Our community has had the pleasure of working with David Farber on a very difficult flash flood insurance claim. Although the insurance company denied and underpaid our claim on 10 out of 12 of our buildings, David successfully got the claim settled for hundreds of thousands of dollars more than what the insurance company initially paid. I can only say, with all my heart, thank you very much! I came to see Attorney Marilyn Colon's after having hired two different attorneys who I felt were not representing me to their best extent.
On the first visit, I saw how professional attorney Colon was and as well as her team. She was surprised by the situations in my case and I remember her reassuring words; "You are a good father and you will have time that you deserve with your daughter."
She took all of my information about my case and started working right away. The first thing she did was send several friendly proposed agreements to the opposing attorney to avoid unnecessary expenses and as to not continue wasting time. This showed me that she was an honest professional and that she did not want to take my case just for the money. She knew the other attorney very well so she organized a great defense for my case.
In a matter of days, I began to see results. Her style of work was flawless. We began to defend ourselves from the other party's attacks with great precision.

Jonathan helped me with a child support modification and custody case. For the last 10 years I have struggled to raise my children due to the minimal child support awarded at my divorce ( since my former husband concealed his income). He is an excellent attorney, passionate, thorough, determined, very responsive, communicative and very detailed. He represented my daughter and I in the appeal of the parental termination of parental rights. He really cared and advocated for my daughter and I. Despite the complexity of my case and appeals court he explained everything well, he responded rapidly to motions filed, messages and emails, he took the time to review and learn our 9 entire 9 year case history well, he understood and explained to me the process including keeping me updated on anything that happen or motions filed in appeals court for my case.

2013 was the worse and toughest year I had ever encountered. My family walk into jose office scared and confused just wondering if they would ever see me again. Jose was hired on the spot . In a matter of a couple of days jose was able to get me out of krome detention center. My journey began 2013 and ended august 2019. It was tough for me at times to try to keep it together but jose made me feel so comfortable. At times when I would go to my hearings I felt UNTOUCHABLE I felt like I had the incredible hulk right next to me. He is just simply the BEST at what he does hands down. He is so detail oriented and determined. He take took my case on with great care. My life was a train wreck because of four years of abusive litigation and having been previously represented by incompetent lawyers. I felt to safe being advocated by him and he was able to turn things around and stop the bullying from my ex and his evil attorney. Thank you, William. I wish I found you 4 years ago and spent the $150,000.00 on your firm instead of the crooks I had beforehand. Thankfully, my case and costs stopped dragging on and we was worth every penny and more. Jen and Enrique treated my wife and I like family. They were available for us anytime we needed them. This included being on call the day of the appointment at the US embassy in London in the United Kingdom. My wife is British. She reported the CBP officials in the UK were so happy with her professional documentation, she was quickly moved through the embassy appointment.
We filed out of the Country for a resident visa. (Green Card). Due to current wait times, this took us a little over a year. Enrique is able to look at similar case times and provided notice in advance to set the initial expectations. He regularly followed up with updates. Filing outside of the Country still allows your spouse to work at home or come into the US on a separate approved visa or work visa. We chose this option as she already had employment with an America company.

Mr. Kenneth Bush was recommended to me by a family member this was one of the best recommendations ever. I met Mr. Kenneth through Mr. Barkett and honestly he was the best choice. Mr. Bush has been very informative and helpful throughout this process. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments.
