My wife and I had been talking about getting our will done for years. This year was the year we got it done, and Tyler with McNeice Wheeler was fantastic. We scheduled a phone call with him due to COVID and was patient as we worked out the three way calling between my office, his office, and my wife at home. He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well. It was a very collaborative process. He had the documents drafted and sent to us quickly. Due to an error on our end, we didn’t realize we had them for a few days, but when we realized it, we reviewed the drafts and were happily surprised at the small details included that we had never thought of. He was patient with our (mostly mine) several emails asking questions and requesting clarification and answering hypotheticals. Once we were satisfied, we scheduled a convenient time for us to go in and sign. They had everything ready and laid out in the conference room with the necessary witnesses and notary (all socially distanced of course!) and made it super easy to pop in, sign, and continue with the rest of our errands that day. Ezra helped us with a malpractice-type suit. In hearings as well as in our conversations, he never once said or suggested anything other than providing a completely honest report. Often in these cases things resolve to he said, she said, but Ezra was able to provide definitive evidence bolstering our case leading to the win. His MO is every situation was to uphold the truth regardless of whether or not it may have detracted from our case, which resulted in establishing our credibility and accuracy regarding the issue at hand. He also repeatedly gave us emotional support to continue forward with the trial even when we pushed to just be done with it all. Though there was obvious incentive for him, I knew that wasn't what was driving him to keep the case up. He saw an injustice and felt compelled to help us do something about it, though never in a pushy or off-putting way. So in summary, he's an honest, genuine and just lawyer.

We hired Elder law for Probate and at first they worked very good then our attorney left and we got a new one. He redid all the work the first one did and charged us more money to do it. The first lawyer said we had enough money to go to court and take care of the matter. Now that we got a new lawyerhe wants more money and hasn’t even set a court date. Look at their Yelp reviews and don’t hire.

We consulted with Lynn St. Louis and staff a few years ago to draw up estate plans for us. She and her entire crew, most especially Elizabeth Wallace, were excellent! We just made another appointment with them to discuss some further questions, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We had gone to a couple of law offices previously, but were disappointed. Lynn and staff knew exactly how to deal with questions about protecting assets, Medicaid, wills, etc.

We went to Lynn St. Louis to get my parent's will set up and Lynn and her associates were amazing and so helpful! They made sure that we understood everything, and didn't overwhelm us with legal jargon. They worked with us to make sure that everything was in place for when we needed it.
When my mother passed away, we called them to find out what the next step was. Before they even started they expressed their condolences and sent us a card! When we sat down with them to get my mother's estate squared away, they walked us through the process step by step. If we forgot what was going on, they were always happy to go over it again! They made sure to keep us posted when we needed to sign something, or what information we needed to bring them.
Their rates are very reasonable and they are worth every penny! I am so glad that we found Lynn St. Louis! I cannot say enough good things! If you want experience, and also want to be treated as a person, and not a billing number, this is the place to go!

Diane is far more than a great lawyer. I worked with Diane to finalize my divorce and was very pleased with the results. I injured both of my arms right and left. Falling downstairs doing in home care. On the day of my mediation halfway through, my attorney admitted, he got me confused with another lady in Harrison Idaho, my last name is Harrison. As I wanted to hold out , while the mediator joked and made light of work injuries, I am right handed.My right arm doesn't work correctly, I did a lot of work in my church. I am a homemaker. I take a lot of pride in my home being a place of comfort and inviting to people, I used to bake and feed people, and so the job that I had for wages, wasn't my main job, even though I didn't bring home a salary for it. My" job" was taking care of my home and my church and my husband and serving god with my two hands. The thing I did to make money injured me, because the lady I was working for didn't let me know that her staircase ,in the spring would move when the basement flooded. It moved.I fell, I hurt my right elbow and my left wrist, and now all the things I used to do to serve God and others I cannot do any longer. None of this meant anything to my attorney at the mediation. As I kept holding out because I didn't know how I would end up the rest of my life with these 2 injuries he kept telling me dead. There was gonna be so security disability. There was gonna be a medical fund. And so this was just the first part of the mediation for my injury. I even thought I would just go to court because I thought my case was so different than so many other people At that point, my attorney didn't want to go to court. It was obvious He was not wanting to go to court to represent me, who I am. He told me scary things about, if the judge was in a bad mood, I would lose everything. He, and I am ashamed to say, my husband, with pressure from the "mediator " talked me onto taking an offer, which I knew, would not compensate me for paying people to do for me, what I had always done for myself. Gardening, lawn care, house work, cleaning the church, changing my own oil, recently I paid Ford $600.00 for changing plugs and oil in my truck. This I used to do at a fraction of the cost. But none of this was considered, I was a part time worker to them all. After that nightmare, the medical portion was to be settled, that's when I found out, I didn't have enough "points" for SSI disability, so any leverage from SSI to keep SIF accountable did not exist. My Attorney told me the day of mediation , SSI would cause pressure for SIF to cover me medically...NOT. He was incorrect and when I , out of concer, asked him if he was doing okay, he had made a few errors in my doctors name and other odd statements which didn't pertain to me, he accused me of questioning his integrity and told me I could get a different Attorney. By then I was hurting, depressed and totally vulnerable and my attorney, the one person who supposedly knows the ins and outs of the system, chewed me out and threatened me that I could "go it alone" if I thought I could do better. I couldn't make any decisions, I was so down. I didn't think the Attorney was going to take part of the medical bank. I thought he got paid for working the entire case from my mediation, so I didn't think I could pay up front for another attorney, just another thing I misunderstood when my attorney told me the medical is put in the bank, in my name and I had comple control over it. I was told it is a new way SIF and all other workers comp. In Idaho are now doing things, rather than keep a claim open for treatment. I am not pleased at all. My best intrest was not even considered. All because in the beginning my Attorney didn't ever find out and set in his mind, who I am.

Sara was everything that I needed in an Attorney. I contacted her because the Insurance Company was pushing me to close a claim. I was having problems with my left side of my body, due to an automobile accident and the Dr.s could not locate the problem. During a consult with Sara, she suggested I go to the Spine Clinic, and she set up an appointment for me. At the appointment they found what was causing the problem and within 45 days I was having surgery and it resolved my problem. Sarah closed up with the Insurance Company's and all the costs related to the accident and surgery were taken care of. Sara did all the work and we were blessed by having her as our advocate. Mr. Mayo was amazing. I was having a horrible time trying to deal with the manufacturer of my vehicle and it’s issues. My issues started a month after the car was purchased and continued all the way through the settlement. The settlement would not of occurred with out Mr Mayo as the manufacturer refused to respond or assist with my issues. Finally, this process has been completed. What a long and drawn out process especially when my tenants did everything possible to avoid being served. Attorney Mayo made the eviction process easy for me. I knew what he was up against and he put my mind at ease. What was very convenient was that I never stepped a foot into his office. All correspondence was done by e-mail or phone. I know I could NOT have done this on my own. I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent!
On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. Ben represented me (a man) in my divorce (with multiple kids.) My wife had filed and included many horrible allegations which led me to have almost no time with the kids on our temporary parenting plan. Ben picked up the case (which my first attorney had done a poor job on.) He knew exactly what to do to get the end result I wanted. I had to suck it up and it wasn't an instant fix but in the end he rocked my wife's world in court and the record was set straight by his courtroom skills. It seemed at times throughout the case that he was not attentive to my little daily concerns, but I think he simply puts focus where it really counts and if I had trusted him more I would have saved some worry and stress. I read that you will never regret hiring an attorney that you can't afford when it comes to fighting for your kids. After trying to go the cheap route I bit the bullet and I'm so glad I did. Worth every thousand spent and then some. Ben was brutally honest with me and didn't sell me anything he wasn't able to deliver.
