Being accused of a criminal case is something that marks your life forever. Not only does it affect you in the legal way, but it can also have an impact on various aspects of you life like your employment, immigration status (like in my case) and it can be emotionally and financially stressful. A few months back, I was involved in an altercation with my now ex-husband. Police came and arrested me for domestic violence. I was devastated. I made the decision to hire Richard for my defense and I am glad I did. Him and his team were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Given that my case affected my immigration status, Richard was helpful in coordinating information about my case with my immigration lawyer as well. His attitude towards my case made me feel like he really cared, and gave me peace of mind. I knew what had happened was unfair and I was willing to go all the way. I was falsely accused of egregious professional misconduct under the Army’s SHARP program. Due to the notoriety of SHARP in the current command climate of the Armed Forces, that false allegation resulted in me facing not only an other-than-honorable involuntary termination of my military service but also irreparable and irrevocable harm to my professional career. The opprobrium of being labeled a “predator” presumed guilty of false sexual misconduct and the subsequent isolation stemming from the Army’s stance of ‘guilt by accusation’ in matters pertaining to SHARP showed my family and me a new level of hellish fear as we felt the weight of the Department of Defense smothering our integrity, honor, and livelihood. Hiring Amanda was the best decision i ever made for my case. She is honest, upfront, and no-nonsense. She always made herself accessible when I needed her and kept me informed the entire way. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in employment law, specifically the plaintiff side of things. She knows the courts like the back of her hand and does not focus on the dollar, but instead she focuses on what's right.
While I ultimately decided to settle my case in arbitration this was not due to Ms. Reichek's performance as I personally had enough (the process of suing an employer is long, tiring, and psychologically draining). However, if it wasn't for the fatigue I constantly felt I would of easily taken my case to trial so that I could of watched Ms. Reichek knock it out of the park.

I have no idea how my case will turn out so I thought I would turn in this review before my opinion might be influenced by the outcome.
The best you can hope for from a lawyer is that they make the best case possible on your behalf and Amanda Reichek has done more than that.
Amanda has not only been the most resolute and
communicative advocate one could hope for but one has the unmistakable impression that you are are her only client (which I sincerely doubt is true).
I have never had to hire a lawyer before and to describe the twisted path than brought me into contact with Amanda Reichek would be too difficult to describe, but suffice it to say that my career is at stake and I cannot imagine my future being in better hands.
