It was my first time facing a felony in my life. Had I been found guilty, I would have jeopardized my custody of my daughter and my career. I needed an aggressive criminal defense attorney and I had one opportunity to get it right, and I did exactly that by hiring Attorney Morgan Caruso. This week after making an appointment with Mr. Timken, me and my husband were stood up and then was called and told that he was sorry and it was all a misunderstanding and that he wanted me to take down the review I had posted as it would hurt his practice. I forgave him and rescheduled for Friday and took down the review. Now he text me at 12 in the morning telling me he leaving town because he lost a parent I told him I was sorry for his loss. I then asked him would we be able to reschedule he replied no because he was not coming back for a long time. I believe that he called only to get me to take down my review only to come up with a lie. Me and my husband were supposed to meet him Sunday but we could not find parking. We asked to see him the next day he agreed and then deliberately stood us up out of anger because to him we wasted his time. I am starting to believe something is very wrong with this man. I truly forgave him and he still did us wrong again. But to lie now about losing a parent to get out of something is very low and disrespectful.

I came here in the USA with a J-2 Visa, and I had a 2 yr home stay in the Philippines. But with the help of Atty. I hired this law firm to defend me from some very serious charges. Like you I started off reading reviews and doing my research. One thing that I found helpful was that I put his name into Google's news search and saw that he isnt one of those attorneys that pump themselves up with fake claims, he legitimately has defended cases that made international news.
My case was not nearly as serious as a triple murder but he acted like it was. He was kind and understanding even as I freaked out repeatedly about the status of my case. I would definitely hire them again.

Joy helped so much in my custody and divorce case. Anytime there was ever an issue with my ex, I was able to call her and get some type of resolution immediately. We came across with Jennifer Peyton for her great reviews and we were not disappointed. She and her staff were very nice, understanding and patience. In the summer of ‘14, my wife and I hired Jenna Peyton to guide us through the immigration process (moving from Canada to the USA). Our dealings with her from our first consultation meeting to the point where we achieved my Green Card were professional, informative, efficient and helpful. My father contacted Ken Bossin when I was involved in a driving incident that had the potential of leaving me with a suspended license. Since we had never had the need for an attorney in this kind of matter, we were at a complete loss as to how to proceed. A relative supplied us with the names of several possible attorneys, one of whom introduced us to Mr. Bossin. When my father spoke with Mr. Bossin on the phone, we immediately stopped our search, being thoroughly impressed with the breadth of his knowledge and the depth of his experience. We found him approachable and very easy to work with. Throughout the period of moving this through the court system he was very clear about his goals and what he would need on my part to back up the case he was presenting. In October of 2023, I found myself in a situation that I would’ve never imagined being in. As a person who doesn’t even have as much as a parking ticket on my record, I was charged with theft from a local grocery store. My case was unique as I didn't intentionally take any items from the store, but was instead provided incorrect information by a store employee. Ken took the time to truly understand the circumstances and details of the sequence of events that actually happened and did not stop his work until the charges against me were dismissed. In all of the research that I did before deciding to hire an attorney, I did not see a single instance when charges like mine were just dismissed outright. Typically, for first time offenders the best outcome to a case like mine is being offered a diversion program in exchange for the charges being dropped. Even when the prosecutor offered me the opportunity to compete the diversion program, Ken still went to battle on my behalf and argued the facts of the case until the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges. I truly could not have asked for a better outcome or better representation. Ken was on my side every step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel, as you will not find someone who puts more time or effort into your case and truly cares about the outcome.

I had consultation with Attorney Kathryn Russell about my fiancé visa case and inadmissibility issue via phone internationally.
I found her really patient, caring, kind and fast responder. Being outside the US I had trouble paying for international calling and I could not make call to her at the scheduled time, however she was really patient and kind that she gave me an alternative to connect via video calling on an app.
She is very friendly, and she answered all of my questions. She provided me the guidance to proceed in a right direction. She relieved all my stress which I had before about my case. She is beautiful human being inside-out and an excellent immigration attorney.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Attorney Russell and her team. Their communication was pretty consistent and I never waited longer than a week for their response. When I had questions about my case, Attorney Russell would always do her best to find out the most accurate info for me. Alex and his firm came highly recommended to my fiancé and I. Despite the glowing recommendations, in addition to Alex, we met with other immigration attorneys, before making official what we knew after meeting Alex — that he was our guy.
As a practicing attorney, I had a very good idea as to how the relationship should proceed. Alex exceeded our expectations. Not only was his work-product excellent, he was communicative and accesible to answer our questions. Because of our time-zone difference (15 hours) Alex schedule telephonic and zoom calls at odd hours to accommodate us. Whenever documents were delivered to his office, he’d call us to explain the communication, sometimes before we even opened it.
When it came time for our interview, Alex put us at ease with his calm demeanor as he laid out for us, step-by-step, what we should expect. It also helped that immigration officers knew Alex by name and had an expectation that his files would already be in order.

I attended a church function in Parma Ohio when I saw an advertisement for brown immigration wrote the number down and several months later I contacted the firm an appointment was made and met with attorney Aleksandar Cuic regarding my naturalization process I had some concerns regarding my eligibility to become a U.S citizen after a brief meeting at their office at the downtown Cleveland location attorney Cuic assured me that I would have no issue being naturalized after a delay due to the pandemic and further review from the immigration officials I became concerned to say the least . I contacted attorney Cuic and he and his case manager once again assured me that this was a normal process they worked diligently throughout this entire process at all times putting me at ease .. As a Federal Government employee, I became the target of an Office of Inspector General (O.I.G.) criminal investigation. I found Ian Friedman after doing research on several sites for a Federal Criminal Defense attorneys in Cleveland, Ohio. One thing that I was impressed with was his success rate at jury trial. I looked at other attorneys but was shocked when I read reviews about them "dumping" clients in the middle of their case. Ian had a lot of client reviews who stated that he supported them throughout the entire case. I could not find one derogatory remark about his skills and abilities. After doing a Google search I came across some of his interviews on popular television shows such as The O'Reilly Factor and Piers Morgan.
Next, I set up an initial consultation with Ian and his team. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that I had met with the right person. The thing that separated Ian from other attorneys that I spoke to was his honesty about his retainer fee. Most attorneys will give you a low figure to "hook" you into retaining them, then, they will bilk their client with fees. My co-defendant was given a low retainer fee but our out of pocket costs ended up exactly the same. After the initial sticker shock, I spoke to my family and we decided that Ian and his team were my best option. He was absolutely worth every cent!!!
Ian and Mark Devan started the pre-indictment work and engaged the AUSA. After meeting with the AUSA they devised the best strategy to address the case. They found a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and had an independent opinion written based on the known facts of the case which was supported by case law and policy. The AUSA called three (3) grand juries for testimony and had over a dozen witnesses testify. The final verdict was a "No Bill." There were times, when I thought that I could no longer handle the stress of the situation. Ian always told me, “Don’t worry about it. I’ll handle it.” Or “let me worry about that.” I truly believe that the outcome would have been very different if I would not have been blessed with Ian, Mark Devan, and Brad Wolfe on my side.
