I am a corporate landlord owner. I was presented with a discrimination complaint from a tenant to avoid eviction for nonpayment. I am a Senior Claims Manager for a roofing company. Mark was actually a client that I provided a roof for.
I had an ongoing Child Support issue. Once I found out he was a Lawyer I asked him for advice. At that time my legal issue weren't as serious. He gave me good advice free of charge. But a short time after, I was in a situation that took a nasty turn.
The Attorney General's Office had set my child support at a fair rate, I thought... I was told we would have to come back because the mother wanted legal advice... when we returned, what was originally agreed upon, dramatically changed... I was facing the Judge. Instead of the attorney who was just used as a negotiator the other times I went there... from what they were telling me, it was sounding like I was going to be paying possibly double to tripe what was originally agreed upon. This would have had me deep in debt and most likely ended me up in jail, as it truly wasn't fair legally to my actual income.
At this point I knew I needed a lawyer. Mark was the first person I thought of.
Mark has a great approach of trying to avoid the courtroom, if possible. Although we did have to go into the court house, Mark had turned all my anxiety into relief very quickly.
Days before my court date, with very little notice or much time for Mark to work with, outside of the courtroom, Mark was able to negotiate... First, with the Lead Attorney, at the Attorney General's Office, and then with the mother.
He not only negotiated a fair and reasonable child support for me, he negotiated it in a way that totally satisfied the mother as well.
Mark's price was fair too! He also has really worked with me on payment, because I was already in a pretty tough financial situation.
Mark provided me with much needed relief and total satisfaction! He also is a great guy and easy to work with, which is an added plus.
I would strongly recommend him!

Carole assisted me with a problem with a landlord retaining my security deposit and seeking an additional almost $600 above and beyond the security deposit for "repairs" to my previous apartment. My landlord threatened my credit rating if I didn't pay the additional money within 10 days of receiving the notice. The landlord didn't provide a list of damages, just a list of costs to repair things in the apartment. Carole sent my previous landlord a super strong demand letter. The landlord almost immediately dropped the request for additional money and agreed to "settle" my account by zeroing it out--keeping the security deposit, but not charging any additional money. Carole would have gone further for me, including filing suit to seek the return of the security deposit, if I had asked her to. But I'm a college student and just didn't have the time to follow through. My main concern was protecting my credit rating. Carole was incredibly responsive to me and handled this problem for me professionally and promptly. I know this may not sound like a big deal, but I'm about to enter the job market and employers these days often check credit ratings. Without Carole's assistance, my credit rating may have been damaged because I couldn't have afforded to pay the extra $600 my landlord was demanding. Thanks to Carole's help, I don't have to worry about that and can just focus on graduating! Hook 'em Horns and THANKS CAROLE!

My ex-wife filed for divorce and then proceeded to try to have my family and friends removed from my kids lives. She made up numerous lies about me and even at one point attempted to sue me for a large sum of money in addition to the divorce proceedings. My attorney was Craig Lusk and not only did he disprove all of her bogus claims. He got the suit dropped and NEVER lost in court 1 time (we went to court about 8 different times). The proof is in the pudding...the last time we were in court was over a year ago yet my ex-wife is presently posting false negative reviews against Mr. Lusk. She is a very vindictive and angry person, even posting negative reviews against the 3 lawyers that fired her as a client. Her false review titled the "Worst of the Worst" (posted by Adrianna which so happens to be the name of my last girlfriend) Is a completely fake review full of false information. That review states Mr. Lusk sent his Junior Associate to court in his place. Mr. Lusk handles all cases himself and does not have this person in his office. I hired Mr. Lusk in 2010 and last went to court with him in 2014 and he personally was there every time.
Mr. Lusk is a very professional, dedicated, responsible attorney. He takes care of his clients...He is very good at what he does and if I had not hired him I would have not had the custody of my children that I have now and would have suffered more from her unethical tactics and deceit.
My divorce was very ugly...If you are attacked you need to protect yourself and Mr. Lusk can do that. He protected me so well, my ex-wife is slandering him 12 months after the case is over!

Things don't happen quickly in the courts but Craig is always on his A game when time comes to be before the judge. I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity.
The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own. Ive never used him or talked to this neighbor before the incident. Will wrote a letter to this individual and was successful in the removal of the Bad review.

I recently needed a lawyer for a real estate matter. I was referred to Walter by a Real Estate agent I trusted. I am glad she did. Our trucking company hired Walter and his firm to defend against a non-compete claim. Walter took a single deposition, filed a summary judgment motion and the other side ended up paying our attorney’s fees. On other occasions, he successfully defended against wage and hour claims. Mr. Garcia was recommended to me when my daughter was arrested on a first-offense DWI charge. Soon after our initial phone conversation, he went to check on my daughter and to reassure her, which was a huge thing for us in these uncharted and very scary waters. Mr Miguel Castillo helped me with my criminal case. He got my case dismissed within three months of my arrest. He was there to answer all of my questions and walked me through the process. Given my injuries, and the fact that my family had to be with me all the time, none of us had the mental space or time to handle the interaction with different Legal agencies, Insurance Agencies, the hospital legal staff etc. Blake took over all those responsibilities and I have never had to worry about anything over the past year. Here are a few things I really liked about him.
1. Regular follow ups with all involved parties.
2. Regular updates to me with appropriate clear cut advice on the options we had.
3. Always available to answer queries and willingness to explain the details.

I hired Mr. Walters to handle a case dealing with an apartment complex that failed to provide services regarding an issue with hot water. The case went to trial. After endlessly searching for an attorney in the Houston area to take my dental personal injury case and having zero success, I located Andrew. I was indicted for multiple felonious charges stemming from an on-duty shooting while employed as a police officer.
