Charles has been representing me since 1993. I have used other attorneys during this time, but have been giving Charles all my business the past few years. He gets things done, no nonsense. He is also very knowledgeable. I was purchasing a home in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn in 2005 and the seller wanted to stay on as a tenant for 2 years. Charlie reviewed all of the documents and made sure that I gave the seller a 2 year lease. In the end, the lease turned out to be the only way that I could easily prove that the seller was only entitled to stay 2 years. The seller had some remorse 2 years later, but I had a signed contract, case closed. You won't be disappointed..

Knowing nothing about the New York real estate law process I relied on a referral from my NY realtor. I am so glad I did. I could not have better things to say about Ms. Singh. My apartment was broken into a few months ago by a relative of one of my neighbors. A number of valuable items were stolen. I was terribly shaken up and felt truly violated by this experience.
I sought legal counsel against my landlord and asked Ms. Singh to provide help in getting me out of my lease. I did not want to stay in an apartment that was unsafe or in a building that had already experienced its share of problems. Ms. Singh worked with me to really figure out what I wanted to achieve and explained the process to me very clearly so that I would be able to understand how to move forward.
Ms. Singh was very systematic in her approach to examining the law and making sure I had a leg to stand on against my landlord. She drafted a number of strongly worded letters to my landlord which she let me review each step of the way to make sure she had all the facts accurate and was representing the situation correctly. Her language to the landlord was extremely professional but very convincing at the same time. The pressure she put on my landlord was not so aggressive to be rude, but powerful enough to send the right message.
In the end, I was able to get out of my lease, all thanks to Ms. Singh. All in all, I was very pleased with her legal approach. She was extremely professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. So much of the law industry is not only about representing your clients for their own good, but also about counseling them and making them feel as reassured and comfortable as possible during a very stressful time in one's life. I could not have been more grateful to Ms. Singh, and I know she will continue her level of standards with each of her future clients and cases.

Basil is a great down to Earth professional which is highly uncommon in this world we live in today. I had a divorce lawyer who was an idiot. After I let him go my cuz' told me to go see Lawyer John. I went and he told me to bring my papers. After the day I gave him all my papers Lawyer John knew my case. He is a GREAT divorce lawyer and a GREAT person.
My case was a long one but Lawyer John did not forget anything about my case. If I called him he either got right on the phone or called me back.
When my divorce was done we had to go back since my ex was not paying what he was supposed to. Lawyer John was right there for me. I couldn't have done it without him.

I cant say enough about Kimberly. I had an exceptionally difficult H1B transfer which had been originally denied, after I got an RFE. I reapplied with Kimberly and there was no issue at all, the visa was approved without any problems. My wife and I were in a lot of financial trouble due a business that we eventually had to close. Out debt was very large and our income had dropped to the point where we were no longer able to repay it. Credit card companies were caling us several times a day and our situation seemed hopeless
We met Glenn through a debt counseling agency and were lucky to have found him. Our case was complicated and needed a large amount of documentation, but Glenn was able within a few months to help us through the process of filing for bankruptcy. What helped us the most was Glenn's dedication, and that he cared. He truly knows every detail involved and made sure we provided everything that was needed to make the strongest case. He was always personally available, by phone and by email and would meet as many times as necessary to review the documents.

I have only began to consult and prepare to retain Harry this morning on an emergency case for my fiancé. So this review is from a perspective in which I don’t know what will happen yet, This attorney is MORE concerned with his clients welfare than money, and this was VERY refreshing. Most lawyers i reached out to are more concerned with credit card numbers before they do ANYTHING. But with dusenberry, before we even spoke of cost, Harry began action on this immediately to get it dismissed quick. He promised me I’d have my fiancé back in his own bed same day. Mr. Dusenberry works with his son, so I had both of them work on my case. I hired him because my legal aid lawyer didn't tell me anything every time in court, just pushed me to take a plea, I didn't want to get a criminal record. Dusenberry spent a lot of time explaining my case to me, I knew what was going on and he got my case reduced to a ticket. He's very good, I recommend him on any criminal case.
