Cynthia has done quite a bit of work for my family and extended family over the years. Not only did she draft most of the trusts for me and my sisters but she also took care of the trust administration when both my parents died. She made excellent suggestions based on her vast experience with dealing with family issues during these difficult times and saved us a lot of tax dollars to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend her to all my family and friends. Also, unlike the negative comment from the reviewer below, I have had excellent service from Cynthia, she even responded to my non-urgent question from work done a few years ago when she was on maternity leave. Stay away from hiring him. He is a vexatious litigant and goes after and sues his clients, neighbours, and acquaintances for meritless reasons only for financial gain, harassment, annoyance, and as a weapon. He rarely gets repeat clients and referrals due to this. Review his court records before contacting him. He has also been disciplined by State Bar.

Jeff was referred to me by a successful real estate investor I know. We had problems with a predatory landlord who, among other things, demanded a fee to erect the business signage that was implicit in the lease, but not explicit. Jeff took care of this and the other issues such as parking allocation. He is smart, friendly, and whatever you do, have Jeff read a commercial lease before you sign it. We called Mr. Mayfield for an important and urgent matter that needed immediate attention. You can tell he's an attorney who makes himself available without asking too many questions first. Just very expensive and bad handling of the case. I am not a citizen and I was accused of DV. I came to know of Mr Mayfield from an immigration lawyer. In the very first meeting, when we did not have the police report or any evidence I was told straight that I will have to plead guilty and that I will certainly lose the trial no matter what. There was hardly any evidence the prosecution had against me. I told him multiple times that I wanted to go to trial and that I understand the consequences of losing the trial. I was told some very rude things that being from a country in Asia where there was news of atrocities against women recently, I looked like someone who would do bad things to a woman! That was very sad to hear from my own lawyer. Eventually, as I did not want to be with my wife, he kept trying to convince me to hire an immigration lawyer and a divorce lawyer to file for divorce. I did not fall into that at all. His law firm does civil divorce cases too. I was even sent a mail by him that my wish of going to trial would have grave consequences and I could end up in jail for years! Even though it was a misdemeanor and not even a felony. When I talked to other lawyers, no one believed me that he would have written such a mail. I actually showed the mail to them. Eventually, after running into an enormous bill of 10K usd and still him not willing to go to trial, I decided to move on to a different attorney who handled my case really well and was all prepared to go to trial. Eventually, my case got dismissed on the day of the trial. All in all, I ended up losing lots of money and got bad legal advice. I have 100% confidence that his knowledge of the law is excellent but to this day I do not understand what was his attitude towards my case!

My experience with their legal team during my custody and child support case was amazing. MTSA staff are very easy to work with. Gina is a compassionate lawyer who will go out of their way to explain options, ask questions and ultimately ease ones anxiety about the terrifying process which a child custody case can be.
Things can get pretty tense in a courtroom but the great on top of my attorney's evidently being knowledgeable not only reassured me I was in good hands time and time again, but it also helped keep me calm and collected.
MTSA worked closely with me and my ex husband's lawyer to come up with a settlement we could both agree on. I was very comfortable with the settlement and in which I didn't feel I sacrificed my beliefs as a caring mother.
This kept us from an extensive custody battle in court and in the end, I feel that attorney Gina and her team fought for my beliefs as a mother and pushed for what I wanted.
I am grateful for that and therefore definitely recommend MTSA family law firm.

Gina Azzolino failed to respond to my case numerous times. She also failed to notify me of upcoming absences in writing. Her lack of response became a problem - after 2-3 times of needing answers and a complete lack of response, I changed lawyers. I like her, and believe she comprehends situations well, but her case load is large, so don't expect to hear from her much.

I hired Joseph Camenzind for a child custody issue.
I received a poor representation and excessive charges. I provided a lot of the evidence on what need help with, he did not used any to support my case which is one of the most important things in a case. I have was represented on only one hearing. He charged me $9,000.00
I will not recommend The Law Office of Joseph Camenzind at all.

I had a complicated legal matter back in January 2013. Other attorneys were quoting me huge sums of money to fight the matter, but they couldn't guarantee me success. Mr. Camenzind came in cut through the red tape dealt with the other side and settled the matter very quickly. I only had to go to court once. He was very cost efficient,competent, and professional.

I hired Saeed Ghafari at 2013 for divorcing , we don't have any child , we don't have any thing together such as house , car , bank account. Every time I called my lawyer to see what's going on with my divorce case his answer was you have to wait and I trusted him and ofcourse I wait , but since 5 months ago I been calling him more then 100 times and mostly he didn't respond my phone call finally he went to court to see what's going on with our case and he said I'm gonna call you and let you know and he forgot again the Same as always after calling him for a week, he finally responded and he said it was a wrong date on your document , and I said that mean after fixing this any thing will be done and he said yes but is not done yet he said in a week you will recive the document and I wait and wait and finally he said you guys have to wait for more 3 months ,,,,,???? I really don't know what should I say

This attorney wasted our TIME AND MONEY.
His office staff has a VERY HIGH turnaround rate. Due to this our immigration case never moved forward. We met with so many secretary's in the 2 years we were with him. I would say about 4 or 5. Attorney never calls back and has a horrible memory recollection when it comes to meeting again. I would expect the attorney to know where my case left off instead of asking me.
Please stay away. If you value your family, time, and money look for a better attorney that practices in a more professional manner. It makes the difference.

Stay away from John Hinkle and Richard Pointer, this law firm will charge you an arm and a leg and you will get screwed HARD in the end. First of all he will fee you for everything on top of the $15K for hiring him. He is hard to get in contact with, I feel like when I see him he just doesn't give a flying crap about you or your case and doesn't even shake your hand. One time I went to court and he was never there! I had to go up to the judge and say "my lawyer isn't here to represent me". He lost my motion to dismiss, he is slow, old, and will confuse you while on the stand. look for someone else.

I had an extremely difficult time with my Bankruptcy because my ex- was trying to play dirty and frame me with the goal of getting my house even though it was in my name as sole property. I had to declare Bankruptcy because he and his family fired me from the family business, never paid me for several months of back pay and then proceeded to attach me and my children.
David ensured that I made a complete filing which later stood up in Divorce court; and, thanks to David's preparation and attention to detail, helped me win my Property Settlement in my Divorce.

Mr. Huynh is very irresponsible. He never responded to client. Because of weak skills, he bailed out of my difficult case very unprofessional. He purposely frustrated me by not answering emails, phone calls. Finally, I fired this irresponsible lawyer, I looked for different lawyers.

I got referral to seek help from Mr. Steve Huynh through my sister. I was really disappointed. Mr. Huynh was not ethical and responsible. He never gave me any good advices. I had difficult time to connect to him via email, phone call and text. He was very irresponsible as a lawyer. I DO NOT recommend Mr. Huynh for any services, not even filling out paperwork. Steve helped me with my divorce process starting in 2017.
Before I hired Steve as my attorney, I was close to a settlement with my X-spouse. At the 11:59 hr., my X-wife changed to a new lawyer. It was clear that my X-wife new attorney, being an intellectual property lawyer himself, was after my business and patents since he knew me prior to my separation with my X-spouse and knew that I had a start-up company with intellectual properties. CONFLICT OF INTEREST for this attorney by definition here.
At this stage I knew I needed legal representation and decided to go with Steve Huynh after a recommendation from a financial professional. After a very careful review of my case, Steve asked me what outcome do I want and if the settlement that I was close to settling with my X-spouse was acceptable. I told Steve that would be fine. In the next year, we went over various unnecessary discovery processes as demanded by my X-wife’s attorney. Steve was very methodical and extremely careful with all the details. This is why I term Steve highly technical. Furthermore, he never said anything that was unrealistic or overpromising about the case. He never fabricated anything in anyone’s favor. Steve’s integrity and honesty was impeccable.
In the end and after a year of needless waste of my time and money, Steve helped me to settle with my X-wife with very much what we were close to what we have almost agreed on previously. It was a very upsetting process for me and putting my kids through more pains than it needed to be. Steve tried his best to push the process forward quickly.
Without any reservation, I would recommend Steve to anyone as an attorney to help them in legal matters.

I made an initial consultation appointment for $350. I was charged $550. Mr. Maynard then lied and told me the $350 was a "special price" due to time sensitivity. A complete lie. He has refused to return my personal papers/info. When I emailed, he threatened me, called me and extortionist, and threatened to sue me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I cannot say enough good things about this firm! They just got me out of the biggest mess of my entire life! After years of paying my empolyees as independent contractors, they all got together and hired a nasty money grubbing contingent lawyer to sue me for overtime that they never worked and their own unpaid taxes. I would have been bankrupted if Maynard had not proven that they were wrong!!!!! It took about 8 and a half months of agony and over $10,000 in fees to Maynard, but now they are gone, finally! This firm is great! The first 3 firms I talked to said I was going to lose! Thank you Mr. Maynard!

Mr. Minh Q. Steven Dovan provided me with superb service. I became unemployed because of a situation that took place many years ago in California. I was feeling very stressed because of my unemployment and the responsibilities that I need to take care of here in Washington. I am nearly 60 years old and my body isn't as strong as it use to be. Thinking that I needed to drive all the way to California (I am unable to fly because of my status and the case), I was stressing out every day.

I had gotten into a car accident a little over half a year ago. He looked at my case and said he would take it. Then he turned around and said he wouldn't take it because it wasn't an easy win for him. Then later on when things looked a little better and we tried him again because he had worked withanother family member of mine for quite a few years (close to a decade), he picked up the case again. I signed the contract and everything. He didn't give me much information and really didn't present himself to me. No reassurance. He sounded like he wanted to play everything safe. Too safe. He referred me to a Harvard medical doctor to further treat my neck. He runs on 33% commission (at least for my case), and the guy he referred me to is expensive! I went there and there was some technical problems with paperwork at the medical doctor. Some lean forms had to be signed (you would think as a lawyer who has worked with this doctor before would have this already done with for his client or at least inform the client). I called Minh Dovan right away after going to the doctor and he called me back and said he would clear me. I go back there and tell the receptionist my lawyer said he had cleared me and guess what happens. It turns out he didn't sign the lean papers, so I had to wait for longer to get my treatment started. Dovan called me three days later. A whole three days. He told me to come into office to sign papers. Now I am still a highschool student. This is my final week of school before entering winter break. Dovan throws a fit and sounds irritated and says "that's fine. It doesn't matter to me anyway." Why would you say that to your client? Are you my enemy or my friend? I don't feel safe or trust in our relationship at all. He was going away for about 5 days or so, but he wanted me to come in to sign papers at 9 AM in the morning. Of course I have school then, so I can't really do that. I tell him i need to call him back later after talking to my father about it. I can't just randomly skip out on school. I want to be a responsible student. The simple solution would be to just sign the papers when he gets back from his 5 day vacation (family vacation my dad says). I can't get treated until then regardless anyway. He calls my dad afterwards and tells him he doesn't want my case anymore, turning my case down for the second time now. He didn't even tell me, his client. He told my father. I give him a rating of 1 for trustworthy because there was no trust. I never felt any comfort or trust from for him. He puts his own interest in front of his clients. He is a bit slow on being responsive, maybe due to his busy schedule, so i give him the benefit of the doubt and give him a rating of 2. I do not know if he is knowledgable or not because he didn't really display any of it to me. He didn't tell me specifically what he is going to do or how. He didn't update me with any new information. He left me hanging wondering what is going on for about a month (I was his client for about a month or two at most). Overall I give him a rating of 1. He is awful. Atrocious. Egregious. I am in pain still and don't have treatment because I quit seeing my chiropractor to transition to the medical doctor, but that didn't go through. To those in need of a trustworthy lawyer, look elsewhere.

Linda is not only very personable and knowledgeable, she explains things (using a white board as appropriate) thoroughly in language that is easy to understand without feeling that your question is inappropriate or ignorant.
Linda explained various options available to us in our need for a will, trusts and durable medical power of attorneys and then gave us very detailed forms to complete that were extensive but, again, easy to understand. She told us not to hesitate to call her with any questions we might have.
Our concerns included protecting our assets and reducing the tax liabilities for our heirs. Linda was able to explain the current tax laws and helped us make decisions that met our needs.
