Jennifer reviewed our companies policies and helped us create a new employee manual, employee agreements, and processes for new hires and terminations. Every time we have a question she is there to answer the phone or email, put us at ease, and do what is best for both us and the employee. You cannot put a price on "peace of mind" and that is what we have thanks to her. If you are small business you do not know what you do not know. Those things can and will eventually hurt you. Jennifer knows!!!

Our church hired Jennifer to write an employee manual. Before we hired Jennifer, we were a lawsuit waiting to happen. She met with our Senior Minister, Office Manager and Personnel Committee and developed an all- emcompassing plan to cover our church. Attorney Corso reviewed our policies and procedures to make sure all aspects of employment were covered in detail. Every employee was presented with a copy of the employee manual and signed a receipt. As the President of the Church Council at the time, I slept a lot better knowing that Jennifer Corso had the experience necessary to craft our employee manual and protect our church from lawsuits. We have a number of attorneys that our members of our church, but none have the Employment Law experience that we needed for this project. Well done, Ms. Corso.

Benjamin Wiborg was an amazing lawyer. Always made me feel at ease with the progress of my case while keeping me well informed. As I was attending school he tried to schedule my court dates in order to miss minimal time in class. sincerely cared how my studies were proceeding and that my grades were my priority and his was my case. Several years ago I met Mr. Haber for a consultation regarding a legal issue I was dealing with. Richard Haber is one of the very best in his field but what makes him stand out to me he really cared about my situation.
As my situation was unique, Attorney Haber was most gracious and wrote a letter on my behalf to the other party and never charge me for it. The issue was resolved. I thanked him then and I wish to again thank him for his help.
In the last 15 years, I have had numerous dealings (about 30) with attorneys in various fields but I always remember Mr. Haber's help.

As a former employee of a corporation in Cleveland, I was let go of my job and had to move back to my hometown of Akron, Ohio. I informed my landlord of my situation and told him that I was unable to live in Cleveland and needed to terminate my lease. However, the landlord didn't care about the situation and forced me to continue paying the rest of the lease, more than what my roommate was asked to pay, even though we both had moved out of the apartment at the same time.
My Attorney, Tania Nemer, was able to negotiate and resolve the matter very quickly. She knew that this was a serious situation for me, so she gave it the attention it deserved. She was willing to work over the weekends for me and she went out of her way to go above and beyond the average call of duty expected from an attorney. She not only negotiated a fair deal for myself and the other party involved, but she was able to control the situation so that the other party would not hold me liable for any other payments.
Tania is a very responsive and honest Attorney to work with. She also explained everything to me which helped me to understand the legal situation better.
I highly recommend Tania Nemer as an attorney because I could tell that she had a wealth of experience, especially with contracts.

Ron was hired by our family in 2005 after the untimely death of our father. Whenever I have needed a legal consultation from the potentially large litigation issues to small verbiage within a contract, Michael has always been prompt to respond and provided not only sound legal advice, but also knowledge and insights beyond my expectations.
He is an excellent strategist as evidenced by a case that he was able to get a opposing contractor to agree to a $1.00 settlement if we would withdraw our counter-claim. Mike convinced us to hold tight a few days when we approached him about offering a substantially larger amount in order to settle the suit.

Jack Abel was my primary attorney for my divorce and I could not ask for anything more.
Jack has been doing family law for 40 years and he knew every dirty trick that would be tried before the other side tried it. He researched the other side's attorney, knew that attorney would be super aggressive, and he basically judo'ed them to make them look unreasonable (they were unreasonable) which made the other side almost weak in negotiating.
I felt like we were a step ahead of the other side every step of the way - Jack would tell me when to bring pictures in, when to bring family in, when to look my tip top best, what the hangups were and how we would handle them - he knew where we wanted to go, and he got us there a step ahead the entire time.
Jack is a soft spoken man, slow to speak and eager to listen, a real example of wisdom. As quiet as Jack is, he has a team of absolute pitbulls around him - they go in and do the negotiations during the phase when nobody wants to give an inch, then every few sessions he would come in, a 40 year legend in the courthouse, and make an offer that the other side just couldn't refuse - and we would land exactly where he said we would. It was the perfect dichotomy and the results speak for themselves.
At settlement, I had talked to my ex in private and walked back a few of the concessions that Abel and Zocolo had gotten for me. I was so satisfied that I actually gave up ground, which meant I got everything that I wanted AND was able to part ways amicably from a tough battle. A truce which lasts to this day - and was worth the give back in spades. It would not have been
possible without that aura of quiet power that followed Jack when he walked into a room. The type of lawyers the other side had would have run over any average attorney - Jack was really the difference that made them know things would not go well with their unreasonable demands if they actually went into a full hearing. I won't even say some of what Jack told me - but this man has handshake power in Cleveland.
Jack, Lori and the entire Team at Abel and Zocolo are everything a great team of lawyers should be - and they actually cared about me as a person, they listened to my story, and they adjusted their tactics to leverage my strengths - and it worked perfectly. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Meghan's help. It was truly a blessing that the first attorney I talked to decided she was not willing to represent me after I had already sent her over $1000. After being worried sick for almost two years about an upcoming DMV hearing it is all over and I received no punishment for the alleged violation. Meghan was one of the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring people I have ever delt with. I thought all hope was lost the way my luck was going but her expertise took care of everything. Meghan is an outstanding attorney. I have received several traffic violations in the past which could have led to my drivers license being suspended and possibly revoked. However, with Meghan's expertise and knowledge in NC DMV issues she was able to save my license and I still have my driving priviledges. I have been a client for several years any traffic violations I have received over the years have either been dismissed or greatly reduced due to Meghan's expertise. After a DMV hearing gone terribly wrong, my license was suspended for a year. My girlfriend and myself spoke with more than a dozen attorneys from all over the state, not one of them even wanted to touch my case. When I contacted Meghan she immediately took attention and said that I had a good argument in my favor. I was required to file an appeal to try to have my DMV hearing changed. Not only was Meghan able to get my license back, but was able to do it without ever having to go to an appeal and accomplished 10X more than I ever expected. She did it in a timely manner and also did not make me have to sell the house to pay her fees. She was very reasonable and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate what she did and what she was able to do. To make this even more impressive, she did all of this without us ever having to meet face to face. She was able to do all that she did via email and telephone which makes it even more impressive. Thank you Meghan, you are a light at the end of the tunnel. When I thought that all was lost and I thought that there was no way anything good would come of my situation, she did more than I could even imagine. I have recommended Irv to others and definately would to anyone I hear that needs a Lawyer to help with Workers comp issues.. I had other Lawyer's previously for my workers comp claim prior to Irv and those only concerned with how much money they would make from it. they also did not keep me informed about my claim and could care a less about me and what I needed.. I was in a deep hole that this system put me in.. I could not get the medical treatment I needed to be able to move forward.. prior to Irv being hired I received minimal treatment. My claim was approved but not due to the other lawyers.. I was lucky and was sent to a IME named Ira Unger (yes I said lucky) at that time I had not had a lawyer. I went to my first IME and happened to ask this doctor (myself being naive) if I could have a copy of his report? I was told no it would go to my lawyer, which i then informed him " why? I dont have a lawyer. I only want to be fixed so I could go back to work" Dr. Unger then informed me I needed one to protect myself. I then returned home and started to make calls. As I called lawyers out of the phone book the moment I mentioned this particular doctor most of the lawyers told me they would not take on my claim because this doctor will say nothing was wrong with me, or when they found out the law firm handling employers side again NOOO. I did finally hire one who took it on.. My claim was not approved and was scheduled to go to a IC hearing, at the last minute my claim was approved due to Dr. Ungers report. So no hearing. Then no contact from this lawyer.. Yes my claim was approved but here I was, ( getting TTD but no real treatment) being told I should be grateful.. Things proceed when I finally hired a new lawyer.. I would go to my doctor whom would ask for different treatments and of course they was all denied. I went into my 2nd lawyers office and was told what was to be expected when attending an IC hearing..My spouse would take time off work to take me and we are sitting in the waiting area, awaiting MY lawyer.. And a very nice woman called my name, had no idea who she was, she had a piece of paper in her hand. we went into the hearing and it was like someone took a board and hit me upside my head.. This Lawyer had no info about my claim and had no idea anything.. Thank goodness for appeals because the firm that had sent her gave her none of the medical information I had given to them and I lost that hearing. Even prior to the ruling I started talking to others about lawyers and a Man I admired my entire life recommended IRV ROSNER.. I called and went in to see him. He did not take me on right away. I had to take care of loose ends with other lawyer first. Irv is a very caring man whom works very hard for Me and my needs.. Yes he may of been the 3rd lawyer I had to hire for my claim but well worth the fight to get there.. If my review helps even one other person from having to deal with the issues I had with other firms then it will be well worth it.. Irv also has a wonderful, personable staff.. I go into office as needed to make sure everything is up to date and go over any concerns He or I may have.. IN my case we have to fight for every scrap. I see doctors and they in turn ask for tests ect and nothing gets approval without needing to go to IC hearing. Since taking on my claim Irv has won approval for 3 spinal surgeries, a spinal cord stimulator implant, many MRI's , medications, as well as everything that many would think of as trivial such as just going to see a specialist, psychological treatment and TTD payments. But without these small wins the big ones would never of happened.. Irv has done so much for me, he is very knowledgable about the BEST doctors for situations, and always keeps in contact to make sure I am being taken care of or if I need anything. WITH IRV I never feel like I am alone in this.
