Words can't describe how happy I am that I used Mr. Perskin. A few years ago, she helped me win my green card. I had a great experience so I returned to her for my 751 process. It was very nice to be working with her again, but this time my life was much more stressful. I married my husband and believed the relationship would last forever, but it did not. I thought I had to leave this country that had become my permanent home.
Ms. Hargis was very supportive, calming and strategic. She had me set up all of the right documents to prove the marriage was real for the years it did last. Even with the divorce, Immigration agreed that the marriage was real at the start up until separation, and they approved my 10 year green card!

Jessica is an incredible lawyer and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We recently went through the marriage immigration process and my husband (Irish) received his green card after about a year without an interview. We had originally thought we could file on our own, but got cold feet, and thankgoodness we did because apparently we had a entry issue that needed to be corrected along with our application (I-102 or I-94, I can't quite recall?) Jessica helped make the process very straightforward and calmed our fears. All that she predicted happened on schedule. She is highly methodical, prepared, responsive, easy to talk to, sympathetic, meticulous / detail oriented and incredibly professional, and provided very clear instructions. Jessica was incredibly helpful on my wife's green card journey. My neighbors were raving about her at our house one evening when my wife and I told them about our difficult situation.
We emailed Jessica and she got back quickly offering us a free consultation call. By the end of the call, we were impressed by her knowledge of what we considered to be a pretty complicated immigration case. It was clear she has helped many people with many different situations, because she considered our case pretty common, which was a HUGE relief. But above all, she listened. She really listened to what our goals were including timeline and travel, and walked us through different scenarios so we could chose the best. She was empathetic, relatable and really broke down the legal jargon into "easy to understand" language, which was especially helpful for my wife since English is not her first language.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

I read the past review about Jaime before calling him and knew immediately I'd like this guy and what do you know, 10 minutes into the call, he has me cackling on the phone. I've spoken to dozens of lawyers at this point about my landlord-tenant case, but I can say that out of all these people, Jaime truly cares for your wellbeing. Not only could he relate to the issues I've been dealing with, but he also shows compassion towards me, and is honest, transparent, and thoughtful in his responses. You'll find lawyers that want to take your money and rake up the charges, but I can tell he'd spend the diligent time fighting for my rights to ensure I can sleep soundly at night.

Jaime is a beast at this. I called this man with a situation that had me so mad i couldn't even explain to him correctly . I hung up because at this point i was so mad that im sure he could not understand me. He kindly called me back. I yelled at this man from the top of my lungs assuming he was going to treat me as other attorneys i tried calling prior to Jaime. Some even saying i dont understand you, you sound chinese. This man took his time to research and recommend me some actions i should take towards my situation. Somthing other attorneys could not provide me with. He did all this for free ! Jaime spent one hour and 12 minutes on the phone with me painting the reality of the legal system here in NY for a naïve dork who just moved here and was scammed. He was direct (one big reason I just moved back to the East Coast) and helped create a new angle that may help me with my challenge before I have to jump and swim in a whole heap of bureaucratic mess I would prefer not to play in. I hope I never have to play with the law again after I settle into my life here in the big apple. I felt there were enough things I experienced in my conversation with Jaime that would lead me to trust him. He tells stories in a way that truly helped me to see some of what I need to see. David and his team of lawyers are the real deal. Through their combined efforts, we were able to get over half a million dollars of total debt discharged despite our relatively high income from multiple sources. Forget those debt negotiation companies. If you can get over the artificial stigma ofbankruptcy, what you should pursue is a fresh start. The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request.
Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up. And if you can get all of your unsecured debts fully discharged, the legal fees are worth every last penny.

Ask opinion and Howard was the 1st one who responded with such a words. You just could feel it if the person is real or not. Decided to call him, spoke to him and he calmed me down saying everything should be fine. He would taking care of it well. He spoke by heart!!! That’s the most important. Bottom line, the case dismissed as he promised earlier. It just took me total of 20 minutes in court the I was heading home. Very recommended! You won’t be dissapointed.

I found Elliot after interviewing several other attorneys that I just didn’t trust. It seemed to me like everyone else was all about the money and not concerned about my case. Not Elliot though. He met with me after his normal business hours, assured me that he will do the best he can for me and he sure did deliver the exact results I was expecting. I recommend him. Elliot Green helped our family immensely. Unfortunately, our family suffered when my daughters' mother behaved erratically, threw the children out of her home, and no longer could properly care for them. Because of Elliot's hard work, and the excellent job he did in direct examination at the trial, I won sole legal and residential custody of both children. Actually, Elliot did a supreme job, better than expected -- as I had gone into the proceedings thinking I would get residential custody and not legal custody, too.
