreak, I needed a lawyer who was professional and even tempered. She filed a timely counterclaim, which was essential in getting family support early on. We had numerous hearings, and she was effective in court also. Peter read a land contract for me. He accepted me as a client even though I was in another state (my mom used his services in the past). He was always very prompt to return my email. Peter was very thorough and went into great detail on the property that I purchased. He reviewed numerous documents (easements, county parcel descriptions, etc.) that I would not have thought to review. I am happy that Peter read the land contract for me and looked over the property. We had a new employee with less than 90 days service, and after 5 weeks of classroom and OJT training, violate one of our most stringent work rules----twice. The first time we gave her a written warning, the second time it happened we terminated her employment. She filed complaints with both the Federal EEOC and the State ERD claiming discrimination based on her sex, age, harassment, and religion. The State ERD deferred to the EEOC to investigate and they found no merit in her charges. They then dismissed and issued a Right to Sue letter. The claimant filed suit in Federal Court and we engaged our attorney Al Seneczko to help us defend against it. He provided excellent advice, some of which was quite unique and effective with the court. He also handled all court documents and provided superb and very responsive service. We would definitely hire Al again to help us with an employee relations issue.

Mike has done legal work for me both personally and for each of my past three businesses over the last 15 years. In late 2014 I decided, along with two partners, to start a small business developing smartphone applications for Android and Apple devices. My partners and I decided to move from brainstorm to business after we realized we could be making money on our fun side coding projects. We quickly found out that having an idea for a business is much different than actually forming a business.
We approached Mike with questions on what it takes to form an LLC in Wisconsin. Mike was generous with his time, knowledge and advice. We found out we needed much more than the simple LLC documents. Over the course of a number of meetings, Mike and his knowledgeable and qualified attorneys walked us through all of the legal considerations involved in starting a business with partners.

I work on the other side of Sam in my work as a workers compensation defense attorney. Though this is an adversarial process, Sam is always pleasant to deal with---even while zealously advocating for his clients. From the first call to Mr. Duquette to our final resolve of our case with the Village of Williams Bay Mr. Duquette made my wife and myself feel as though we had nothing to worry about, as the Village of Williams Bay did not understand the law as the Village had written it. At the Village board of zoning appeals Mr. Duquette was able to explain the law to the board of zoning appeals. We stood before the board with Mr. Duquette and the board finally realized it was probably in their best interest to allow for our variance due to many mistakes that were made by the Village Building Commissioner and the board of zoning appeals lack of knowledge of the laws they way they had written them. Could not have accomplished this WIN without James Duquette. His staff and James were are very responsive and James is on target with our need and ready to assist us in the future if we should need his services again.

We hired Ashley to help with my father's estate. We had worked with a different attourney who kept dragging things out and charges were getting quite large. It turns out after hiring Ashley the former attourney never even filed the trust with the court. Ashley did in a few months what the prior attourney did not do over several years. I found Steve to be personal and professional simultaneously. This is a feat for most of us, with lawyers being either one or the other and often neither. Steve was focused on my case and successfully found a Chapter 7 solution when the means test made it look improbable.
Steve didn't "sugar coat" the situation, and was very upfront even when he had to say something I didn't necessarily want to hear. There were no "suprises" along the way. Steve was able to mitigate the stress level associated with bankruptcy; which was a tremendous help.
From the standpoint of value, Steve's fees were very reasonable especially considering the level of responsiveness, personal service and results provided. I didn't feel like I was part of a "bankruptcy mill" or being given only cursory attention. In part, I believe, that this is because Steve is a single lawyer firm....bigger isn't always better.
I highly recommend Steve!

Mr. Cotter was able to file a chapter 7 without issues when other bankruptcy lawyers thought it wasn't possible due to the means test. He did not give up when there was clearly a need for bankruptcy protection and researched all aspects of the law to find a solution. If it wasn't for his excellent research skills my financial situation would be very bleak indeed.

I speak to the people who are looking for an attorney who is able to first of all be honest and give an accurate evaluation of your money being spent wisely. We then spoke about how things would play out in the amount of court time, phone calls (BILLED IN QUARTERLY BY THE HOUR) and one on one office strategy meetings. Attorney Cotter before taking one dollar from me, sent me to a tax advisor to see if i would be responsible for the liability if we lost the case. I had seen two other attorneys all saying I had no chance of WINNING, Attorney Cotter saw a posibility and he won my day. He is on his own with a wealth of knowledge and I think this was a key to the success. If you seek one on one personal service and do not care to be a part of the lawyer factory, I am on a 4 month holiday and that is as good as it gets! GOOD LUCK who ever you choose.

It is now about 10 years since Attorney Steiner handled a divorce and custody case for our family. Without her thorough knowledge of legal theory and unwavering pursuit of pertinent evidence a child's life would have been subjected to very unfortunate circumstances. She made us feel that our case was the most important matter she was handling. She has a relationship with the court and related legal entities that give her an advantage over her opponents.
