I'm Canadian. I was in Seattle last June. I had a beer too many. I was charged with DUI. At my age and being a foreign national I was in trouble. I first spoke with Mr. Phillipson's law partner. She's amazing. Ms. Lundin assured me the process would be handled by herself and Mr. Phillipson.
I had a very good case. I was over the limit but registered .085. The law process is enormous. Do not proceed without calling this law firm. The amount of money I spent was very small compared to the imsurance implications alone.
We did not go to trial. A good lawyer is your best friend in any legal proceeding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. I did not lose my licence. Mr Phillipson is very well respected within the WA legal community. I made two very brief trips back to Seattle and the matter was dealt with.
When you've been criminally charged in WA state, call Mr Phillipson. It will be the best phone call you will ever make.
I've learned much from this experience. Firstly, don't drink and drive. Secondly, pay to have a legal team take care of the way your feeling right now. You've made a mistake otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. Phillipson & Lundin gave me my life back.

First DUI at my "old 'age"....was scared to death. Kennet is calm, knowledgeable and just an all around great person. I'm not too sure what happened at the end, but for me, with a perfect driving record, I got off pretty easy and to this day I thank God and Kennett.

Teresa (Keene Law) did an awesome job for our eviction case. She was very patient with us and answered all questions we had as this was our first eviction. Will and his colleagues are outstanding. My mother was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon after being forced to defend herself from an attacker in her home. Will, Steve and their team could not have been more thorough in the time and attention spent on her case. During the actual trial, Steve and Will performed excellently. They had the prosecutor on her heels the entire time. All charges have since been dismissed without prejudice and my mother is home free instead of serving the long prison sentence she was facing. Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Scared, stressed, alone and ignorant of any means to help myself out of the situation. I knew I needed help and I got it with Mr. Harwood. From our first phone call my fears were put to rest. He was knowledgeable about the law and more importantly, my own personal case. I am a single mom and cannot express the gratitude I felt after talking to Mr. Harwood. I had someone on my side who cared about helping me. He cared that I was scared and listened to all my concerns and addressing each one. He was honest with me about the factors in my case even when they weren't beneficial to my side of the case. He allowed me to see exactly how the land lay and how we were going to go about defending it. I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. After being in a horrific head-on auto accident a family member put me in contact with Mr. Nodland. If I ever did anything right in my life it was contacting him. From the time I was placed into a room at the trauma center I was life flighted to the harrassing phone calls started fron insurance companies. After contacting Mr. Nodland, those stopped so my family and I could consentrate on the upcoming surgeries to put me back together. The nurses had nicknamed me "Humpty Dumpty". As the journey of recovery progressed Mr. Nodland handled all the legal matters with professional expertise. Always fully informing me of the status and options available. My personal injury suit became very complicated but Mr.Nodland never waivered and tenaciosly fought on my behalf. He always treated me and and my family as if we were his own family. After over five years a settlement was reached. It was more than fair and more than ever expected. Even after the settlement was reached and no increase to his fee portion, he continued to negotiated to increase my portion. Above and Beyond he fought on my behalf. I just can't say enough about Mr. Nodland. He knows the law and knows how litigate. No matter how complicated things can get he will not quit or fail to give the very best advice. Firstly I want to say Shayne is one of the nicest people I've ever met and could sense he wasn't in it for the money. It felt like he really cared and wanted to do everything in his power to be helpful. He was the first attorney I've ever needed to hire so needless to say I was very overwhelmed and intimidated at first but he helped me every step of the way. Best lawyer I've ever dealt with. Shayne Sutherland was my attorney and he was over the top great. Couldn't of had the result I had if it wasn't for Adam. Got the settlement we were looking for after jumping through a couple interesting situations. Adam was not phased by this. He was very responsive, kept me in the loop and let me know of the timeline of things as they happened.
I felt comfortable the whole time during the process, as it does take awhile with our situation we had.

Adam took an interest first and foremost in my physical health. He made sure I got an examination as soon as possible after my accident to ensure swift and accurate care. He was wonderful about staying in contact throughout the entire process and keeping me informed of all important events pertinent to my case. Dennis Beemer is my mother's attorney. I'm her power of attorney. At 81 years of age, she slipped in a puddle of water while on the job as a bookkeeper at one of her TWO little part-time jobs. She hit her head and broke her hip causing catastrophic loss of independence and physical and mental abilities. My mother had worked over a half of a century living solely independently.
