There is an old saying which states, “The definition of a fair divorce settlement is that both parties walk away unhappy.” After 31 years of marriage, raising three children and running a successful company, I did not want this antiquated interpretation of divorce to define our family. I would like to say that for me Justin was awesome in the way he was able to explain what could happen, what will happen and what he could do to help my situation . I got an ovi and unfortunately it was my second one, I was extremely nervous and upset about the whole ordeal . My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. The results were extraordinary, he was able to get a great deal and the case dismissed. I did not expect such an amazing deal to this case, but it was all done in a matter of a few weeks, with no reason to show up in court even once or at his office for that matter. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. If you are being taken to court on a debt whether you think you owe or not call him immeadiately!!!!!

He is well respected in the courtroom and if there is favorable deal to be had - he will get it. His approach is straightforward and trustworthy. I don't typically do the whole review thing but in this case I feel it's necessary. Mark was referred to me by a friend of mine in January 2014. During this time, I was at a very rough point in my life and needed some help cleaning a few matters up. I went to my initial consolation and knew within the first 5 minutes that I needed to hire him. At the time I was 26, and unfortunately this was not the first time I had been in legal trouble. Prior to hiring Mark, I had used 3 other defense attorneys in the Cleveland area. In my experience, the attorneys would sell me a dream, take thousands of dollars from me, and not deliver on their promises. This was not the case at all with Mark. He was very straight forward and honest from the very beginning. He was very compassionate and genuinely cared about all that I was going through. He was very easy to reach and always made time to touch base with me and keep me informed on what was going on with my case. Jack Moran was very knowledgeable about the type of case I had, sexual discrimination and sexual harassment. I was originally unsure if I should pursue legal action but it paid off. Jack was very clear how the process would work and set reasonable expectations. He coached me before my meetings with HR and told me what to expect in these meetings, his advice was accurate and to the point. Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

First, during the free consultation she gave me and my husband a very detailed overview of the process. She sounded very confident, attentive, and professional, which prompted us to choose her out of the numerous lawyers we had been considering.
During the processing we had lots of questions and concerns, we were stressed and nervous most of the time. We were not the easiest clients to work with, as we were worried and concerned (sometimes with no valid reason). However, anytime we called or emailed Elena with our questions she always responded within 1 day, she even agreed to skype with me to discuss my concerns. She consulted with my husband right before the visa interview and helped him handle stress and worrying.
In regards to handling our case, we are highly satisfied with Elena's work. Our petition packet was assembled quickly and correctly, and went through USCIS with no issues. During NVC stage, we had a little glitch with application, for which we received a checklist. However, Elena handled the problem promptly, she had the corrected document mailed out the next day.
Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with and grateful for Elena's work. For a very reasonable fee she did great amount of work for us, including emotional support during stressful immigration processing. I would, without hesitation, recommend Elena to a friend going through this difficult, stressful, and lengthy process.
