i consulted claudia on a prospective project i was working on. we were considering changing attorneys on a RE condominium offering plan. claudia replied promptly after i reached out, consulted on my issue, and was very direct and professional. very easy to speak with. very knowledgeable about offering plans and what i needed to do to make a change. she was also very forthright in what she could and could not do which i find refreshing. no extra baggage with larger firm politics or overhead passed on to clients. she was direct, fair, and informed. a refreshing conversation that i would recommend to anyone seeking her counsel.

Claudia is amazing! My mother was in need of selling her house, my childhood family home, which is emotional enough without having to deal with all the legal and business nonsense of the whole process. As my mother's POA, I was tasked with the job of dealing with the sale and I was completely dreading the experience. Claudia made this whole ordeal so easy for me to handle. I hired Claudia, per the recommendation of my real estate broker, to represent me in the sale of my Brooklyn condo. Throughout the process, Claudia maintained regular communication with me, thoroughly explained the legal vocabulary and contractual changes that came up, and was good about following up with the seller's attorney. I trusted her opinions and especially appreciated her patience when the first deal fell through, and we had to start over with a second. I was looking for a lawyer to help me with the sale of my first house. I did know where to go so I did an internet search and found Mr. Miller's web site. It was really informative, so I gave him a call. Mr. Miller was terrific and since that time he has been my whole family's attorney. When my wife was injured in a car accident, thank God he was there to help us; when my aunt died he got us through probate; when my son got divorced his firm made sure that things were settled in a fair and reasonable manner. In short, if you are looking for a true family law firm in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, you can ask for none better.

I was recommended to Mr. Miller by a friend when I had some trouble with the police a while back. The police had grabbed me off the street and arrested me for a crime I did not commit - and when I asked to speak to a lawyer - they beat me up so badly that I wound up in the hospital for two weeks. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Mr. Miller as a top flight criminal and civil attorney. Not only did he prove my innocence, now we are negotiating a substantial civil settlement with the city for the injuries caused by the police. This is why I call Andrew Miller Brooklyn's Best.

I hired Mr. Brown in 2015 to find if my Mom was entitled to pension from a closed company. At the time I only wanted to find the information for my elderly mom. She belong to a union when she was employed by this company. I approached Mr. Brown and provided very little information. I was amazed Mr. Brown worked on this case with limited information. He was able to contact the union and provided all the necessary documents to the union. My mom was able to received the pension retroactive from April 2003 to now. I am very satisfied with his excellent services. I will now need his services on probate the will and transfer of Coop Apt. I am confident he will provide excellent services again!

I hired Charles 4 months ago for a criminal matter I had in Brooklyn, (fight with my ex-worker). He was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained to me what the process was about, and what I should expect and what was going to happen next. Charles has a warm personality and a good heart. He is very bright and I saw when he walked into court everyone respected him. What I liked best about him is that he returned my calls promptly, as soon as he was out of court. The case will be dismissed in six months, (ACD) as long as I pay the 135.00 medical bill and stay away from the ex-worker for 6 months as well. I was very satisfied that the case will be dismissed and I will have no criminal record. We went to court two times. I’m taking the time to write this because Charles is a great lawyer and I want him to have a lot of business. You will not be sorry if you hire him. He is aggressive, in a respectful way. Thank you.

I hired Mr. Belgrave last year when other lawyers didn't want to take my case or their fee surpassed what I could pay. This case was from 2000 Real Estatate transaction and my original lawyer quit because I couldn't afford to maintain him. I spent thousands with no relief before meeting Mr Belgrave. I am writing to tell about my recent dealings with Attorney F. Richard Hurley. I called Mr. Hurley immediately upon getting legal papers. I was served with legal papers from my greedy landlord who sought to evict me using bogus legal papers. Mr. Hurley immediate returned my call and gave me a prompt appointment. i needed help with a residential lease. I was concerned that I might lose my apartment. I wasn't sure how I would fight corporate greed. I contacted a number of lawyers. I wasted a lot of time with lawyers playing a bait and switch game. They said we could settle for one amount and then said it would have to go to court , for an unknown cost.

I first met Reuben Fuller-Bennett when I went in to meet James Fishman after I received a notice that the lease for my rent stabilized apartment would not be renewed. Reuben was one of James’s associates who would be assisting on this matter. I knew I was in great hands with James, and I quickly realized I was in great hands with Reuben as well.
We had discussed what documentation I should provide to help my case, and immediately after our meeting Reuben sent me an email outlining each and every item we discussed, and of he offered ideas and suggestions as to how to obtain certain other documents. He stressed each and every item’s importance for my case. I could tell he was truly on my side professionally as well as personally.
I sent Reuben the documentation as I had it, and he provided me with updates as to what he had/what we were still waiting for. He was very organized and on top of everything.
Reuben responded to every question I had along the way, and he did so very quickly. He was very knowledgeable on cases like mine. He was very positive about my case, and when I was getting nervous he assured me that our case was strong and not to worry. He kept James copied on every e-mail exchange, and deferred to James to answer a question when he was not 100% sure on an answer.
Both James and Reuben kept me informed as to the progress of what was happening. James is the one who let me know that the landlord would be renewing my lease, and I could not have been more grateful and thankful for the work done by him and of course Reuben.
