Mr. Reinhardt was perfection. On our first contact over the phone he was well spoken very informative and gave us very good advice. At our closing he was punctual and very well dressed. I'm a lawyer in NYC. I was arrested for misdemeanors and felonies. As a lawyer, I knew what to look for in a criminal defense lawyer--experience. I did not know Mr. Hochberg before retaining him, but am glad to know him now. With his experience, he was able to settle my criminal case quickly and very favorably. The only regret I have is that I did not retain him sooner, as he probably could have obtained an ever better result. I would recommend Mr. Hochberg to anyone. I was arrested and charged with 6 felonies and 9 misdemeanors. After i contacted mr. Hochberg he came immediately, we saw the judge and i was set free with no bail. I had an open immigration case so the felony charges were enough to get me deported. This man other than great lawyer is a great person. He treated me like family without even knowing me. I had an excellent experience with Daniel Kron. From our very first phone conversation he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. My case was what I perceived to be a difficult, high conflict case in regard to visitation and custody. It was a very tumultuous time for me and Daniel always took the time, generously I might add, to explain things thoroughly and to discuss strategy. From the beginning, Daniel was straightforward, concise, transparent and knowledgeable. We often discussed various options at length along with his recommendations and personal advice as to how he thought we should proceed. I hired Angela after I was served papers for a modification of child and spousal support from a previous divorce case. Going through my initial divorce case was a very difficult time in my life and the lawyer I hired for that case didn't help make me feel any better. I found Elliot after interviewing several other attorneys that I just didn’t trust. It seemed to me like everyone else was all about the money and not concerned about my case. Not Elliot though. He met with me after his normal business hours, assured me that he will do the best he can for me and he sure did deliver the exact results I was expecting. I recommend him. Elliot Green helped our family immensely. Unfortunately, our family suffered when my daughters' mother behaved erratically, threw the children out of her home, and no longer could properly care for them. Because of Elliot's hard work, and the excellent job he did in direct examination at the trial, I won sole legal and residential custody of both children. Actually, Elliot did a supreme job, better than expected -- as I had gone into the proceedings thinking I would get residential custody and not legal custody, too. This decision created chaos for me and my wife, and it came as a complete shock (seeing as we had fully complied with all USCIS protocols to date). Before consulting with Gary, it appeared that our options to fix the situation were extremely limited and there was a chance that we might have to restart the entire immigration process again. Needless to say, my wife and I were completely demoralized at the prospect of incurring the the enormous cost and inconvenience of this option. However, upon our first consultation with Gary, he immediately put us at ease and provided alternative solutions to the problem. He explained to us that, in his extensive and lengthy experience, he had encountered similar situations and he was very confident that he could remedy the situation expeditiously, and without incurring enormous cost. Anyone going through the immigration process will know that the rules and deadlines are always changing, making it extremely difficult to know what the exact rules/deadlines are at any given moment. It became clear to us during our engagement with Gary that he was an expert in this area, and he got to work immediately to fix the situation. He was always aware of the rule changes, deadlines, and updates to the law. Gary stayed in regular contact with us, constantly updating us on the status of the various applications made and all contact with USCIS. Gary was able to resolve the matter within a matter of weeks (when my wife and I were expecting many months, if not a year, for some sort of sensible resolution). In early April we feared the worst, 6 weeks later (as a result of Gary's work) USCIS reopened our case, and yesterday, my wife and I attended my Adjustment of Status interview. In the interview, the immigration officer explicitly referring to Gary's petitions to USCIS on my behalf as being enormously persuasive in explaining our predicament, approved my Adjustment of Status application and granted me Permanent Residency . We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Not alone was Gary able to get our case reopened within 6 weeks, but he also managed to convince USCIS that our case needed to be dealt with immediately. As a result, I am now a permanent resident 11 weeks after engaging Gary's services. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough!
