Mr. James Ballidis represented myself in a Uninsured motorist coverage case. Geico insurance (my insurance company) refused to offer an award under my policy even with no issue of liability or comparative negligence. The case went to arbitration where the parties presented the nature of injuries and medical care necessary, and economic damages. Mr. Ballidis' preparation throughout the case was extremely thorough and his presentation and cross examination was damaging to respondents attorneys. The arbitrator even came to me on a side bar and complemented Mr. Ballidis " You are lucky to have such a good attorney representing you". Without going through the details of the entire case, I will close with "you too would be very lucky to have Mr. James Ballidis represent you." James destroyed the Geico's attorney and won the maximum award possible. My thanks to Mr. Ballidis and his firm Allen, Flatts, Ballids, & Leslie.

Approximately two years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of being in a rear-end car accident. The young women, who was texting did not even look up and hit me at around 40 mph. I suffered severe whiplash along with soft tissue damage of the back and shoulder.
After the shock wears off, you are confronted with doctor visits, hospital bills, decisions on where to fix your car and of course talking with your insurance company. It can seem overwhelming at the time and especially if you are in a lot of pain. Fortunately, I had known Jim Ballidis through our mutual business networking group and I knew exactly who to call.
Since this was my first accident, Jim explained the entire process of what I needed to do as well as what Allen, Flatt, Ballidis and Leslie would do for me. Jim's firm handled all communications with my insurance company, the car repair agency and towing yard. This allowed me focus on getting my health back so I could return to work.

In my opinion, Gary is the best family attorney in Orange County. Being an attorney myself, I consulted with every big name in town for my divorce. I needed to relocate my kids to Los Angeles and enforce my child support order. Every attorney in town told me it couldn't be done. Except Gary. He did a fantastic job and I was granted the right to move away with my children and ex was held accountable for his failure to pay support including an award of sanctions. Gary really listened to my concerns, kept my expectations reasonable and was fair in his billings. I highly recommend Gary and I am grateful I found him.

This was surprisingly a very pleasant experience for my husband and I. We met with several lawyers who did not want to take our medical malpractice case due to the potential settlement not being worth the time. CALL For Attorney Elan at The Ledger Law Firm. I am not a review kind of guy but I am taking my time to write this review because my experience with Elan has been superb. Since he took my case, he has been there for me all the time. First, he explained the whole procedure step by step because this is my first accident involving a lawyer. Second, he called to check up on my doctor's visits. Third, he was very responsive on any of my dumb questions. Lastly, I was able to experience a great financial settlement, they had my insurance company issue a check for the high blue book value on my car plus reimburse me for the accessories that I purchased on my car including tires, floor mats, prorated tags, etc.,. This is what you call full service, we are now waiting on the medical and loss of income settlement check next week which amount had exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend Elan for any of your personal injury or accident issues you may of encountered.

I was recommended John by a friend who had used his counsel for her permanent residency application. John helped me with my citizenship application and later also helped with my parents application for permanent residency through consular processing. It's hard to find a good lawyer these days. Most will give you empty promises and lead you down a confusing road. Not Mr. Nelson which is a very bright and honest man. I am a nurse who was injured on the job. My injury caused systemic and permanent damages that are catastrophic and have left me 100% permanently disabled. I am unable to return to the workforce in any capacity or even live my former normal life. Every day (& night) is a struggle for me. I became a nurse to help people and to provide for my family and here I am, not being able to do either, or even help myself.
I have never been involved in a worker's compensation claim prior to this injury and I knew nothing about worker's compensation law. After my injury, I did not hire an attorney for some time. As my symptoms worsened, the insurance company began denying vital doctor prescribed treatments. Eventually I retained an attorney who seemed knowledgeable but was not progressing my case adequately.

I have been in the unfortunate position of having to pursue litigation several times in my career when my property has been damaged. A silver lining in this cloudy process has been the opportunity to work with Adam Hoover. In my experience, stretching back over more than six years and multiple cases, Adam has consistently demonstrated excellent performance on many levels. While by and large, all lawyers have attended law school and passed the bar examination, not all of them have legal minds which innately grasp, interpret and apply the law to the set of facts particular to a given case. This quality is more than simply an enviable skill; it bears directly upon a client's experience during the litigation experience and ultimately the cost burden born by the client. This manifests in reductions of redundant work, excessive research and surplus discovery. In addition to the time and cost savings associated with thoroughly understanding issues and applicable laws in a case, Adam is mindful of the financial burden costly litigation places on clients. I never felt that Adam “nickel and dimed" me or overbilled me in any way. In fact, I know he is very conservative with his time keeping and while accurate, certain items on the bill are marked "no charge".
Adam clearly places my best interest, as a client, as his top priority. He has demonstrated a consistent willingness to try to win my cases early in the lawsuit lifecycle. He has achieved an impressive level of success to those ends. Due to his outstanding legal ability, conscientious regard for his client’s well being and high ethical standards, i have, and will continue to recommend him to my friends and associates who find themselves in need of representation and can’t afford to lose.

Oksana is very through, and at times I did not understand why she was asking for such details or her recommendations seemed so stringent. All I can say is I am glad I listened to her. I found Vladi to be very knowledgeable of the workings of the law. My case involved the recapturing of loses from a vendor and his insurance company for defective materials supplied to my company. The favorable outcome of this case was due to Vladi's diligence in learning about how my business ran. Mukund Arun is a very sharp and knowledgeable negotiator, who conducts himself in a highly professional, ethical manner. My ex-husband was extremely spiteful, who did everything to try to make my life miserable, and was constantly making false accusations during this process. In the previous years, I have observed my ex-husband and found that he has a narcissist personality. Through this personality disorder he has used my two children as pawns in a game he felt that needed to be played. I've never been in an car accident in my life, either as a driver or pedustrian until one night on my way to work. As I was crossing the street a car came around the corner and hit me and dragged me down the street. It left me with a dislocated arm, head and face injuries.
