Mark Weinstein was referred to me by a lawyer at Turnberry Associates, with whom he had worked. She was very impressed with him, with good reason, given the stories I'd heard about other lawyers in his field.
Mark succeeded in allaying all my fears regarding the litigation process - I was hesitant and fearful of taking any sort of action. It was our great fortune that Mark Weinstein came into our life. Looking back on our situation, and having had the time to consider circumstances and events that presented a dire need for his unequivical competence at what he does it had to have been fate as well. When you need someone who is thoughtful, considerate of your situation and ready to give you all there is to really resolve what you need stop right here. He did all he could and more, he never gave us cause to question his judgement. In the end the legal justice we did achieve the legal justice we so badly wanted. Mr. Weinstein led us through the legal consequences of the unnecessary loss of our 23- year -old daughter from medical malpractice. 5 different doctors , many nurses and the hospital were responsible for letting her die. After 3 years of unbelieveable preparation and presentations by Mr. Weinstein, we were victorious on all counts.
We had the choice of being invoved in the process as our emotions would allow. He was respectful of our feelings and we could not have endured the process with out the human touch we recieved during the darkess time of our lives.
You often hear about the monies that attorneys make in these cases. He deserverd and earned every dime he was paid. God Bless Mark and his family!

I am a full time real estate investor. I was introduced to Mr. Martinez by an RE agent handling the resale of a property acquired at a foreclosure auction. After purchasing several properties at auction over the years, I thought I had thoroughly researched this property prior to bidding and purchasing it. A few days prior to closing with a buyer, I received a call from their closing agent informing me there was an existing superior loan which essentially wiped out any equity I had in the property. I had invested $180,000 in this property, needless to say I was very concerned. For several days I researched on my own and visited several local attorneys who could not give me a straightforward answer on resolving this problem. When I met with Mr. Martinez he immediately went to work. Within 72 hours it had been resolved and I was ready to close! I have retained his services several times since, and needless to say, due to his dedication, professionalism and invaluable source of knowledge, he is the ONLY attorney I will work with. It is refreshing to work with an attorney who actually answers calls and emails, keeping you informed of your case. Before finding Jesse Valiente, I had spent a lot of money on an attorney who actually made my case worst to say the least. My case was a little tedious on how to address/fix certain issues and get it to work to my favor. Considering I signed a poor written parenting plan. I met Mr. Valiente at the Law Office of Barry A. Yablen in 2018. At first, I have to admit, it felt weird that someone a lot younger than me would be handling my case. Mr. Mastos, is one who you can call a magician. When he enters the courtroom, you can first be under the impression that he is intimidating. When he makes his opening statements, he is comical and eases the tension that is in the courtroom. After that, he opens his files and begins taking piece by piece of work, and paints a portrait of the facts. When it came to my sister's case, which her charges dealing with false imprisonment and cannabis, he really made the prosecutor look awful when the police report did not add up to her charges. Although she was convicted of possession of cannabis, she was given 6 months probation with no jail time. I am grateful of leaving Mr. Mastos in charge of my sister's case. I am forever indebted to him. If you want an awesome attorney who has been in practice for a long time, and was a judge, he is your man!

I was recommended to Cheryl by a reputable probate lawyer who said she was one of the best in the business, with 30+ years under her belt. I shopped around a bit before deciding to work with her, but let me tell you, it was the best decision I could've made.
First, she provided me with information BEFORE she even knew I was going to hire her, before she got a single penny from me. NONE of the other lawyers would even discuss my case for more than 5 minutes and certainly wouldn't give me basic information.
Second, her fees are reasonable. Her retainer is less than half of what other lawyers charge, and has her excellent paralegals do much of the work to help minimize costs. I was really worried about the money aspect, but she was very considerate in that she only spent time on things she felt were absolutely necessary, and was very cognizant of my financial limitations.
Third, she is a very genuine and caring person. She made me feel at ease, and like I was more than just a client. She took the time to help me through mediation, keeping me calm and explaining clearly what was worth talking about.
