From the initial first phone call to the very end I was treated professionally, honestly, compassionately, and felt like I really mattered. Attorney Edari was WONDERFUL with not only my son who was in trouble, but me as a mom when I had questions. We spoke to another attorney about my sons case and all he seemed to care about was a paycheck and not helping my son. My son was facing time not only in jail but in prison, Attorney Edari worked long and hard to do what she could to lessen that time. While meeting with her and my son I could tell no one is a case number to her, they are human. She does not only care about helping with court, she stands up for that person and makes sure she gets them into a position they need. She discussed with my son getting into school, counseling, etc. She would check in with both of us to make sure things were going ok. She believed in my son changing as much as I do. My son ended up serving a month in jail and is now out trying to straighten his life up. He is with his young son who needs him. Which Attorney Edari made possible.

I met Vata, during the most horrific time in my life, I was facing felony child abuse charges. Vata was the third attorney that I had spoken with inregards to my case. The first two attorneys seemed as though they were straight to business and that's it. That left me feeling very unsure of hiring either one of them to represent me. Jason Knutson worked on my unpaid overtime case for over 4 years, starting as a class-action suit and then in individual arbitration. My wife and I came to visit Wisconsin last year for some R and R and unfortunately found ourselves in need of an attorney. What we thought to be a simple misunderstanding quickly escalated into more and we found ourselves in a desperate situation doing our best to research available attorneys with experience and a good reputation in the area. Neither my wife or I have a record or have ever been in trouble so to speak, so we found it a bit overwhelming in differentiating which attorney would be the right fit for us so to speak. We came across a lot of attorneys but ultimately decided to go with Adam Welch. Upon our research we found Adam to be listed as Wisconsin elite when it came to law and trial cases. After retaining Adam's services, it was beyond apparent why. Not only did he live up to everything we read online and then some...He had a very polite and kind demeanor and it was obvious he cared. Let me say that again. I whole hearted believe that not only did he care, but he had our best interests in mind. Now a days, that's a hard found quality in any line of work. It did not go unnoticed. After almost a year of dealing with a less than desirable District attorney, Adam stuck to his guns and we ended up going to trial. Again, neither my wife and I have ever been through anything like this and it was beyond a little nerve racking to say the least. Adam was cool, calm and collect and reassuring the entire time. In fact, not only during the trial, but the entire time for the last year any time we needed Adam made himself available. Tim knows better than anyone else the tactics the police and prosecution uses, so he knows and understands how things roll if your ever facing a legal tsunami. Before ever giving him a dime, Tim took an hour out of his day to help me decipher my case and lay out my options. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly cares. He knows the OWI laws in Wisconsin are primarily a fee tax on the public, the field sobriety tests are designed for even sober drivers to fail, and the state statute limiting negotiated settlement before trial a ridiculous encumbrance. I would trust Tim to handle any OWI case given to him and believe he will get the best possible result for his clients.

I was fortunate that Andrea Winder represented me.

Attorney Nicholas Gansner acted very quickly in response to allegations about 2nd degree sexual assault from 3 and a half years prior to the report. He took his time to gather all of the facts and spoke with the investigating detective on my behalf. Nick kept me updated and informed about the strategies he was taking while working with the detective. I left all of the work to him and he took care of everything. Ultimately, the case never made it past the initial investigation and was never forwarded to the district’s attorney’s office. He was nearly always available by call, text, or email—even responding late at night sometimes. If he was not immediately available, he would reply as soon as he could. I would highly recommend hiring attorney Gansner.

Attorney Gansner worked on my very difficult and emotionally draining case for around 2 years. My confidence in him NEVER wavered! When I had things to say, he really listened and took note. He remembered and made use of pertinent information I had given him. I never felt like he left important details out that I would later need to correct myself. Bob Nennig is an Estate Planning attorney. He helps people prepare their lives and finances for their death or disability. This sounds simple enough. Everybody dies, and it should not be that difficult to figure out what we have. So, all we have to do is figure out where we want things to go and put it in writing.
But there is a lot going on here. It is one thing to acknowledge that everyone is going to die at some point. This is very clinical in a sense. We are talking about other people and of course they will. Now, say that about yourself. This is not so easy. And to sit with someone and talk about his or her eventual death is a conversation most people do not want to have. Facing our own mortality is about the hardest thing most people will have to do. There is a finality about it that is difficult to grasp.
Next, in most cases, we are talking about family. If it only involves spouse and one or two children, it may be simple enough. But often there are complications, such as a second marriage, step-children, and children with special needs, children who need financial assistance or protection and many variations of the above.
Combine the above and it gets to be complicated. Guiding a conversation through this and coming up with a workable plan requires a very specific ability and skill set.
There is a basic knowledge of the basic vehicles based on a certain set of circumstances, and of course, the ability to apply them to the matter at hand is certainly a necessary skill. Many lawyers have or can get these tools. Those alone, however, do not make for a great Estate Planning attorney.
In addition to the technical and legal skills, there are two critical things that take it from competent to great. These are the ability to listen, and compassion. It is easy to gather the basic facts, suggest a course of action, and then set out to explain why it is the best way to go. But this just gets a will, or perhaps a trust. What takes it to the next level is being able to listen to the concerns of the person doing the planning. In most cases, they do not speak legal-ese. But they do speak from their heart. And it is what they say that permits the great Estate Planning attorney to go above and beyond a simple plan that puts a will or trust into place.
And finally, there is compassion. This is the ability to empathize with the client and let them know you understand what they are going through. This is the ability to let them know that what they are experiencing is normal and that they need not feel bad. In fact, if they did not need something special, that they would be unusual.
Bob Nennig has the technical skill set. But Bob has that next level of skills. Bob listens and does so with compassion. I have sent many people to Bob, and do so without hesitation, knowing my clients will get a great experience.

My wife and I hired Bob Nennig to develop a will and a living trust for our estate planning. He was recommended to us by our financial advisors and proved to be what we needed to complete our financial security package.
Bob was very professional and courteous throughout the creation of our will and trust, which took about three weeks from start to finish. We were very impressed with his thoroughness in gathering information from different sources, i.e. banks, investment institutions, mortgage companies, etc., and then preparing the necessary documents and compiling them all into one comprehensive Estate Planning Portfolio.

I recently ended a long-term marriage and -in so doing- found myself slowly being pulled towards a contested divorce trial. My ex-spouse and I found difficulties in reaching a compromise and she was in no hurry to move the divorce forward. Further, I had little knowledge of the divorce laws, the legal processes of divorce or the court system in general as this was my first exposure to a trial. I was really out of my comfort zone in such matters.
I came to Rhonda not only for her AAML certification and extensive divorce experience but, in researching her background further, I found that she had a good record for moving cases forward. Her and her team did an absolutely outstanding job. They moved my case forward -and to its completion- expediently and with a good outcome. In November of 2008 I retained Tamara Packard to assist me in resolving a dispute with my former employer. From the initial meeting to the signing of the negotiated agreement two months later, Attorney Packard acted dilligently, professionally, and assertively on my behalf to bring about a settlement I was more than pleased with.
