The first thing to note about Mr. Bayati is that he is an honest and ethical attorney. Anyone who has dealt with one that was not would likely understand why this quality is very important when seeking to hire counsel. He charges a fair fee for quality work and seeks to minimize costs where possible. With that box checked, the next thing to note is that Mr. Bayati is sharp and knows the law exceptionally well. He is very familiar with Court processes in Orange County and the judges that administer them. He has a good network of specialist attorneys he can count on as well if anything falls outside of his substantial area of expertise. He has a good demeanor and presence, particularly on video calls with the Court during the pandemic. He is practical and looks for reasonable solutions acceptable to both sides when that is an option, but can be tough when the situation calls for it. Overall he is an excellent choice for a family law attorney. He helped me a great deal with a very complex custody case and I would highly recommend him.

Brian Bayati is the BEST attorney out there! Trust me; I interviewed many attorneys before selecting Mr. Bayati to represent me. I had already gone through two attorneys and my stress level was high and I was emotional when I met Mr. Bayati. I chose Mr. Bayati because he is candid, very knowledgeable, courteous and well-respected in the community. Since bringing him onboard, he has made more progress in two months than my previous attorneys had in a year. We may not always agree on the approach, but he always provides the rationale behind his recommendation and points out the flaws in my reasoning. The general perception is attorneys are self-serving and just want your money, but Mr. Bayati genuinely cares about his clients' best interests, is brilliant, has a great sense of humor and wants to win. We were the owners of a Home Care company and were sued for a wrongful death by the family of our client.
They were represented by 2 lawyers plus they hired a video company to video all of our depositions.
Some of the videos were damaging.
Jades preparation and presentation was so excellent that we won the case by a wide margin. She also found expert witnesses that were so excellent that they completely negated the experts for the other side.
Can't say enough about here dedication and preparation
and memory of all of the details.
I would highly recommend her to any one needing an excellent attorney to represent them.

Jade was extremely professional and very detailed.
At all times that she met with me she only asked very pertinent questions and also knew all the details by heart. She was also creative in her ways to approach different situations.
Jade, was also excellent at explaining the different issues that arose during the whole process of gathering the evidence and making me fell more at ease with all the bad information that the other team was throwing at us. She was very thorough in gathering all pertinent evidence that showed that the other team was not playing clean.

Cyrus Neek created our LLC and performed the various legal work needed to setup our startup company. The business we started is a software company where we create and sell our own software products/apps and do third-party contract work for clients.
He created an Operating Agreement between me and my business partner where he took care of our concerns about the transfer and assignment of interests, dispute resolution, membership interests, voting and management. He also created an IP Assignment Agreement for me and my business partner that allowed us to put what we had completed before the start of our business into the company, properly. Lastly, he performed an Independent Contractor/Non-Disclosure/Intellectual Property all-in-one agreement for any independent contractors we hire to make sure that whatever work they do for us legally belongs to us for use in our products.
Cyrus was very diligent in his work and answered all of our questions promptly and was always available on call for any concerns we had. He did a great job for us in making sure our startup was setup correctly … our company got what it needed to safely and securely do business and we’re going to get his assistance in filing for our trademark names and logos.

Last summer I walked into the Law Offices of Brent Duque and met with both Brent and Matt regarding my claim. They were both very compassionate and seemed like they genuinely cared about what I had gone through. After that first meeting, Matt was so good at calling me and keeping me updated about what was going on with my case, what the other side was saying, and providing his advice on what direction we should go.
