Look. Up in the sky. It's a bird, it's a plane. No, it's Conor Kelly and Joseph Nicholson, the best of the best. I tripped on some uneven pavement at a gas station and had a very bad fall. Conor Kelly and Joseph Nicholson and their most professional team handled my case. I was one of the unfortunate people who got caught up in the recall of hip replacement hardware. At the time I was in need I was unable to find a single firm in my area of Portsmouth, VA who was taking clients with this particular problem. I contacted Walkup, Melodia through their website and was put in contact with Conor Kelly. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never failed to return a phone call promptly. You may doubt her experiences based on her age, but I want to tell you, that's totally WRONG! Don't judge an excellent beautiful lawyer by her age, but by her knowledge and wisdom. Reami is the one who changed my assumption and opinion for a young lawyer after our first conversation, even thought she only worked as a licensed lawyer for 4 years, her professorial analyses and adjustments may make you feel she has stayed in this field for 40 years. Before I went to her, I talked with another lawyer who has been worked in this field for 35 years, but he was not confident about my case because my sponsored company is not very big. But after my boss and I talked with Raemi about my case, she agreed with my employer that I was the best fit for this job. Definitely she was very confident on my case, and she is RIGHT! I appreciate that she didn't give up my case and helped me.
Reami is very efficient. I met her in Feb, and we had only one and half month to prepare all the required documents for the H1-B application, and we made it. I like the way that she sent all the required information with me and be cleared with me what I have to prepare. She shared all the update information and documents with me all the time. We had all the paper work done by April 1.
Also, I really enjoy working with her because she is a very good communicator. We hired Raemi when our brother was facing deportation. This was an especially difficult option, as he does not speak Spanish and has lived in the U.S. since he was 3 years old. Needless to say, our entire family was extremely distraught. Raemi went above and beyond, compiling more than was needed for his case. When it was time for his trial, the judge granted his release very quickly, based on the excellent evidence and testimonials compiled by Raemi. My husband and I are an over-the-road trucking team that owns and operates a one-truck business. In March 2019 we were involved in a highway collision in Oregon that resulted in our truck and trailer being totaled, and both of us being injured. We were out of work for over a year.
We were not at fault but knew we had to find representation. Since the crash took place outside of our home state, we began calling lawyers in the Oregon area. We had no luck. We couldn’t find someone familiar with the trucking industry, and the firms we did reach out to either outright declined to represent us or recommended other firms. And the one attorney we initially started to work with, who we found through a trucking advocacy group, completely failed us. Ultimately, none of them worked out.

I would like to recommend Mr. Sanford Cipinko who represented me in a personal injury law suit concerning a significant claim involving a large established insurance company. Mr. Cipinko with the assistance of his well trained office staff handled the case with alacrity. All court and other legal filings where accomplished quickly and I was kept well informed as to the meaning and progress of the proceedings. As expected, the Insurance Company pulled every trick they could, including intimidation by suggesting that I lied and was carless enough that I purposely ran into the cross walk and thus was hit by their client’s oncoming car. Eventually the case was settled to my satisfaction with the helpful advice and counsel of Mr. Cipinko. Of upmost importance, Mr. Cipinko is honest and forthright. My experience with Mr. Cipinko has been excellent and I would highly recommend him as legal counsel for any personal injury litigations.

I told this to Hank and I'll tell this to you. Hank is a great lawyer. He's extremely intelligent, articulate, thoughtful, and a good listener. In addition, you can tell that he walks through all the angles of a lawsuit meticulously in his head. It’s good that he’s an extremely level-headed person.
Hank represented me in a suit that lasted roughly a year. Going through a legal battle, you're going to exchange tons of messages with your lawyer. Hank was not only communicative and responded to my messages quickly, but was always receptive to what I had to say. In addition, he has a way of simplifying technical lawyer speak, and often has great analogies that provide you more meaning and context to complex situations.
Going through a lawsuit can also be very stressful, but Hank is very relatable and does a good job of making you feel prepared and at relative ease.

I spoke with Andy on multiple occasions regarding completely different advice. One was for someone that received a DUI and another for a person legally separating with kids involved. Although I know him personally, he was very professional, as he always is. Kristina brought a number of things to the table in my case. She brought the experience of Chris Morales, since they reviewed my case together and at no time was he not available instantly on her phone, including crucial court dates, in real time. She was also glad to drive to Marin or wherever required. She put a lot of time into my misdemeanor case, which had gotten a bit complex due to me missing a court date. Multiple appearences and then during the appearances I heard her heeled shoes clacking back and forth several into the bowels of whatever judge's Chambers the District Attorney's office she needed to visit to get the results I requested which in the end were 24 hrs community service and 5 hr class.

Chrstina Clare North (a.k.a. Christina Campany) was my attorney for 6 months in a complex case that lasted my entire 15 year old's lifetime. If you want a honest attorney who will explain the law and not bill you your life savings, Christina will do what is right to achieve a fair judgement. Honest clients who have real concerns about their children can find a champion for such causes. Christina has and can explain our complicated and costly domestic legal system. Both men and woman will be represented fairly if the client is honest and she will listen to opposing council to confirm her clients statements. Been dealing with richard since 2013, was reccomend by a close friend, best immigration lawyer in California in my opinion, helped from the starting with filling papers and tall us me and my wife, exactly what we need documents and pics of when I got married in 2014, got married and received permanent resident card within 4 months, was very happy, in 2016 he helped me again get my permanent resident card for 10 years the final one, theres a 2 year like probation to see if everything is ok helped us file papers and was at the appt. With immigration also first time and this time, received permanent resident within 4 months , lost my card in august 2017 richard again , filled out papers for me and card was at my home within 6 months, very happy with richard rapresenting me, prices are very reasonable and he his a straight forward person will leave no details out, this coming April I will be alligiable for citizen, will be using richard again, maybe the last time but will always reccomend if you need a Visa or just something simple like replacing a card, papers or anything to do with immigration, having richard at your side makes feel at ease, dont want to feel anxious for months thinking I filed something wrong, cause if you only get a letter wrong they might expand time of months if not years, thank you richard see you in april.

Leigh law group is the angel I needed while dealing with one of the largest institutions in the world. My issues were many and went over a period of six years. Rosanne advised my wife and me in responding to a demand from a private school from which we had withdrawn our children to pay several months' tuition before the school year started. We withdrew because the school moved locations after we executed the application contract (which we knew about) to a highly undesirable location in a commercial district immediately behind an auto "row" (which we didn't know about ahead of time, but the school did).
Under Rosanne's guidance and review, I drafted a letter requesting that the school drop its demand for tuition and return our deposits accompanied by copies of correspondence, information about the criminal activity in the vicinity of the new school location and other relevant information, and indicated my willingness to sue in small claims court to settle the matter if necessary.
To our great delight, the school completely reversed its demand and agreed to our terms and we've now received the money. Rosanne's advice was instrumental to this outcome, as she was proactive in ensuring we moved swiftly, provided ample documentation, reviewed and corrected the form and content of my draft and even gave great instruction in how to assemble and package the letter and supporting information physically for maximum effect.

I was referred to Wesley Wakeford in the fall of 2007 by a retiring personal injury attorney that did not have adequate time to devote to my case. I had recently been hit by a car and in addition to suffering from nerve damage, trauma and not being able to work, the insurance companies were unwilling to compensate me for my medical bills and associated expenses due to a discrepancy in the police report. I needed to find an expert to assist me with navigating the case and Mr. Wakeford came highly recommended. Despite my lack of financial resources Wesley was wiling to work with me and saw to it that I was able to receive consistent medical care by arranging a lien for services with my various healthcare providers. This ability to receive regular, ongoing medical attention allowed me to fully recover from the accident and years later I am confident that I received both the best healthcare and legal assistance possible. I found it pleasurable working with Wesley Wakeford as he was the first really good lawyer that I've ever met. Most of the legal professionals seemed, politically biased, semi-professional, and arrogant. I would think that such an important service would attract the most highly rated, professional people. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
My experience with Mr. Wakeford gave me a new view of the world of law. While I'm sure he did not make a great deal of money with my case; not once did I get the impression that I was not as important as the next client. Mr. Wakeford worked very hard to assist me in getting through the process as easily as possible. My automobile accident left me injured, angry, and confused but with the help of The Wakeford Firm things got sorted out in a clear and equitable manner. I also find it very interesting that Wes was there to guide me through Doctor Visits, car rentals, insurance matters and settlement negotiations. I had virtually no experience in these matters, but it was obvious to me that I had one the most caring and skillful lawyers around to help me.

Mr. Saeltzer is an outstanding personal injury lawyer. He represented my teen-aged daughter who had sustained a severe burn. He was very empathetic to her situation, spent a lot of time with us explaining procedures and strategy and was completely accessible when we needed to ask him any questions.
He did not give us any false hope about the outcome. He prepared us very well for the depositions and the settlement meeting. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the law, his ability to accurately interpret the intent of the law and his strategy when dealing with the lawyers from the insurance company. His sense of timing and just how far we could push enabled my daughter to recieve a much greater settlement than we had expected or even hoped for, but one she completely deserved.
