Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

It's rare to find anything good to say these days about virtually anything, but we have found an exception in the legal work of Steven Swartz, Esq. of Carballo Law, P.A.!
We were in a position of having to put through a travel insurance claim for our elderly parents' 6-week trip abroad that had to be cancelled due to a medical condition. The trip had been booked for mid July 2020 and we filed the claim in the beginning of May. For nearly four months we were stonewalled by the insurance company, who remained completely unresponsive to our numerous communications and then ultimately denied our claim outright... twice! We finally called Steven based on a personal recommendation, and right from our initial phone consultation we knew we had the right guy. He quickly ascertained the legitimacy of our position within the policy criteria, digested all the steps we had taken thus far, and turned out a 100-page detailed response including evidence and on-point legal citations that was followed up by the filing of a bad faith grievance with the Florida DFS and ultimately resulted in the payment of our claim... all in a little over a month! We could never have achieved such a successful outcome without him!
But more than just securing our claim, Steven was a true pleasure to work with. He was attentive, forthright and clear in all our dealings with him, addressing our myriad questions and concerns quickly, cordially and comprehensively – traits that unfortunately are not always readily found in attorneys these days. We cannot recommend his services highly enough, and while we hope to never need him again, we certainly know whom we will turn to without hesitation should we require legal representation in the future.

My husband is from Mexico and I am a US Citizen. My husband needed a waiver for his entry to the US which was illegal and because he lived illegally here for many years with no papers. Mr. Lux and his wonderful assistant guided us step by step through the entire process and now he is a US lawful resident after years of being illegal and my husband had some minor arrests as well. I live in Texas and received a speeding ticket while returning from Spring Break in Florida - doing 110 in a 70 mph zone, which makes things a lot worse in terms of fines and points since the speed was more than 35 mph higher than the speed limit. My fault and everything, road was very clear and I wasn't paying attention to the speedometer, and the device used was a laser gun. Also when stopped I had my old insurance papers (had just renewed it, but I forgot to print the new ones) so that was another ticket. I hired Estrella ticket defense since it would have been very difficult to fly or drive to Florida to attend the court date. They took care of everything for me and got the speeding ticket ruling to be "withheld adjudication", with no points or fines, paying only court fees; and for the insurance one they presented the proof of insurance and had the ticket dropped. The judge wanted me to pay court fees for the insurance citation, but they had the court fees dropped as well after filing a motion since I could prove I had valid insurance at the time of the citation, just didn't have the paperwork on me.
Overall I am very pleased with how they represented me in this matter and how they kept me informed. Their cost was high but this is due to the ticket nature, and were half that of another well reviewed firm on Avvo. Overall very pleased - hopefully i won't need them again, but if I do I, will definitely use them again.

I got a traffic ticket for something I felt was not my fault, and I lived out of the state it occurred in so I was not able to appear to represent myself. Rafael Millares' law firm took care of it for less than the cost of the ticket. So I'm pleased.

While on vacation in the United States I was involved in an accident while a passenger in my friends car. George was successful in recovering payment of my hospital and medical expenses incurred in the United States and in Taiwan where I under went spinal surgery as a result of the accident. After securing payment of all of our medical expenses George also was successful in settling my claim for uninsured motorist benefits. This case was complicated by the fact that I was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the rear end collision but despite this fact George recovered policy limits on the uninsured motorist claim.
Apart from being very professional in his field of practice, George is tremendously patient and kind-hearted.

Rob very successfully represented our family (our son) in a medical malpractice case involving a birth injury where our son suffered brachial plexus at birth. From the very first conversation I had with Rob he was upfront and honest about how difficult cases like ours can be but he was also very reassuring and confident that he could and would get us the justice we deserved. Through the entire process Rob and his firm were truly superior in their handling of our case. I always felt like I was informed and kept up to date on what was going on with the case and if ever I had questions or concerns I could call or email at anytime and always received a prompt response. I was searching for a Copyright Law Attorney because of a letter I received from another lawyer threatening me because I posted a wedding video on YouTube that contained a popular song that allegedly violated copyright laws. As a very small Wedding Video company I got very scared. To my surprise Mr. Golab answered the phone himself and it was already 7:00PM when I called! He actually gave me free advice and the GOOD kind of advice which is why I am still going to hire him in the near future to write a few contracts for me to use in my business. I would like to forward this review for Michelle Ann Estlund, for whom I retained twice. I originally retained Ms. Estlund for a member of my family in regards to a criminal defense case . She was professional, concise, and on point. She provided us with a very favorable outcome which included pretrial diversion and record sealing. We were very pleased at that point. As fate would have it , a year later I found myself in the same place, only worse. I was charged with two major felonies, and deeply entrenched in the legal justice system. I retained Michelle once again. let me say it again, her professionalism and knowledge of the justice system are paramount. She was always there for me whether by cell phone or meeting me at the office on a Saturday, always keeping me up to date with current situations. In the courtroom her experience was obvious, whether a motion or sounding, always on top of her game, providing the best direction possible. In the end, all the charges were dismissed, resulting in a Nolle Pros, which was the best possible outcome for both of us. During our initial meeting, I explained the details of my incident. She was attentive and focused. After listening to what I had to say, she responded with a wealth of information (very knowledgeable and experienced, she is) and was compassionate too. Having dealt with over 50 lawyers in my career I can say that she is the best. Her fees are fair and reasonable and she is genuinely interested and believes in any case that she takes on. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! I contacted Ms. Lopez to represent my inlaws in the sale of their home.
They are elderly and I have been helping them take care of a "For Sale by Owner". It was a struggle since the home was listed with a realtor for 6 months and the realtor lost a couple of deals through his/her incompetence but once we found a buyer, I contact Ms. Lopez and she came into action.

It is difficult to find a lawyer in which you feel confident in that they will try their best to fulfill your needs, as if it were their own. I had a few disappointing consultations with previous firms during my search. When I came across Ms. Ross, I felt comforted immediately as she received me with great patience and a caring ear. Ms. Ross very knowledgeable in the law, informed me about what could be done in my favor and the possibility of future settlements in the case. Ms. Ross and her firm continuously kept in touch, she is easy to contact, and even more open to availability depending on the severity of your concern (being that they are scheduled for hearings and meetings throughout the day) I was very happy with the outcome of the case in which Ms. Ross also helped avoid costs by preventing mediation if we could settle through alternative resolution.
