Within my 13 years in the US I had dealt with many lawyers, including criminal, immigration and this time IP. I was hesitant to hire a woman because I tend to think that male attorneys do a better job. I decided to give it a try and I cannot be happier with my choice.
Elena is a top notch lawyer and she delivered prompt responses on questions I had and provided me services I requested from her.
She was also not pushy about payments and I thank her for the trust to a new client as my matter was somewhat urgent.
I hope I will not have to hire Elena again to the issues I had before with those scam providers I dealt with, but I hope to hire Elena for my other matters such as creating contracts and advising me with other things.

My husband and I used Marc Taylor and his practice to assist us in his adjustment of status process from an H-1B1 Visa to a marriage based Green Card. Marc Taylor and his practice made the process extremely easy. We were able to file for adjustment within 2 months of hiring Mr. Taylor. They made sure all the paperwork was straight forward and gave us clear instructions, which made the process as lease stressful as possible. The practice was extremely attentive to any emails we sent and usually responded within 12 hours, if it was a business day. We extremely appreciated the great communication. I believe that with their help, we were able to receive the Green Card in a timely manner.
Another benefit with Mr. Taylor and his practice, was his fees. We looked at numerous attorneys in the New York City area and were pleased with the fees that we paid to Mr. Taylor.
All in all, we were very pleased with Mr. Taylor and his practice. We still have paperwork that we will have to fill out in regards to my husband's Green Card and Naturalization in the future and we plan to retain Mr. Taylor and his firm when the time comes.
