My wife and I recently decided that we wanted to buckle down and do our estate planning. Steve came highly recommended to us as just the person we needed to see, so we made an appointment. We ultimately did not regret that decision.
From the get-go, Steve's pleasant, yet professional and knowledgeable demeanor put us at ease. He patiently listened to our situation, assessed our needs, and then carefully explained to us the best course of action for us to take. In that regard, we never felt that he was trying to upsell us on anything or run us "through a mill," so to speak. For a comprehensive set of 10 will documents, we also felt that his rates were very reasonable and fair.
Perhaps most importantly, he always got back to us in a timely manner, did exactly what he stated he was going to do within a given time frame, and even worked around our schedules and locations to accommodate us. As someone who personally rates communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility very highly, I have to say, this earned a big set of bonus points with me.
Frankly and succinctly put, the gentleman knows his stuff! I would fully recommend Steve Caine as an estate attorney.

Steve was recommended to us by a friend when we decided to redo our will. Due to many changes in our lives, including a business and special needs children, he helped us to decide to go with a will and trust. He was very good about covering all potential situations and explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand. He was also very happy to make a few last minute changes to our documents. Also, he is just a really friendly person. He will come to your home to do the work and is not intimidating like some lawyers can be. We were very happy with his services.

I had to be deposed in a lawsuit against my employer. I'd never testified in a case before, and I was getting quite anxious. My employer's lawyers were good, but it seemed prudent to get a separate consultation to make sure I wasn't exposed in any way.
Sara was extremely patient with me. She answered all of the questions I had, and pointed out a couple things for me to keep in mind during the deposition. As a result of her guidance, I was much more confident and relaxed, which was a great help.

I'm living in California and was having a difficult time talking to or getting any information from an Attorney in Akron, Ohio. He wrote my aunts will and trust and suddenly about two months before her death became the executor of her will and trust!
After my aunts death he became very unavailable to talk to. Was dragging out distributing the estate and was doing questionable moves with her property and Assetts but charging a large sum to the estate.
Finally I was refered to Mr. Bancheck thru Attorney Gerald Berk in his office. I obtained the referral thru the local Bar Association.
Within 24 hours of Mr. Banchek receiving the faxed information I recieved a phone call from Mr. Banchek! He already had done signicantly research thru the Probate Court and carefully instructed me about how he would approach resolving the issue. As time went on we had many phone conversations and email exchanges. He would always caution me about not getting angry as he was trying to resolve this case without threats of serious legal action. He almost always answered my calls to his office or immediately after. He always emailed any letter or documentation he had!
Even though it took almost two years we were able to remove the Akron Attorney as executor and finalize the distrubution. Unfortunately some significant financial damage was done but the recovery was completed and my mom and Aunt were able to move on with there life.
I 100% recommend Mr. Bancheck !!!!!!!!
Also his secretary was so kind and patient when I called!!!!!

When we initially brought James in to see what he could do to save - not "spend spend spend" - on client discovery costs, we weren't convinced he was up for the task. He was too tentative and, well, too "plugged in and excited" to be with us. But after 8 weeks, James made it possible for us to tell the world in real dollars and cents and minutes what one public traded company got the benefit of -- one person (James) who showed he could get more done and better done for $30k over 8 weeks than 10 people at 40 hours a week (400 hours) over 8 weeks (3200 hours) at $50/ hour (more than $1.5M). Wow.

I worked with Justin Winthrow, who is an attorney at the law firm of Michael C. Hennenberg. I had a few minor misdemeanors (4) and one misdemeanor 4th degree unlawful use of property. Most were open containers and disorderly conducts the m-4 was related to unlawful use of property again related to collage hooliganism. I wanted to let everyone know that although the matters were basically minor they were complicated due to the fact there were multiple offenses which undoubtedly complicates things.
The process was very clear and Justin gave me very clear instructions of what I had to do to prove i was rehabilitated, and of a higher moral character now then before. I included a personal narrative, pictures of my family, professional credentials and accomplishments.
He submitted everything and had a court date scheduled soon after. Justin accompanied me to this hearing that lasted only a few minutes. My petition was successful and I had my record sealed.
Just also left the door open to contact him if I had any questions related to his work or related to what i may or may not need to report on future applications for employment.
I can not stress enough how professional Justin was and how efficient the Law Firm of Michael C. Hennenberg operated. He was an excellent communicator through the entire process and was constantly keeping me updated by phone, text, and email.
If you are looking for a solid attorney I highly recommend Justin and his law firm.
Thank you Justin for helping me clear up a blemish in my history. I could not have done this without you!

As a non-resident of Ohio, a speeding ticket I received in Cleveland would have been a major headache to deal with on my own. Corryn has been so kind and understanding with all that's been happening with my parents and their health issues. She is so accommodating with our crazy work schedules and very patient when explaining the legal parts of how a family trust works.
