Helene helped me with an incredibly complicated divorce. She is and immaculately organized, brilliant attorney, but also a woman and mom who has a kind and supportive heart. To have a good attorney I believe you need both; the emotional toll can feel harder than the financial toll. Helene supported me through both, while also getting me divorced! I would give her practice 10 stars if I could. Helene saw me at my worst and never stopped propping me up and pushing me to grow and be better. One of the best lawyers ever hands down !!! I was wrongfully accused of having a firearm in my vehicle, if convicted i would have receieved a 3 1/2 year sentence. When arrested they even confiscated my vehicle that i just bought 2 months prior.I just had my first child and i couldnt have a time lapse like that. Jay got my car back and proved my innocence. Merideth was a lifesaver for my family. We actually worked on two divorces together. My ex-wife and I chose collaborative lawyering, but the "collaboration" turned out to be extremely challenging. Joy brought first rate lawyering skills as well as emotional intelligence and wise judgment. Upon meeting him for a consultation he made me aware of all the law procedures that were needed to be taken to close this court case. I explained to him my livelihood is on the line and that I needed a dismissal, not an A. C. D. . (Adjournment in contemplation of dismissal) .
