I called lawyer Davis after I was told by my friends that they used him and won on there cases. He returned my call the same day and we meet the next day. During the meeting we went over my case and at the end I hired him. I asked him who will talk to the people that lied. He told me he has an investigator that I can contact 24/7. When davis was in court or on the weekends my family and me would contact this investigator for questions on people. attorney davis told me they offered a deal if I plea Davis took the time and explained my options if I wanted a trial I’m glad he took time and we went to trial.
My friends were right Attorney Davis is the Best. He got me a not guilty

I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . An I studied quite a bit of law I felt like it was being put down or something . The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. Their team approach is great, and I know they all listened to me because in court the litigation team mentioned every single thing I told them I was concerned about, and in a very precise and professional way. Bob and his team, including Holly Hinte are just amazing. They are to the point. I initially heard he was aggressive and ended up in his office to create a conflict. After additional 5 lawyer interviews and one disaster retainer I returned to him. He s just very knowleable, won t overcharge (he is expensive, don t get me wrong) but best spent money. He and his team are ultra efficient. Plus they actually care. Can t say good enough to things about them.

After attempting divorce pro-se and failing due to my ex being covertly narcissistic, I was in despair and didn’t know who to turn to that could truly help me. I spent a year stuck not knowing what to do and interviewing different attorneys who did not seem to really understand my situation. I didn’t want to waste myself and my wallet on legal fees and trials because I knew my ex was sneaky and would make the process even harder for me. After consulting with my therapist, she recommended that I call New Hope, to receive additional support I needed for this process. They connected me with a list of legal services, and I contacted the Women’s Bar Foundation, which is where I was matched with Jess.
I truly believe Jess was an answer to my prayers. Not only did she agree to take my Divorce case pro-bono, but she also represented me in my restraining order case. She did so with so much grace and knowledge that the judge congratulated her for presenting such a compelling case to him. Not only did he grant me an extension on the restraining order but he granted it for 2 years because of how well the case was presented to him!

Leslie and Addison helped me and my wife get our GC from H1B transfer. They have always been very patient, helpful, and understanding when there is question, more importantly, I believe after the process, even I understood the process a little better.

Last year, 2017, I had called the police because I was assaulted after being asked to move a vehicle. Despite the fact of being injured, I was arrested due to false allegations made by a third party for the benefit of the "victim". I was facing a Malicious destruction of property charge and an Assault and Battery charge. I just hired Dave for the second time to help me buy a condo in a new building that was being constructed and nearing completion. There were a lot of problems due to delays in construction, permitting issues and my bank not wanted to extend my mortgage rate lock. Dave did an absolutely incredible job handling all of it and got the job done. He is smart, persistent and very easy to work with. Stefanie and her partner Annelise were my divorce lawyers and they were both fantastic. My divorce was very hostile (think false accusations of abuse) but I felt taken care of because I was in such good hands. They were attentive and responsive to my concerns, they explained everything about the process to me so I knew what to expect, and they played hardball to negotiate a settlement that was more than fair for me. Stefanie Fisher is a VERY good lawyer. I found her by chance on the internet and I must say I was not disappointed at all. She defended my sister's case with intelligence, integrity and she genuinely cared. My sister's case ended well and Stefanie Fisher was able to get deportation lifted, and is now assisting with getting permanent residency reinstated. Stefanie is very transparent and is not afraid to say, "I don't know" but she will do the research necessary to attain accurate information. She is also a no-nonsense lawyer, so she expects you to do your part; That is, I believe, a major component to the success of a case. Stefanie expects that from her clients and by doing so there is total buy in on both parties.
My family and I are happy with her services, her paralegal was helpful to the case as well. My sister was not made to feel like a criminal. Instead she was treated as a human being relying on the "expertise" of another. The expertise was displayed humbly.

Ira has been fantastic! I reached out to him about an upcoming case regarding debt collection. Due to the case being VERY soon (a few days) he was not able to take it on at the time (understandable, as it was very short notice). He did, however, spend a good deal of time talking me through the process, explaining possible options to take, what I could do to prepare, and possible outcomes. He was polite, patient, and explained everything in perfect detail. I was able to postpone the case due to his assistance, and I plan to work with him again (albeit this time I will be sure to reach out before the 11th hour) and I feel very confident with his skills and experience! Today in court I watched Mastery , Tanis is a skilled, brilliant, & powerful attorney. After I was falsely accused of domestic abuse in 2014 , and issued a restraining order and re issued again in 2015 , my prior lawyers basically told me to stay quiet and I did , I listened and listened to 100% false accusations my my ex , I hired attorney Yannetti in 2015 , she was confident right away she could have this restraining order terminated immediately , yet she she still made a wise decision to wait until today April 14, 2016 to finally " have my day in court " Tanis made this decision so she could get to work , pulling transcripts, having them transcribed , finding all inconsistent statements made by my ex Tanis found things that Nobody else saw , from big things like Purgery , to dates that just didn't or couldn't even be possible, all overlooked by my former council , she took on 4 lawers today , and stayed so cool , the plaintiff my ex , could not control herself and her lawyers and the judge had to constantly tell the plaintiff to stop , Tanis read every transcript and her knowledge on my case was outstanding, picking up immediate on any inaccuracies the opposing lawyers made and some were small that most attorneys would miss, her objections were timely and perfect and her asking of the relevance of certain items brought in or up kept the hearing in order not allowing anybody to divert the subject of why we were there and that was Justice , I was losing faith in our Justice system Tanis restored it! When I initially emailed Mr. Fasoldt, my boyfriend and I had been through 3 lawyers. Criminal accusations and the legal process is stressful and scary. My boyfriend and I were having a hard time understanding what was going on and why we didn't seem to be getting the help we needed.

If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer, I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt. My son went through a very difficult period in 2013 & 2014 and ended up having several legal issues, which ended him up in several different courts. As an artist, we get taken advantaged of a lot. Not so with Attorney Bogle! I hired Attorney Bogle to do my O-1 Artist Visa. I listened and did everything she told me to do, and it was successful.
