Brooke took in my case after my previous lawyer closed her practice. She focused on the best for my child and made sure I did as well. She guided me in what we could do and what we couldn’t do but ultimately the choice was mine. She was caring and supportive and genuinely wanted to help. She knew how to proceed to make sure I was heard and she was great at responding as well. I was never left in the dark and I always felt that mine and my child’s best interest came first. Ms. Archbold took on my case and made sure that the very unclear information I had received from the other party was reviewed, clarified, and then assured me that we would be able to get a favorable result. Something that could have cost me well over $35,000 was settled for $5,000. I was very impressed with how she dug into the case and researched exactly what statutes applied and made the best argument possible on my behalf. She took a situation that had me very concerned and allayed those fears with logic and reason. Any legal situation can be emotionally challenging, but I felt completely supported and her communication was clear and reasonable at all times.

Paul was an outstanding listener and always had my best interests in mind. Not only have I used him before for my divorce but now 6 years later I needed his expertise again for another child custody battle because I moved out of county. I know for a fact he saved me a lot of money that most attorneys would have not done. He gave me honest advice and advised me on the things most important to my case and told me the truth on when to fold on issues that I would have lost , saving me from endless attorney fees keeping my cost down . Not only did I win my custody battle but we also went into my ex's income since it had been 6 years since we divorced. Not only did I get to live out of county but I also receive 600 more a month for child support because my ex husband's income had nearly doubled since our divorce . He also had to pay half my attorney fees which was fantastic!
I really like Paul's personality and feel really comfortable with him on my side. He was sensitive to my needs but also not jaded and really cares about his clients.

Paul was a professional, thorough, and effective attorney. I had a multi-year, very complex divorce process. Almost everything that could have happened did, complete with contested child support payments, alimony, custody rights, division of assets settlement, mediation, depositions, and eventually hearings/litigation and a CA 730 evaluation. Throughout the stressful process, Paul and his colleagues carefully guided me through the relevant aspects of CA family law, what I needed to do and not do, and prepared me for success. Paul was particularly good at attention to detail and to ensure that all the required documents were prepared on time and in manner that the judge needed. Paul was also very cost conscious, helping me to minimize costs by gathering all the background material, evidence necessary and then formatting it for success.
Paul was also regularly reachable. Unlike other family law attorneys who either do not use (or know how) to use email and return calls on a timely manner, Paul quickly replied to me particularly during a few urgent issues that arose related with my ex actions.
Ultimately I had a good outcome on all matters related to my divorce. There were times we disagreed on approach and strategy, but ultimately he allowed me for my voice and desires to be heard in a way that would be effective in the court process. He also was a good human being and tried hard to reach out to opposing counsel to see is settlement was possible. I really felt he cared about me, my kids welfare, and getting to an end quickly and not just about getting fees from me. Speaking with my friends, I have found this rare. Overall a very strong and positive endorsement. I have referred both female and male friends who are going through a divorce to Paul.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Denice is a complete class act. She was positive, professional and compassionate. She's a family woman and understands the importance of the dynamic of both parents being in a child's life.
I've been through several attorneys, and Denise was able to provide clear guidance through the process, she didn't try to prolong court (as most attorneys do) and shot straight from the hip, and she was able to get the judgement that we had wanted.

My experience with Denise Vatani Heinz was nothing less than perfection. When dealing with a heated child support issue, Denise diligently discussed my options, created a game plan and moved forward with ease. She was in constant contact and regularly provided honest and straight forward feedback, which I greatly appreciated. She was extremely personable and professional. Denise sat with me on numerous occasions to review and discuss each document at length so that I felt confident with each decision. During the case, an unresolved divorce issue (from another attorney) arose and Denise swiftly regrouped with a new plan of action. While in court, Denise was knowledgeable, sharp and never faltered. Denise was great to work with. She made a very difficult situation as bearable as possible. My divorce was fairly complicated and Denise and her team were a tremendous help during a very challenging process. She kept things moving along - even if she had to drag information out of me. She was great to talk to and brainstorm with. Denise had some great ideas on how to handle some very difficult situations. She also wasn't afraid to tell you things that you didn't want to hear - because they were the truth - and because you needed to hear it to be able to make informed decisions. Denise was also a very calming influence. Divorce can be very emotional, and sometimes choices of action that are based on emotion tend not to be the most rational. She would help to get you through that - help to get you to make better choices - help to get you to think about things differently. Some battles need to be fought and others just aren't worth fighting about. Denise was a big help with that. She helped to get me to accept certain things that were hard for me. I met Mr. Saltarelli 20 years ago when I was purchasing a business and real estate in southern California...Mr Saltarelli represented the seller and as I watch how he worked I said that's my man .. After the deal was completed I hired him and worked for 10 years on various issues all with success . Having been named Executor of Ramona Burns Estate by a legal Last Will and Testament,it became clear that the Estate had to go through the process of Probate according to California law.Sarah was recommended to me by a good friend who had engaged her services in a previous Probate case involving one of her own parents.She was highly recommended.
Because of my particular circumstances,it was essential that the advice I received from a legal professional was on point and helped me to navigate the unique problems that I faced when my good friend died and left me to wind up her affairs as nominated Executor.I might add that Ramona Burns nominated me as Executor with power for her health care decisions(she had suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and was hospitalized for several months before her death),but not with Power of Attorney over her Finances.Essentially,I was left with the maintenance of her home with very little income to maintain the property during the period that she was in intensive care and unable to make any decisions regarding her day to day financial obligations.
With this in mind,it was important that Sarah could counsel me in what I could and couldn't do in the use of assets belonging to the Estate.
The decision to hire Sarah after an initial consultancy was a fortuitous one.
Sarah advised me on what I needed to do.She told me exactly what paperwork I needed to find and provide her with.She informed me of important Court dates that I needed to be aware of and what powers the Court would provide me with in order that I could arrange for the wishes of the deceased to be met with.She performed all the legal State requirements that were incumbent upon her for me and all the paperwork that accompanied these.I never had to go to Court as Sarah made all of it unnecessary.
I can't imagine having a better professional experience with an Attorney .She was exemplary.More than Highly Recommended.5 Stars.

I experienced a slip and fall at a local store and visited my doctor. He told me to have various bones x-rayed and other parts checked out. I realized then that my medical insurance would pay for certain things but not for many of the other issues involved. I knew I'd need to have help paying for what was not covered so I met with a personal injury lawyer friend and asked him if or what could be done. I was referred to Jaimi Groothuis, who is a lawyer in his firm and our journey began immediately.
As it turned out, my original injury refused to heal despite all doctors' best efforts. That injury never did heal, and after a year went by I needed surgery to repair the break. The extremely agonizing pain caused a massive amount of stress. The pain and stress from this injury too its toll on my body. Ulcers formed and my stomach disintegrated to the point where it had to be removed. My simple fall had become a major medical disaster with my surgeon even questioning whether I would survive through two of my surgeries.
The entire ordeal unfolded over almost 3 years and during the entire time Jaimi called and helped us in any way she could. Her concern even led her to call my husband while I was in one of my surgeries just to find out how I was doing.
During the 3 years of this predicament she collected data and spoke to everyone necessary involved in this case. Jaimi was able to get medical records and doctors' billing records and lists of every medication that was given to me. She was stalwart and thorough in her dealings and that served us well when negotiations finally began.
When we first discussed this case I was immediately impressed with Jaimi's integrity as she spoke about legalities and procedures. I have even more respect for her work, her actions and her knowledge after spending 3 years in her care. While she is as nice a human being as I've ever met, she is a knowledgable, capable and a consummate professional that anyone would be proud to have in court.

When Jaimi was brought onto our case it started to finally makes sense to me "the client" as she really helped clarify and walk us through many of the situations. The first thing to note about Mr. Bayati is that he is an honest and ethical attorney. Anyone who has dealt with one that was not would likely understand why this quality is very important when seeking to hire counsel. He charges a fair fee for quality work and seeks to minimize costs where possible. With that box checked, the next thing to note is that Mr. Bayati is sharp and knows the law exceptionally well. He is very familiar with Court processes in Orange County and the judges that administer them. He has a good network of specialist attorneys he can count on as well if anything falls outside of his substantial area of expertise. He has a good demeanor and presence, particularly on video calls with the Court during the pandemic. He is practical and looks for reasonable solutions acceptable to both sides when that is an option, but can be tough when the situation calls for it. Overall he is an excellent choice for a family law attorney. He helped me a great deal with a very complex custody case and I would highly recommend him.

Brian Bayati is the BEST attorney out there! Trust me; I interviewed many attorneys before selecting Mr. Bayati to represent me. I had already gone through two attorneys and my stress level was high and I was emotional when I met Mr. Bayati. I chose Mr. Bayati because he is candid, very knowledgeable, courteous and well-respected in the community. Since bringing him onboard, he has made more progress in two months than my previous attorneys had in a year. We may not always agree on the approach, but he always provides the rationale behind his recommendation and points out the flaws in my reasoning. The general perception is attorneys are self-serving and just want your money, but Mr. Bayati genuinely cares about his clients' best interests, is brilliant, has a great sense of humor and wants to win. A little over three years ago in December of 2020, I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident (on the job) where the other driver fled the scene. Being that it was my first ever car accident, and the identity of the other driver was unknown, I didn't really know how to go about seeking legal advice, or if it would even be worth it. However, after being released from worker's comp care prematurely, and still being in pain, I decided to get a consultation from a legal firm. I utilized Google to search for personal injury attorneys in my area, and I'm forever grateful that I came across Bentley & More! I decided to establish contact with them based on their numerous 5-star reviews, and the "family feel" that their firm seemed to have. They were very quick to set-up my phone consultation, and they took the time to listen to my story and concerns.
Throughout the 2.5 years of being a client of Bentley & More, I interacted the most with Braydon Bentley as he represented me as my personal injury attorney, and I never once felt overlooked or that I wasn't being taken seriously. Also, I'm not sure that my injuries would have ever been properly diagnosed if it weren't for Braydon connecting me with the medical specialist that he did!
In the end, both of my cases (worker's comp & personal injury) resulted in a very positive outcome, and I honestly don't think that would have happened had I decided to be represented by a different firm. Because of the dedication and persistence provided by Bentley & More, I am now able to provide a comfortable life for my family while also receiving treatment for my injuries long-term.

We own several income properties and have no children to leave it to. We needed an experienced trust attorney to advise us on all the different options to minimize taxes. We were the owners of a Home Care company and were sued for a wrongful death by the family of our client.
They were represented by 2 lawyers plus they hired a video company to video all of our depositions.
Some of the videos were damaging.
Jades preparation and presentation was so excellent that we won the case by a wide margin. She also found expert witnesses that were so excellent that they completely negated the experts for the other side.
Can't say enough about here dedication and preparation
and memory of all of the details.

Jade was extremely professional and very detailed.
At all times that she met with me she only asked very pertinent questions and also knew all the details by heart. She was also creative in her ways to approach different situations.
Jade, was also excellent at explaining the different issues that arose during the whole process of gathering the evidence and making me fell more at ease with all the bad information that the other team was throwing at us. She was very thorough in gathering all pertinent evidence that showed that the other team was not playing clean.

Cyrus Neek created our LLC and performed the various legal work needed to setup our startup company. The business we started is a software company where we create and sell our own software products/apps and do third-party contract work for clients.
He created an Operating Agreement between me and my business partner where he took care of our concerns about the transfer and assignment of interests, dispute resolution, membership interests, voting and management. He also created an IP Assignment Agreement for me and my business partner that allowed us to put what we had completed before the start of our business into the company, properly. Lastly, he performed an Independent Contractor/Non-Disclosure/Intellectual Property all-in-one agreement for any independent contractors we hire to make sure that whatever work they do for us legally belongs to us for use in our products.
