Irene helped us with the joint purchase of two adjoining co-op apartments in Brooklyn recently for us and our son. We chose her based on our internet search for real estate lawyers in the area, as all her reviews were uniformly excellent. And we wholeheartedly concur. Beyond just being super-efficient throughout in helping us navigate clunky big bank loan department bureaucracies and paperwork, she went out of her way to calmly help us with our own last minute fund transfer emergencies on the closing date itself to ensure a smooth process. We would absolutely go to her for future needs and recommend her in the strongest of terms.

Irene was incredible to work with! As first time home buyers there was a lot going on. Irene made it all as seamless as possible for us, and at a great value. I felt comfortable having her on our side from the beginning all the way to close as she is very transparent and on top of things.
