I was dealing with this counselor on civil matters, when I had a long forgotten criminal matter pop up. Ms. Lockhart assembled me a team of attorneys to handle my new "needs". Kept me and my mother informed and visited me in the jail, all the while handling my personal business as well. If you want counsel that can fight for you, represent you and advise you on legal matters, without making you feel stupid, like a customer or insignificant, I recommend you retain her.

I am a small business owner and I had heard it was a good idea to have an insurance attorney review the policies offered to my small business. Because of Michelle's experience in insurance litigation, she was able to foresee issues that might come up from a different perspective than my agent. She gave very smart advice about what types and amounts of insurance I needed. Michelle also was able to successfully and quickly end a dispute with a seller who was refusing to take back his inferior equipment. We were certain this was headed for court, but Michelle sent the seller a few letters and he backed off fast. He took back his equipment and returned our significant purchase price. I recommend this lawyer because she knows how to avoid legal disputes but when they happen, the other side probably will be intimidated.

How do you thank people who truly changed your life? I had been struggling with substantial, life-thwarting tax debt from an ex-husband for over a decade. It was a complicated case that included white collar crime, broken promises from legal aid agencies, and collection abuse by government agencies. If I could give negative stars, I would. While it may sound cliché, it is absolutely true in this case. If you are considering hiring Ilona, please take a step I regret not taking: ask around about her reputation at various firms. Doing so could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Ilona took 5-6 months to draft a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) based on mediation outcomes, a task that should have taken just a few days. This delay resulted in costs of $50,000 to $60,000 for a poorly executed MSA. This amount does not even cover the majority of her work, which was far from satisfactory.
It’s important to know that there are remedies if you find yourself in a situation with an attorney who appears to intentionally botch work for future financial gain. This experience ranks among the top five worst mistakes I've made in 44 years. I cannot stress enough the importance of asking around before hiring.
Additionally, when I requested her to correct her mistakes, she demanded more money to do so. What other service demands additional payment to fix their own intentional errors? It’s incomprehensible.
Also she uses tactics to fool people with multiple google review pages to spam
Out the bad reviews with 5 star reviews with someone with 1-2 reviews and one happens to be for her. Such deceptive behavior

As an attorney, I would say he is a true believer in the highest form of justice, one who genuinely cares about helping people navigate challenging legal situations, big and small. If I could give negative stars, I would. While it may sound cliché, it is absolutely true in this case. If you are considering hiring Ilona, please take a step I regret not taking: ask around about her reputation at various firms. Doing so could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Ilona took 5-6 months to draft a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) based on mediation outcomes, a task that should have taken just a few days. This delay resulted in costs of $50,000 to $60,000 for a poorly executed MSA. This amount does not even cover the majority of her work, which was far from satisfactory.
It’s important to know that there are remedies if you find yourself in a situation with an attorney who appears to intentionally botch work for future financial gain. This experience ranks among the top five worst mistakes I've made in 44 years. I cannot stress enough the importance of asking around before hiring.
Additionally, when I requested her to correct her mistakes, she demanded more money to do so. What other service demands additional payment to fix their own intentional errors? It’s incomprehensible.
