11 out of 10 would recommend Leslie. She and her paralegal Amy have always been my go to law office. I always recommend her if I can and I’ve personally used her for the sale of my own business and other personal real estate transactions. They are both so thorough, caring, and always reachable. I’ve dealt with lawyers before that lost deals for me because I couldn’t get in contact with them and because they weren’t on top of it. You will not have this issue with Leslie & Amy. Must use them!!!

I had a very difficult situation with a tenant in one of my properties. Had a lawyer who cam highly recommended but know very little regarding this situation. After failing to assist me properly I was introduced to Leslie Sultan. After 1 hour with her I realized that she had great knowledge and that coupled with street smarts convinced me to hire her. She solved my problem in a relative space of time and I appreciated her billing structure as it was clear concise and reasonable given the circumstances. I have used her several times since then and have been thoroughly satisfied.

I was denied tenure at my school. I strongly believed that the decision was wrong. Mr. Kilada was able to help me fight the decision. I felt he was upfront and honest regarding the process. Let’s be honest... no one wants to need an attorney, ever!
However, if you do, as we did, this is THE only firm to consider on LI. From partners, Rob and Sarah, to junior attorneys, associates and support staff, their services are simply unmatched.
And wowza! There’s even a real human, extremely competent, receptionist that answers the telephone. No push this and speak that and try to muddle thru some silly automated phone system; a consistent personal, caring approach to business at every level.
Rob Valli is thorough, on point and straight forward, mixed with kindness and compassion. Don’t mistake his kindness for weakness, tho! He can be a “bulldog”, if necessary and definitely precisely when needed. make no mistake, he knows his business and gets the job done.
There’s no “sugar coating“ and telling you what you want to hear, refreshing! He, and his associates at every level, provide everything you need and want on your side. Strong communication skills are a must for me and they deliver information clearly and concisely. Always, in a professional and succinct comprehensive manner. Recently, I was asked how I know Rob when referring him, again. I paused... just for a moment and said “...Rob is my friend!”. I suddenly realized I do consider him my friend. My story is a long one but ill try to keep it as short as possible. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Basically a lady pretty much hit me at a perpendicular angle, or to better put it she "t-boned" me. I flew off the bike and my right side hit a tree. The impact was severe and left me with literally around 3 pages worth of injuries. The most severe of my injuries is that I have no use of my tight hand any more and i am in constant physical pain. Not the kind of pain you can just think of something else and it would go away.. It's the kind of pain that will cripple you. I've had about 4 spinal surgery and nothing worked.
Words cannot describe what David has been to me. Nevertheless, i will try. First he's been a loyal, trustworthy and honorable friend. Second he's been a great lawyer from the start of my case to the end. He's kept every single promise made to me, kept me updated as things went by, made me feel confident enough to talk to him about anything regarding the case, he even answered phone calls at all kinds of ridiculous hours just to make me feel comfortable.
I couldn't think of a better man, or lawyer for me.
In conclusion, i am more than satisfied with everything he's done for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty with me, for that i must say he's more than a lawyer to me, he's a trusted friend i've gained for life.

.While working for the NYPD as a school crossing guard,I was involed in a serious accident, the accident was life altering. While in the Hospital my Family and I realizied how serious my injuries were. My son Chris had experience working with Mr. Brand through his employment. My son and others from his work convinced me Mr. Brand was the best attorney to have. While building my case Mr. Brand called me every week ,often more than once. My confidence in him doing his job never wavered. He informed me of all his activities concerning my case, involved top notch academic experts for testimony. They created illustated boards and reports detailing how and why my life would be so changed. I would like to begin by expressing that if you happen find yourself in a legal proceedings, I highly recommend that you take the time to read my account. I endured a truly harrowing lawsuit against a former lawyer from a law firm that had previously represented me. Initially, I had entrusted my case to his partner, whom I had no previous acquaintance with. However , it transpired that he ended up filing a lawsuit against both me and his partner, ultimately causing the dissolution of the law firm. Throughout the course of more than 12 years, I found myself defended by two different lawyers, who unfortunately passed away at different times. The lawyer who brought the lawsuit against me inundated the court with a multitude of motions. Roughly a year ago, Tom Stagg and his associate, Brian Lacoff came into the picture. They had the arduous task of sifting through thousands of documents in order to fully grasp the intricacies of the very complex case. I was introduced to Tom through a friend, and despite having no prior knowledge of him, I can say that he is by far, the most honorable, trustworthy, and knowledgeble attorney I have had the privilege of speaking to in my over seven decades of experience dealing with lawyers. Having owned my own business which employed anywhere from 60 to 80 individuals, I have had ample interactions with numerous lawyers. However, when it came to tackling this particular case head-on, Tom, along with his colleague Brian, truly went above and beyond. Trust me when I say that this was no ordinary or run-of-the-mill lawsuit; it was an absolute nightmare, We were fully prepared to go to trial, but Tom skillfully negotiated a settlement that none of us ever believed would be attainable. Stagg Wabnik is an incredibly reputable and knowledgeable law firm that consistently achieves favorable outcomes. all that remains for me to say is that had I met Tom Stagg over 12 years ago, this living nighmare of a lawsuit would have concluded in less then a year from its inception. I had the good fortune to meet Mrs. Levitan when she and my mother, Dr. Jeanne Pizzo, were working with the New Democratic Coalition. A few years later an "Rx Drug Abuse Issue" led to my own brush with the criminal justice system and Mrs. Levitan and her associates handed it brilliantly. I did what I was mandated to do and, consequently, I do not have ANY criminal record at all. I learned from my mistakes and am now a successful career English educator, complete with a PhD from Mrs. Levitan's alma mater, NYU. I recall observing her in Court. Now that I've been honored by my colleagues as a "Master Teacher" and "Teacher of the Year" several times, I KNOW what peer recognition feels like — and that's what I felt when Mrs. Levitan was arguing a case. She negotiated with the DA's office and then negotiated some more and achieved a plea bargain (Disorderly Person) that was a galaxy away from the original charges, provided I did what I was mandated to do. I did and I can honestly say that without this outstanding attorney, I would have had a Felony record and forever have been ineligible to obtain teaching or administrative credentials. Inspired by her example, I've always out my students or the teachers and administrators I supervise first, ahead of the political miasma the DOE and it's inept Chancellors prefer. Mrs. Levitan taught me me to stand up for children as she does for her clients. I did counseling internship at Covenant House and used the research and reporting skills learned as a Journalism major and a reporter on one of the "top 10" circulating dailies to work around the system. I'm proud of my work in counseling, teacher education and the teaching of English. None of his would have been possiblewithout Mrs. Levitna;s intervention

I retained Mr Karvay to help me finish an estate that my previous attorney refused to complete. Mr Karvay gathered the evidence and recovered 256000 dollars of the estate monies. I have had other attorneys in the past but none as knowledgeable as Mr Karvay. He is a no nonsense attorney and I had the pleasure of seeing how a real attorney works. I should have written this review months ago, when he successfully helped me fight what I thought was an unfair ticket from the Village of Freeport. The village prosecutor got my hackles up when he told me that I shouldn't even bother to fight the ticket because I would be found guilty. That riled me because it smacked of a rigged system. What was the so-called infraction? One of my tires was a tad across the white line in a village parking lot. I wasn't aware of it because I was rushing to put money in a meter and catch a train. And I didn't even know that was a violation. So I used my Hyatt legal benefit to get a lawyer, and after many calls I reached Mr. Jew. He was professional and obviously very effective. On the morning I was supposed to go to yet another hearing for the ticket, he called to tell me that I didn't have to appear because the violation was dropped. Great lawyer and one who knows how to treat people. Rare combination.
