It is with great pleasure to write the following on behalf of the law firm of Felix and Killen. Upon meeting Daniella Felix, it was quite evident that I was meeting an attorney who was willing to hear my story of the auto accident in which I was injured. Though I had never experienced such a moment, Daniella listened with great concern as to what had occurred. In explaining to Daniella what had happened, I noticed that she was very compassionate and wanted to be sure that I was receiving care for my injury.
Once it was decided that Daniella and her partner, Bryce Kellen would take my case, my wife and I felt assured that we would be in good hands with their firm. I was facing the inevitable and knew I had to file bankruptcy. I felt overwhelmed and scared about the process and my partner recommended I call Karen, who had helped him through a bankruptcy file over a decade ago.

Matthew was referred to us by a mutual friend and we were happy with the outcome. There was never any arguing and Matthew was a great resource for us. He patiently walked us through the divorce proceedings and answered every question we had. Having one mediator attorney as opposed to two attorneys made it much more affordable. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who wants a fair process.

I contacted Mr. Secrest through this site, we spoke by phone once and emailed. He was generous with his time as he collected info over the phone, and I emailed the requested information. I understand we did not have a formal relationship yet, and he explained the info I gave him was confidential. He seemed very interested in one part of my case (class action) but not the personal retaliation. I have not heard a reponse back after an email and voice message requesting to know if we would continue communication. My concern (maybe unfounded) is that he is pursuing the class action aspect by searching for another plaintiff in my company. I did not find him listed on Ca State Bar site.

Mr. McMurray was my lawyer back in December of 2010 when I was arrested by the SB County Sheriff's department. I won't go into details, but I was in serious trouble and looking at some time behind bars.
In short I began to turn my life around I got myself into some local programs to deal with my personal problems. Taking Mr. McMurray's advice I worked hard to improve my situation.
