A few years ago I was facing a possible DWI charge for failing to blow during a traffic stop. First time ever in trouble in my life and I was shaken to say the least. Firstly I don’t condone DWI and while I made a decision not to blow purely out of fear it cost me dearly. I learned quickly that refusal gets you an instant stay at the county jail. Lauren was able to negotiate with prosecuters and convince them it would never happen again and that I have (and I have) made life altering changes. The fact is I was guilty and my BAL was over the limit. Lauren’s skills and relationships with her peers allowed me a second chance. She obtained an occupational license for me, preventing me from losing my career and such. I was given the opportunity of probation with the DWI being dismissed and a much lesser charge similar to a parking ticket in lieu of a DWI.

I was facing my probation to be revoked with two additional charges.. but my charges were dropped and everything went back to normal thanks to Lauren!

This was my first time to deal with any lawyer or attorney and I had no prior experience with any other lawsuits or claims. Don Michael is an amazing attorney. His analytical and strategic skills are on point and he has helped me and my family tremendously. I had gotten into trouble with Walmart for theft back in December. After my first appearance at the court, I was told I should get a lawyer. A friend of mine had recommended Michelle so I went for it. Law is a very complicated subject and can leave many with a horrible headache. Michelle told me exactly what I needed to do and I did not have to appear in court once after going the first time. All of my papers were turned in on time and she updated me whenever she went to court. My case was dismissed and she gave me advice for my record in the future as well. She is highly recommeneded. She informed me though that she is not going to be working as a criminal and ticket lawyer anymore. Thanks for everything Michelle!

Ms. Galaviz helped my son with two misdemeanors. Final result was that both were dismissed. She brings a rare combination of aggressive high energy, intelligence and experienced competence to resolve your problem. I was interduce to Mr. Lavorato from a very good dear friend of mine. I explain to Mr. Lavorato my situation a little over phone to him, he ask could I come into his office and meet with him. Just walking into his office gave me a relax feeling, I have a conversation with him and he stated that he would have to run this across the other members of the staff and will get back with me, and he did the same day. I was fighting this for four months and everyone kept on closing the door in my face as if I done something wrong. Mr.Lavorato said something to me that really set me at ease, he said (I don't like to see when someone do someone wrong) He never pointed that finger at me he just listen and took action. If I ever need an attorney again I will seek his advise and direction. He is the best.

I am so thankful for an amazing, honest, caring, and talented person such as Chris and his ability as an attorney. He is so professional, and I’m just grateful that I am no longer being put in a bad or dangerous or abusive situation where I was being unfairly attacked, treated, and harassed in a professional environment ALL THANKS TO CHRIS intervening as my attorney.. There is laws against such behavior and Chris was able to stop ALL this bogus weird harassment toward me with his swift action. I was referred to Tracy by a corporate attorney and I am writing in now to express my sincere thanks to Tracy for her outstanding lawyer services on my case. I had a complicated civil court case related to custody that went on for far too long in the county court (it was so very stressful) and then resulted in my needing to file bankruptcy (which just added to even more stress), following also an appeals filing to the custody case, as well. The long-story short of it, is that it was a complicated and exhausting process that went on for months & months and I just needed a trusted legal counselor who could help me get to the proper resolution and allow me to gain peace-of-mind. I don't even know where to start I have so much good to say about my experience working with Grant.
I was originally divorced in 2014 and have had 11 legal proceedings since the divorce. Attack after attack after attack from my ex. She had unlimited resources through her mom and used financial extortion tactics by hiring attorneys that could stage a better "performance" in court than the ones I had hired. Facts be damned I was punished over and over. It was disheartening because my kids were affected by all of this insanity and eventually pulled away from her and lived with me full time. They were 14 when this first started happening, and despite me having these kids full time she continued to attack me legally asserting that I had poisoned their relationship with her and alienated them from her. She knew because of the financial destruction she had caused me that I did not have the resources she did and wielded that as a weapon again and again.
When I finally had an option to fight back I was referred to Grant by a friend. HE WAS SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR from the other attorneys I had worked with. It is obvious he loves what he does, he is enthusiastic, he genuinely cares about his clients, and he is a BULLDOG in the courtroom! A respectful but firm and incredibly detail oriented cross-examination of my ex completely unraveled her and created the opening I needed to get a Motion To Confer allowed by the judge for my kids. Grant, unlike the other attorneys I had in the past, fully embraced this option and pushed for it hard. The judge allowed the kids to visit privately with him, and after more than an hour with each kid exactly what I had wished for years happened. I was vindicated and the judge shut down every angle that my ex was using to come after me yet again a full 4 years after our divorce.
Grant helped me believe in the judicial system again. He also helped me believe that the right thing will eventually prevail if you have GOOD REPRESENTATION! Do not make the mistake of thinking that all attorneys are created equal. Grant was the perfect fit for my case. He is young and energetic and gave my case a massive shot in the arm. He has a team of other seasoned attorneys in his firm that worked together on my case, and his enthusiasm was the secret weapon. It was such an amazing experience having him represent me and my kids.

Going through a divorce is hurtful but when your ex-spouse goes out of his way to be extremely hateful I knew I made the right decision with Kathryn and Melanie. Kell Simon is lawyer who is an expert in employment law and experienced in recovering lost wages including overtime pay, bonus money promised, and expenses owed from employers. He listens to you, explains your options in every day language, stays in contact through out the entire process and doesn't move until you say what you want -- your in control. He helped me convenience my former employer they couldn't do or say what they wanted. That there are rules they have to follow. He recovered what I was owed plus his fees. I would recommend and would use him again.

Kathleen Macaulay is a go getter. She does everything with enthusiasm and efficiency. Mrs. Macaulay has a great knowledge of the law which has helped lessen the stress during the different stages of processing my parent's estate. She was was able to stop the foreclosure on my parent's house and facilitate the return of the house to the full ownership of the family. She been involved with all aspects of processing and settling the estate, like helping getting tax returns completed for various tax years that my parents owed and helping to find a competent realtor to help sale my parent's house. Mrs. Macaulay is always there to help me and to answer questions. She is very reasonable with what she charges for her services. My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Myron at Quan Law Group. We are not immigration newbies, as we have worked with a handful of immigration attorneys around the country for various immigration matter/visa type. We came to understand how important a knowledgeable, experienced, engaged and passionate lawyer is, and importantly, how difficult they are to come by. For our marriage case, we have consulted and interviewed half a dozen lawyers, including many that we have worked with before and have great respect for. 10 minutes into our meeting with Myron, and despite having never met him before, we know we've found our lawyer. Not only does Myron know the in and out of immigration laws, he can answer every single questions with specific details that other lawyers failed to mention. Most of our questions are not straightforward and plain-vanilla. It was clear that he had thoroughly thought about them in the course of his practice, and he is truly obsessed with details - a great trait for an immigration lawyer. First, I'd like to commend Myron Morales' staff for always being helpful and prompt. His firm recently helped my family with Naturalization, B2 visa for my sister and her family, additionally, my brother just consulted with him regarding a special Immigrant visa for diplomatic, we trust them which is very important especially when it is dealing with immigration status.
Secondly, to the person who is upset because of the $60 consultation fee, it's only fair, and it's inexpensive, when you compare it to other immigration attorneys who charge more. If you choose to move forward they even deduct the fee from your bill. Seems like customer service wasn't the issue, the issue appears to be that you want free advice.
There are programs available for people in need of financial assistance. I assure you, there is always an option for low income individuals/families.

I had two separate cases that I needed to take care of. Most lawyers would advise you to go to court so they can take your money. Michael was the opposite. He gave me great legal advice and made me feel like he really cared. He advised me to take a deal and even said I can call him if I need anymore help. Going through a potential divorce, I did my research on collaborative lawyers, and found Jennifer. She was incredible - really impressed to also learn she only does collaborative cases ( or did at the time ). Not only was she extremely helpful, but she was incredibly caring. She gave me a book helping people going through divorces. I was bummed when my ex chose not to use collaborative, so I went with another lawyer Jennifer recommended. Divorce is probably one of the most stressful things in anyone's life. Kathleen had the disadvantage of entering as my second attorney. After a failed mediation and a too quiet and too sweet attorney, I found Kathleen. My sister-in-law had testified for her in a case and was incredibly impressed. I soon concurred. Kathleen was honest, real and told me the truth - not what she thought I wanted to hear. Exactly what I wanted and needed. She found the perfect mediator for us (I do believe there is an art in picking the right mediator for a client!). Kathleen allowed me my emotions (believe me, there were a few!) but also kept me focused on the things that mattered. I hired an attorney over the summer to handle a custody case as my kids were in a dangerous situation. In sixty days this attorney took me through two losing trials and ended up billing over $65,000. In the process she managed to upset two judges.
In the end my children were left in a more dangerous situation than had I done nothing.
I felt I had let my children down and was more than disheartened. That said, I could not give up and leave them in the situation they were in. I decided I needed to try again with a new attorney.
I was recommended to Kathleen’s firm by a friend. As you can imagine I was skeptical at first as my prior experience was so disheartening - I felt it was all about "billable hours".
When I met with Kathleen one of the first things she said was “If I ever have something on your bill you don’t agree with, tell me and I will take it off”. I was still skeptical until I received my first monthly billing.
In short, her billings were concise and understandable. More importantly, she took five minutes, and billed five minutes, to do a five minute job. Through about four months of engagement I never felt like I was being miked for time, and never felt I was treated unfairly.
We ended up in mediation - which is a lot of waiting. Even in mediation Kathleen said “I can sit here and speak with you and bill you for my time, or I can work on other cases while we wait.” Having been through other mediations over the years there is a lot of waiting time. This is the first time I had been given this option!
With that said, it doesn't matter what an attorney costs if your children are not taken care of.
My end result is that after about four months of working with Kathleen I have my children with me full time, child support is reversed (with me receiving instead of paying), and I am able to move my children out of state – almost unheard of in a custody situation. I ended up being billed about a quarter what my previous attorney had billed in just two months over the summer – AND most importantly I got results that keep my kids safe!
I have worked with many attorneys through businesses I have been involved with through the years. It had always seemed like a game of “how many hours can I bill you for”. I absolutely did not feel this way with Kathleen.
I could not recommend her more highly. She is absolutely the best attorney I have ever worked with.

If you have never been involved in a lawsuit get ready for a long up-hill fight; especially if you end up going to trial. That being said, I could not recommend Mark Pierce highly enough to help you through the process. Catherine was an incredibly helpful and compassionate resource during a complex (but not acrimonious) divorce. My ex and I were trying to pursue what turned out to be a somewhat complicated hybrid of a mediation and collaborative divorce. Catherine was incredibly patient and insightful as she advised me on the pro's and con's of several different options. She did not pressure me to take a scorched-earth approach and very much understood the human and emotional aspects of what I was going through. I imagine she'd be incredible if you're someone who really wants to "win" a divorce, but if you're equally concerned with navigating an open, just process, with awareness of multiple courses of action, I can't recommend Catherine highly enough.

I had a very complicated divorce case. I have been fighting my ex-husband for about 9 years to get what was granted to me in my divorce decree.
He made the impossible to leave me without anything.
After so many years trying to solve the issue in a good manner and getting a good affordable lawyer which was impossible; I found Catherine.
She took me under her wing and offered me the help I had been looking for so many years.
Although the case was very complex due to the location of the assets which were overseas, and berries of the language, that still didn't intimidate Catherine and she pleasantly took the challenge.
We fought this for around one year and a half and even my ex-husband tried to persuade Catherine to leave my case, she stood with me no matter what.
We ended up going to trial after using all the tools and resources to end this issue in the most civilized manner but my ex wanted revenge at all cost.
The trial was incredible because after an exhausting 6 hours in court we got the results we wanted or even more than I was expecting. Catherine fought like a lioness for my case and destroyed completely my ex arguments. Catherine has 6 years of experience and the most incredible thing is that she bit up with no consideration a 35 year of experience lawyer and make her look like nothing. I was very impressed with her outstanding performance.
Sometimes you think getting a very experienced lawyer is going to get you to win but not in all cases and neither this one. Her professionalism and the respect of the rule of law took her to great success. She is very honest and makes very clear which ones are your options and possible outcomes.
Catherine is compassioned and conveys emotional response whereby one perceives another's problem and authentically, genuinely wants to help resolve the problem.
She likes to put into practice her knowledge and abilities with assertiveness, not aggressiveness in a clear, concise, and logical manner. But when she needs to imply some of that aggressiveness which at some point it's important in the courtroom, she will go for it without hesitation achieving the desired results.
She possesses good oral communication skills that help her communicate persuasively effective with convincing arguments to judges.
She has an impressive high intelligence, strong analytical advocacy skills, an ability to communicate effectively structuring and evaluating arguments to persuade.
She holds the ability to listen and respond and timely manner.
I'm really grateful to God because first, he was present in all this and sent me an angel to fight for me and he didn't let me down for sure.

Linda was an amazing attorney. I have had other attorneys in the past who can't even compare. She actually cares about her clients and is extremely nice. She was very responsive and great at keeping me up to date on what was going on. Nervous about my case, I consistently had questions and she was prompt to answer them.
