I hired Ryan Rucki to represent me in my recent purchase of my condo. As it was my first purchase, I was very nervous. Ryan always took the time to answer any question that I had - and there were many! He always returned calls and e-mails promptly. He also explained every aspect of the transaction in a way that I completely understood and was very knowledgeable. When it came time to review and sign the purchase and sale agreement, Ryan drove out to meet me at a coffee shop so that I could review it during my lunch break. He explained every clause to me and made sure that I understood each one completely and was happy with the agreement, as a whole, before I signed. First time encountering with Attorney Michael Kantrovitz at his law-office was his calmness and professionalism. Michael went far-and-beyond to help me with my situation. Stephen Guillette is a great attorney so far it’s been a couple of months I’ve been dealing with him . He very good I had some problems with my physical therapy I called him and he took care of the issue quickly. I would recommend him to a family member or a friend . Attorney Hadas helped me win my civil case after being falsely accused by Atty Edward A. Obrien and Atty Christopher Cercone. As a Paralegal with some experiences, I thought it was a piece of cake until I got lost in the process of the rules... Attorney Hadas came along like "David against Goliath," took time to catch up with the case with several meetings, going through stack of documents, understood my contention, sought my demands and took up the case. I've worked with several other corrupt Attorneys who took money then plan a withdraw for justified reasons, but not Attorney Hadas. He was more focused on liberating me from false accusations.

Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. The case was poised to be a truly landmark case on many levels. At the zenith hour to the trial, it was settled out of court for a sum that helped me regain my life and belief in justice. I was literally homeless and had become disabled by my physical and psychic injuries. Although receiving no interest from the American press (except for a superb article in Layers Weekly) the settlement Mark facilitated made some global headlines. David McMorris is a truly wonderful attorney and person. On the five-star rating system he actually deserves a 10!!! I am so grateful that he even took my case, which was honestly not that strong. He was so dedicated to it, did all of the work, was do diligent and kept me updated every step of the way. He is an extremely sincere and compassionate person and I could feel his concern in every conversation we had. David Datz is by far the most knowledgeable, service oriented, thorough, and trustworthy lawyer that I have ever worked with. I have a breach of contract case and need consult an attorney. I got Jill's name from google search via lawyer rating website. She called me back the next day and we talked over the phone for longer than I can expected (especially from an attorney). She analysed my case vs the potential cost to me. I had submitted an application as pro se inventor. The application involved complex concepts from mathematics, computer science and spreadsheets. I was initially concerned it would be very expensive and difficult to find an attorney with a background in the subject matter who would be able to help me so I decided to go it alone. After I received the first office action, I realized I needed professional help to deal with the USPTO. After some search I thought Dr. Hsuanyeh Chang’s scientific background and software experience would be a good fit so I decided to approach him for initial consultation and I must say I am glad I did. He was very responsive from the very beginning. Agreed to meet with me the next day on a weekend at a relaxed setting to go over what I have done. I was impressed by his intelligence, thorough understanding of the patent law, how the USPTO actually works, and most importantly his friendly character and professionalism. I decided to retain him to help me prosecute the patent and we have come a long way since. Dr. Chang has put necessary time and effort to understand the invention and drafted new eloquent and inclusive claims that have easily overcome prior art. After receiving second office action, I decided it was worth having in person interview for the opportunity to demo the invention and discuss remaining issues. I flew with Dr. Chang to USPTO offices in VA and we had a positive meeting with the examiner. It was a fun trip and it was certainly a pleasure to have Dr. Chang’s company. Dr. Chang responded to second office action diligently and hopefully we are nearing allowance. I have learned quite a bit from Dr. Chang during the process. He has also offered me valuable advice on other issues related to my startup company. If you are thinking dealing with the patent office is like dealing with a technical journal editor or referee you are wrong. It is a very different experience and requires different skill and know how. Selecting the right council from the beginning is critical for success. Dr. Chang is an inventor himself, an experienced attorney and a very nice and reasonable person to work with. I look forward to continue working with him for the long run and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Chang was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable with patent issues. I am a pro se inventor, however, I had certain claim rejections in my submitted patent. Mr. Chang was able to fix the error very quickly, and I was able to study the draft with still plenty of time to spare. Every email I sent to him was replied within the same day, sometimes in a matter of hours. The best part of rebutting my patent issues against USPTO, Mr. Chang was able to figure out certain key claims, which I have left out of the original claims. I thank Mr. Chang for his guidance and aid over my issues. Mr. Chang was also very knowledgeable with start up company issues. His encouragement over my invention is very much appreciated. I look forward to continue working with Mr. Chang in the future for other patent applications, etc. I will and have recommended his service to my business associates.

Elizabeth worked with us as the lead tax lawyer on one of our most complicated acquisitions. On the tax front, she was a powerhouse, and juggled three different time zones to set up an efficient cross-border acquisition and holding structure. From our first meeting she managed to explain the complexity of tax considerations in the US, Europe and Asia and how the rules and treaties interact in a way that made perfect sense to me, which has never happened with a tax lawyer before (no offense). She really listened to every question we asked, and her answers reflected her focus on our needs/confusions/concerns. Even better, she made sure the technical stuff was right (and it took some negotiation with seller), but never bogged us down with it. She always focused on what was most relevant to us and the financial impact of the tax rules (now and down the road). Turns out, good tax lawyers aren't "tax" specific - they know the economics of the deal better than anyone, or at least Elizabeth does. Bonus: she walked into the deal knowing all the market trends and terms. No reinventing any wheels here - five minutes into the first meeting and it was obvious she's on the cutting edge of what's happening in the market. She's the real deal: the smartest person in the room - and on top of that, she's so smart that she can explain it all in a way that makes sense to the rest of us.

Tim helped my wife and I as we started our family. As two women, there were many factors to consider, and Tim helped us understand the legal parameters for each type of donor, as well as outlined the steps we would take for second parent adoption. The paperwork could be a bit confusing, but Tim talked us through all of our questions and personally filed our case. Tim regularly checked in with the court on our application, and walked us through the adoption reading with the judge. Hether started working with my attorney at about the two year mark of a length dispute over an estate. She is very easy to communicate with and clearly explains what is going on. Five years ago my company was owed about $2.5 million by a client on a project we built for a high-end restaurant in the Boston area. The bank and the restaurant were pointing fingers at each other and we and our subcontractors were left hanging. In 20 years of as a general contractor my company had never had any issues like this. I was referred to Brad by my accountant. He said Brad was the head of the construction bar in Boston and knew that area of the law as well as anyone. He also said that Brad was reasonable, but very strong. After my first call with Brad, I was immediately put at ease. He understood our issue immediately, developed a strategy to protect us, and gave me an idea of costs and potential risks. Although there were many issues, Brad guided my company through the process. He liened the project, fended off claims by subcontractors, and put us in a position to negotiate a very positive settlement without giving up much of anything. Brad's guidance saved our company. As a member of a Boston-area law school, I was confronted with a sexual harassment allegation made by the Student Body Judiciary committee.
