This law firm I still believe is a good firm to represent your case. Although, I tried to retain them most recently. My review is regarding the intake staff personnel Sarah. Sarah’s professionalism, communication, and ability to listen and assist a client is subpar. First call, I specifically asked for a particular attorney, she then suggested another attorney. Due to them moving into the Dallas office the next day, she advised to give her until the following week for someone to contact me. I was patient and in that waiting time, decided I would go with her suggestion as the Dallas attorney was more affordable, closer, and honestly had stronger credentials. Never got the follow-up call. I called and she only kept trying to redirect me. There were some back and forth and I ended up requesting for one of the Managing Partners to respond to a specific request. Guess what, she follows up without ever asking but comes back with a generic response. Keep in mind, this is after waiting another week for the MP to return. I had to wait for her to go back to ask the original request. Long story short, her mannerism doesn't display trustworthiness, but a person who appears to want to do her own thing. I still don’t believe she communicated properly to the MP. It appears that she may not have the client nor the firms' best interest in mind. In my opinion she doesn’t need to be at the forefront when she has created weeks of delay and roadblocks, and she was made aware that I was referred by a reputable friend of this firm.

Taylor is awesome, the only lawyer I’ve ever met (and, sadly, I’ve met a few) that 1. answers his own phone, 2. does it on the first ring, 3. remembers who you are, and what’s going on with your case, and 4. tells you the truth, not just whatever BS he can to get you off the phone (like every other criminal lawyer). He is my daughter’s public defender but has treated us better than all the paid lawyers I’ve hired! Will be using him again if the need arises.

I was in a car accident that wasn’t my fault that potentially was gonna have my car totaled out and unable to continue to cheer due to my pain. Jay Murray and his team got on everything very quick finding medical attention for me and also car repair shop. They were able to get my car repaired, get me to a chiropractor close to my home to help support me to be able to cheer still that worked within my busy schedule and a settlement that was amazing. I’m leaving this organization (2) stars. The second star came from you offering my $100.00 back after confirming with me you only work with “rich people” and not single mothers already struggling. The people seem nice and they respond to your concerns quickly….but if you ain’t rich this isn’t the law firm for you. My heart was broken when I begged them as a single mother to please work with me and I promise we could work out a realistic payment arrangement. Mr. Williams explained my case for child support and primary custody could possibly cost more than 4K. They also explained their retainer fees and how you’re billed for every call, text, email, or them touching your case. Lastly, per their organization direct response “I will advise you that if your retainer is depleted or you're retainer account ever has less than $1500, you will be asked to refill your retainer.” I advised them to go have a prayer with God and get back with me if they will accept 4K for my case and serve me as a client. I’m leaving you this long review because I’m an influencer as my side hustle and I want the world to see this and WAKE UP and realize money is the root of all evil! If God assigned you to be a lawyer he is trusting you with that higher level of authority to serve the people at your best ability. It’s 2025, times are hard I hope this is a wake up call for this organization to have a round table meeting and the subject should be “Do we really serve our people”? God bless these rich attorneys. May your money bring you happiness in this lifetime.

I contacted Ms Garza to handle a change in custody for one of my two sons, who both lived with their mom after I moved out of the immediate area after said son had issues with his mom's husband. I thought I had a horrible uphill battle ahead of me, until she represented me. Lisa broke it down for me what we could do, and I could tell right away I made the right decision. Her name alone let's the other side know you didn't come to screw around. She is dynamite, aggressive yet personable to her clients, and her associate and office staff are first class. I never had to worry about a phone call or question not being answered or returned. She gave me great guidance, and made suggestions that suited my son and me for now and in the future. She is no non-sense with her approach, and it seems most opposing attorney's are more than willing to work with her toward a mutual solution, but never did she compromise what mattered most to me. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone about to take the monster of divorce on, especially with children involved. I was made to feel like she had no other clients in the world, that I was the only one. I was so grateful I had the opportunity to retain Ms. Garza, and you will be too. She is fantastic to negotiate outside the court room, but if it comes to needing an in court force to be reckoned with, it's Ms. Garza.

Kristen is not only incredibly skilled in navigating the courtroom, but she also knows how to litigate effectively with a judge and conduct precise, impactful cross-examinations. What truly sets her apart, though, is her ability to pick up on critical details that may seem obvious to me as the client but are often difficult to articulate. I had a great experience with Roland Barbosa representing me in my divorce. It's never a pleasant experience to go through the legal process of divorce, but Roland made it simple and straightforward and provided numerous updates (and answers to my several questions) as I waited for the (long and slow) Dallas County courts to sign the paperwork that had been sitting on their docket for over 2 weeks. An uncontested, amicable divorce should be easy, and despite the draconian Texas laws, Roland helped make the process as easy as it could be. When the divorce decree was finally signed, he gave me an update even before the electronic system registered a change in the case. His fee is straightforward, and he provided all the paperwork we needed for all the potential steps in the case, from initial questionnaire to final filing and special warranty deed for the transfer of the home. I would highly recommend Roland to anyone seeking a streamlined process to divorce in the DFW area.

After seeing all the great reviews online for Mr. Woolley, I decided to call him regarding the possible need for probate for my mother's recent passing. I had to leave a voice message and he returned my call very quickly. He was very pleasant and asked me to explain my situation and describe my mother's estate. He was extremely helpful and based on the information I had given he did not feel there was a need for probate. There was one question I had regarding the filing of future taxes with the IRS, and not having a definitive answer, he referred me to his own CPA. I felt very comfortable talking with Mr. Woolley and if I ever need an attorney to handle future issues regarding probate, I will certainly use his services.

I had a DUI in Denton country. It was very stressful and I knew I need a very good attorney to support me to get through this. After going through so many hours of research online, my search ended with hiring Kimberly. I am very glad she accepted my case.
She was honest with me from the beginning and explained me the possibilities of the case, made me understand the law, what the next steps are and is very professional in communication.
What I really liked about the service is

There were many instances where the service was above and beyond, ex: I had issues with my interlock device for a short time and she cared enough to help by letting her IID contact know about the issue. Also, at the end, she got my interlock device removal granted, but I did not got the removal papers on the court date by mistake. She and her team followed up personally and got the papers to me from the court the very next day!!
She cares about her clients enough and I felt no different and I am really very pleased with her service. I had attorneys for other things in my past such as immigration matters and others, and from my own little experience I can say that she is definitely in her own league, at the very top. I wish my other attorneys could at least be half good as her.
I could not be more happy with the outcome we got last week.
I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her services.
I am usually not the reviewing type, but I felt the need to do something in return for her awesome service and the person she is. I am able to write this review in peace because of her.

Jim Burnham is a tremendous lawyer who cares about and protects his clients! He represented me on charges of felony theft and worked incredibly hard on my case with the prosecutor. In the end, instead of prison time, Jim got me probation with no conviction, with no fine, no restitution, and no community service. The only thing I have to do now is send in a probation sheet every month.

I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. Against all odds fighting insurance companies and adjusters, Jonathan Winocour prevailed and got the full settlement amount without even having to go to court. I was very impressed and grateful for his genius. He is a very personable and honest. He gives it to you straight, and he has your best interest at the forefront always! About ten years later I was involved in a second auto accident which cause more spinal injuries. Having my preexisting conditions, Jonathan had to prove this new accident had exacerbated my injuries. This was extremely difficult but not impossible for Winocour Law! He made the whole stressful process extremely smooth and easy for me. I knew I was in good hands and trusted Winocour Law to help me.
